Get the out of the officer. Stop touching me. What the you don't get. >> Can y'all take me, man? I can't breathe. I need to go. >> Is going. She's not getting out. Hey everyone, it's Trent, Prior Deputy Sheriff, Patrol Sergeant, and K9 Handler. All right, so this video is part two to an original incident that I covered involving the same women. And for those of you that did not watch my narration on that video, essentially I stated that basically all of these women in that original incident the day prior should have been arrested on scene for various charges. simple obstruction, delaying these officers investigation, battery on a law enforcement officer, vandalism to a vehicle, which is one of the reasons why this back passenger gets arrested in this video. And at the time when I was watching that original video, I didn't know why these cops didn't take the time to go talk to the victim right then and there, see if they wanted to press charges, and then made that arrest on scene that day, as well as other arrests they could have made. But they decided just to let everybody go, create more work for themselves, and then have to deal with this nonsense the day after the fact. and now they have a child on scene to deal with as well who was the ultimate victim in this situation for sure. That being said, these officers did remain incredibly professional and patient throughout this entire nightmare of an interaction with these women, yelling at them incessantly and cussing them out. And in my opinion, these officers are still being very lenient and cutting these women a lot of slack. They very easily could have arrested everybody on scene for obstruction, including the mom or grandma that they left on scene with the child. and they could have had another family member show up or child protective services to take custody of the child. Also, they could have charged pretty much all of them for child endangerment for being in a vehicle with a very small child not properly restrained in a car seat and having to deal with all of this. And that's going to be it for this one. See you guys in the next one. Julysa was charged with aggravated battery to a peace officer for forcing the leasing office door into an officer the previous day, obstructing a peace officer, resisting arrest, and possession of a deadly weapon after a knife was recovered from her during the traffic stop arrest. Christina was charged with obstructing a peace officer for her actions the previous day and resisting arrest during the traffic stop. [Music] Yes. [Music]
