At this point, I don't even remember half the [ __ ] that happened. >> What did the fight start over? >> Uh I can't remember, sir. He He hit me so god damn hard, I can't remember. >> You have no idea what this fight started over? >> We came home and uh knocked. >> Okay. That's all right. Okay. Just because he's a minor, I'm going to have the ambulance check him out first, okay? >> No more things are being said. So, please go. >> Oh, no. This is a crime scene. I cannot leave. >> There's no crime scene. We have nothing We I nothing left to say. >> it's going to be It's going to work out a whole lot better for you guys if we get some if we get cooperation. I'm going to go treat the 16-year-old, so you can move yourself or I'll move you. Which one would you like to do? I'm go We're going inside. We're going to go get him. I'm not going to put these near these things. >> might as well. Like let's just get in the business. Let's just cuz I'm getting a lawyer for what you just did to me. >> Okay, that's fine. Get your lawyer. >> Good, I will. >> Good. >> Do you want to check him out real quick? >> All right. >> Check out the kid. >> Hey Hey, man. Come in. There he is. Wait. >> Do you need anything? >> Oh, okay. >> I didn't know if you were going to say anything or what. Checking out what a [ __ ] show we are. >> All right. Let's go. >> It's like you're such a great job at checking fire off and making sure we're not a [ __ ] show. >> Just going to entertain her, Sparky. >> Okay. Okay. >> We got to walk all the way around and then downstairs. Can you come upstairs, actually? I got EMS here to clean you up and look at you. Let's at least go to the ambulance. >> If anything, this is just not a place to stay right now. >> We're going to get that taken care of. Can we go out the back? >> Yeah, I was just going to say. >> Hey, 10-6. I'll bring him in the ambulance, all right? >> Can I get [laughter] my stuff? >> I'll get it for you here. I'll get you I'll get you taken care of. I'm not going to let you leave. Just don't say anything to Kyle, all right? He's probably going to chirp at you. Just don't say anything. Don't say anything to your mom, either. My god, I said not to >> I SWEAR KNEW MY ASS. Your [ __ ] turn. >> Is there another I called for two. What what happened from your standpoint tonight? >> I have nothing else to say to you. >> Okay. Did she tell you anything? You don't want to give me your side of the story? >> Okay, well >> Tough guy. I have nothing else >> Good then your boyfriend's going to go to your boyfriend's going to jail then. >> My boyfriend didn't do anything. >> Okay, then give me your side of the story so I can offer that. >> you any side of my story. Get your [ __ ] tossed out ass out of my [ __ ] yard. >> Tossed out, that's nice. Thank you. >> Tossed out, you can do anything. [ __ ] get the [ __ ] out of my yard. My boyfriend didn't lay a hand on him. That's what I have to say. My kid is a [ __ ] jackass. My boyfriend didn't [ __ ] do anything. He put his hands behind his [ __ ] back. That's what >> Then why don't you defend your boyfriend and tell me what happened? >> [ __ ] would I do it? First it's my kid versus my boyfriend. >> If you don't want him to go to jail, then I should get his side of the >> GO TO JAIL. I WANT SOMETHING TO STOP. I WANT SOMETHING TO STOP. >> THEN TELL ME HIS side of the story. >> The side of the story is he [ __ ] came here. He wasn't supposed to be here. It's a misunderstanding. >> Does he live here? >> My boyfriend lives here and so does my son. >> Okay. >> Can he not be the one though? I you know you love me. I know you do. >> I you actually hate me. >> I hate you. >> Yeah. >> I do hate you. >> Where's that kid at? >> Oh, I know why. Because you have a set schedule on me to you don't know [ __ ] >> What? Yeah, make sure that kid's all right. >> Thank you. And all the times I've ever called the cops for help, I've not been the one to get help. So I just don't trust you guys. Thanks. He came here like story. >> So what happened is give us your side of the story as far as what happened. >> I don't know how to do officer. >> Otherwise, we have to sons uh side of it and >> Me and my boyfriend were here having some drinks, all right? And we expected to not have any kids. And when I told him he wasn't going to come here, whenever I say no to my son, I asked my boyfriend to help me say no to my son. My son can't be told to [ __ ] take no for the keys. He can't be told for nothing. He'll [ __ ] push me. He pushes Kyle. He Oh, look at the basement. He beats the [ __ ] out of the basement, the doors, everything. >> The crime scene is inside, by the way. Sure. Inside the house, it's a absolute disaster and there's blood everywhere. >> And listen, they came downstairs, there's blood everywhere. Look at my