carjacking when officers activated their lights and Sirens to conduct a traffic stop the driver accelerated at high speeds initiating a Pursuit he is uh he stopped at Flores to go eastbound on Flores from 76 uh White F male and he is going into the wrong lane of traffic on Flores uh no traffic whatsoever uh speeds are about 55 mph and we're approaching 72nd Street wanted for a car jack in still eastbound uh light traffic now we got one car slowing down for the vehicles still eastbound on floor passing 68 Street in uncoming traffic they are hitting 60th Street and going northbound on 60th