boyfriend's face. My boy I told >> He came back Tuesday. >> No, nobody Everybody went downstairs like, "Oh, there's blood everywhere." I haven't been down there yet. He's got to go. Go live with your dad. He can't >> When did he go with his dad? >> What? Because his dad now just all of a sudden decided to show up tonight out of all the [ __ ] times he ever DECIDED TO SHOW UP >> IT WAS A HALF hour and a half time. >> NO, I TRIED telling him early enough and he just keeps dropping him off here like it's not a [ __ ] thing. And thinking, "Oh, my boyfriend My boyfriend just goes in the room and shuts the door." >> Does he live here? >> My son? >> Yeah. >> Yes. >> Okay, so he can come here whenever he wants to. >> Okay, no, he can't. >> Okay. >> No, he can't. >> Okay, you're right. So, what happened? You guys were at a funeral today? >> They were at a funeral today. When I expect him one month out of [ __ ] how many [ __ ] months for him to go with his dad and we decided to have drinks here and then he comes here and bombs us like I'm the drunk one. We stayed home. We stayed behind doors and then he [ __ ] comes in here and everybody starts going in a furor because guess what? When he [ __ ] does it, he sneaks out the window. He He in who he wants. We've had kids coming in here >> So what happened tonight? So >> what happened tonight? No, he's standing out front. What happened tonight? >> He came in. He wasn't supposed to be here. >> Okay. >> And him and Kyle got into an altercation. He punched Kyle in the face. >> Okay. What about What's his son's name? >> My son's name is >> Okay, so how did Ryan get injured? >> Because he choked or Kyle out. Kyle Kyle's face is purple. He was going to I he was going to choke Kyle out. >> Okay, so how did get injured though? How did the injuries come about? >> I do not know. I honestly do not know. I truly do not But I do know >> But you remember that You remember that >> in Kyle's shoes. Kyle and Kyle put his hands behind his back and kept punching him across my shoulder. Kyle did not. The point is >> So how do you How do you remember Kyle's injuries, but you don't remember your own son's injuries? >> remember any of their injuries. I don't remember >> So you don't remember anybody's injuries? >> No, I don't remember anybody's injuries. >> They beat the [ __ ] out of each other. >> I got a screenshot showing that he told her he was coming home and she said, "Okay." >> Yeah. >> You can see it He's got a shiner. >> Who uh >> She >> Boyfriend and the >> kid. >> Boyfriend and the 16-year-old, yeah. Six That looks like 16-year-old. >> 1,000% got that upper hand. But I mean, he whooped boyfriend. >> Take a picture of me with that. >> I've been going back and forth dealing with her drunk So So what is You guys were at a funeral today, to my understanding, right? Sorry to hear that. Uh So did you drop him off here? >> Yeah, I dropped him off here. >> When did you drop him off here? >> Uh just right before this happened. I got on the front of drove and I was on the phone with >> Which front of drove? >> Uh, the the one right there. I don't know. I live in Dwight. >> So go back Oh, 66? >> Yeah, 66. >> Okay. >> So I got on the front of drove and calls me and everybody's screaming and everything in the background. I don't know who swung first. I just know Kyle got pissed and Kyle was just drunk as hell and I >> Yeah, they're both hammered. >> So I turned around and came back came rushing back and then So ran away. So I told Ryan I'm I was parked on the road so I told me, I'm here, you know, where are you? I'll come pick you up. >> No, I'm back here cuz he's paranoid. >> I need to get myself like >> Yeah, come on. >> Yeah. >> So they're yelling at me. She's punching my [ __ ] window of my truck and yelling blaming me and all this. >> Was he in the truck with you? >> No. >> Oh, he was still downstairs in the basement. >> this was >> She's out >> No, so this is when ran away. >> Oh, okay. >> So they got in the fight and then ran up to us. >> Oh, okay. >> So uh, so right over there Ryan started walking from that direction towards here and Kyle went to attack again and I don't know if Ryan hit him or not cuz I was over there so I rushed over. >> Oh, so that happened again in the front yard? >> Yes, yes, it happened right there. >> was were they bloody like that? >> Oh, yeah. >> Yeah. >> So that I know. So so it >> Yeah, yeah, it looks like a crime scene in there. Um, so left. >> Yes. >> Okay. And then Do you know like How long is he gone? A couple minutes? >> Yeah, it was only a few minutes cuz I was >> So and they're both sitting out front. She's yelling screaming at you curbing so on and so forth. Comes walking around the corner. >> Yes. >> Kyle's sitting on the stoop out front. >> rushes towards gets in his face. >> And then what happened like explain like >> Somebody hit somebody cuz I heard a strike but I don't know. I don't know. I didn't see cuz it was so it's so dark right there. >> Sure. >> So, I came rushing over and I said >> And then were they rolling around out here in the front or anything? Just Do you think somebody got hit one time up front? >> Just one time? >> Kyle ran towards him, got in his face. >> Yeah. >> And then yeah, so freaking And then I go over there and I get in between Kyle and Brittany's in front of Kyle. She starts punching me in the face. >> Yeah. >> But, I'm not going to hit her back. >> Yeah. Got it. >> And yeah. And then thank god, you know, he got shot up. So. >> Well, she called and then pretty much said nothing. It was just the screaming when everybody was screaming at each other and then it was nothing. So, then yeah. So, what's your last name? >> So, he's complaining his shoulder hurts him. >> His shoulder was before from when you left him. >> If you're not swollen pretty good, really think that he should go get some x-rays. >> You have the ultimate say. She's in no condition to make any judgment over her child right now. You're the father as well and you have custodial rights. >> Yeah, I'm the non-custodial parent. So, yeah. >> But, you still have like some custodial Okay, so So, you have the final say. Okay. In whether or not you'd like him to go to the hospital or not. >> Yeah, I can He doesn't look hurt at all. So, I'm just >> Yeah, absolutely. You can sign a refusal. >> Yeah, that's fine. >> But, we have no problem taking him either. >> No, I I I >> Okay. >> So, I only have really I got barely a story from each side. All right, and I obviously you heard how much of the story I have from Brittany. >> Yeah. >> Um >> I got the screenshots showing you some. >> Well, it's his house. So, he can come here whenever he wants. I don't care if she said don't come here. It's his house. So, sucks to be her. >> Yeah. >> Don't be a >> Yeah. >> bad mouth. >> Um If that's the case, um if that ends up being the side of the story that I believe has happened or we can prove that has happened tonight, um Kyle's going to jail. >> Okay. >> For sure. I mean, he >> Domestic battery, I believe it would be domestic battery. >> Boyfriend, did they live together? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Does Kyle live here? >> Yeah, it'd be domestic battery. If not, it'd be aggravated domestic battery. Um There's also the other side of the story where Kyle's in the wrong. You know? >> I'm not sure quite yet. >> But I mean, if that's the case, then it would also There he could potentially be looking at charges on that one. I'm leaning more towards it was the intoxicated Kyle's fault because your son is able >> like an assault. >> Your son is able to give a sober >> Yeah. >> explanation of the story, and then I wasn't able to get much of another story from the other guy. So, but um he's going to come home with you for the night? >> Oh, yeah. >> Okay. >> Okay. Yeah, for sure. >> Okay. >> And then Kyle's getting taken to the hospital, so I'm going to have to I'll talk to your son now, and then I'll go up and I'll talk to Ryan, and then I will let you guys know. >> And there might be blood and stuff right there, yeah. >> Yeah, there's blood everywhere. There's blood in the whole house is blood. There's blood out here. There's blood on the door. There's blood >> And he was trying to attack again, but I got in between them. >> Yeah, so >> I was yelling at him to get his stuff so we can get out of here. >> Yeah, just that story in itself is leading me to believe that Kyle's the aggressor here, and Kyle's going to Kyle's going to take the ride. So. Take the fall for it so far, then yeah. Um Do you have questions for me right now? >> No. >> Okay. >> I'm just going to get a couple of pictures of you if you don't mind. Just put your hands out flat. >> I He doesn't He was not involved. >> No, I got punched in the face three different times after >> Oh, you got punched in the face? >> between them. >> By who? >> Britney. When I got between them. She [ __ ] socked me like three times. >> Do you want to press charges? >> What are you thinking? Can you put your hands out like this for me so I can take a picture? Yeah, that's right. >> Did you say yes? >> I just let him in. Take him out that way. The other way. Are there any marks on you? >> No, that was it. She was just three times. >> I mean She's psycho, wait. >> Yeah, but they're not Does that matter? Being drunk isn't an excuse. That's my kid. I mean the boyfriend The boyfriend's probably going over there. Yeah, but this is the last thing that you need. You can't let I mean You're not a punching bag, man. She doesn't get to get away with this because she's drunk. She's always drunk. >> I know. >> That's the problem. She's got There's consequences for her actions. >> Yeah. I mean, yeah. Yeah, I can do it. I can do it. >> You don't have to. It's your choice. >> Don't let me say one way or another. >> I mean, I can take it. I'm not [ __ ] I'm not worried about me. I'm worried about my kid. >> That That is That will I promise you that's getting addressed. >> Yeah. >> That has nothing to do with it. >> I don't >> It will. That's done. That's done and addressed to us. That will It will be. >> Yeah. >> Right? But we'll worry about this thing, too. Do you want I just say yes or no. You know, do you want to press charges for her? Okay. >> I don't I don't I don't I don't >> Okay. >> They They went They beat the [ __ ] out of the kid. They both look like something from a scary movie. His face was covered. I go down there, the kid's face is covered and his hands is all down his arms. I'm walking through the place, there's just blood everywhere. I'm like, "Good Good Good lord. What happened?" >> It sounded like the cop got turned around and the kid beat the [ __ ] out of him. >> Yeah, that's what it sounded like to me. And then he laughed. The kid laughed for a couple minutes, ran away for a couple minutes, and then came back and the dad was here and he's walking out front and then Kyle charges him. And the two start kind of going at it a little bit again and then that's when he got punched in the face a couple times. >> And then the mom hit on the kid, too, after the kid got the upper hand on the Kyle dude. >> Yeah. >> She started She started whacking on that boy. >> Britney did? >> Mhm. >> I'm going to take her to jail, too. Taking them both to jail. >> See if that front door opens again. >> Was Britney hitting? >> Huh? >> Was Britney hitting your son? >> Yeah. >> How many times? >> Oh, no. I I don't know. I didn't see her hit him. >> The kid told you that? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Did he say how many times she hit her? I didn't remember. I was just trying to get him off of Kyle. >> I'll take them both to jail. What's that? I don't get to You don't get to, right? Right? All right. That's what I thought then. Okay. I'm just going to go do this now then. Hey. Let's go out here and talk for a second. >> Well, lay down. >> Watch your package. Come out here with me for a second. What happened in the front yard? >> Nothing happened in the front yard. >> Nothing happened in the front yard? >> No. >> They didn't start Kyle didn't start fighting again in the front yard? >> do not remember. I'm on migraine medication and I've been super sick today. Honestly, I don't know where it came from. My son has been battling me for a while for coming home for curfew. He wrecked the car. He did a bunch of [ __ ] And I've been having a hard time controlling him. So, I asked my boyfriend to help me. And my boyfriend grabbed the keys from him last weekend. >> Okay, so no that I I don't care. What happened in the front yard? >> What happened in the front My boyfriend never threw the first punch. I know that. >> Okay, so what happened in the front yard? My understanding I'm walking around the corner or I'm walking around the corner Kyle come charging out of >> No. >> And then what happened? They start rolling around in the front yard? >> No, nothing of that sort happened. >> Did you try to break anybody up? >> No, I stayed between it. Nobody hit each other at that point. >> Okay, did you ever hit anybody? >> No, I never hit anybody. You can see that. >> Okay, did you ever hit your son? >> No. I pushed them back. That's all I remember. >> Okay. >> No, I never hit or touched anybody. >> Okay. Um real quick, right now you're just being detained for domestic battery. Okay, put your hands behind your back. >> did I do? >> Like I said, it's just a detainment. You're not under arrest at this moment. But so far what I have that leads me to believe that you have committed a domestic battery. Okay? So, >> Okay. >> you're being detained >> From who? >> at the moment. >> I didn't hit or touch anybody. >> Um you'll have a seat in which one's your patrol in your car? >> Yeah. >> Have a seat in the one of my partner. >> [snorts] >> Where you parked at, Chase? >> Where you parked at, Zachary? >> Hop on out. >> So, you're under arrest for hitting uh your Ryan's father. >> No, I didn't hit anybody. >> Then who hit Ryan's father? >> I didn't hit anybody. >> Who hit Ryan's father? >> I didn't hit anybody. >> Okay. Well, you're under arrest for that domestic battery right now. Have a seat. >> I can't get up there like that. >> I'll push you in, all right? >> I'm freezing. >> Yeah, there you go. You want it? I'll do that instead. I promise you I will. >> No, I've had I've had two >> You got to do >> I know. >> I just thought about that. >> I got him. >> Thank you. Love you.
