So, it's just coming right through there, too. >> It comes right through there and then >> in the back here driving. >> Yeah, and then he skips through there. Brian, how you doing? He hops the fence. Then Now, that's Brian's truck. I'm so sick of these guys. >> He's getting in the trying to get He's out to him in the truck. Trying to get in the truck. Okay. I'm tired of this Then he comes down here, he stops, he goes over here. I don't know. Was he talking to you guys? No. Then he walks down the driveway and then goes out. Did he actually get in the truck? >> I don't think so. I It's locked, but I want him arrested. I'm done with him. I'm done with him. He does this all the damn time. I know he's mentally unstable >> uh mentally unwell. Yeah. Yeah. That's what I don't give a Um Could I see what he's wearing again? Black. >> Black. I assume I saw >> Hoodie and I saw him sitting on the porch and he's out there. I think he just came out when we were walking up. >> shirt and shorts. His name is Francis. Francis Vatores. I think so I think it is, too, but it's been a long time since I've dealt with him, but He was in prison like maybe 8 years ago or something. >> with him, too, so Okay. Good luck. Thanks. Go ahead. Yes. Do you recognize him? I It's been a long time. I think that's him, but Kinnen would probably know for certain. What's up, man? It's Scott. How you doing, man? Francisco? What's up? Are you Francisco? Yeah, what's up? Yeah. All right, man. So, you see those private property signs over there? Well, you were walking on their property. Well, you can't do that. That's an I'mma do it cuz these [ __ ] be sending [ __ ] over here. Like what? Man, don't worry about it, but they be doing [ __ ] too, so I don't I don't complain on them. I don't complain on them. [ __ ] running through my They be coming in here doing I don't call the police on them. They come in your house? >> they come around doing [ __ ] and disrespect the house. I'm calling the police. Okay. And And and All right. You're going to be under arrest for trespassing. I'm not walking away. Don't. Uh-oh. We're going to get [Music] You're under ARREST FOR TRESPASSING. I'M NOT. LOOK. OKAY, BEGIN. YEAH, you are. I'm not. Yeah, go ahead. THERE'S NO ONE. [Music] HOLD ON, MAN. YEAH, YOU CAN'T DO THAT. ALL RIGHT. I'M SAYING NOTHING, RIGHT? You guys can hear all that [ __ ] all right? I don't know what you're talking >> Yeah, you do. [Music] Come on, man. Hold on, man. I don't I don't know, man. [Music] Don't you give me that and I'll help you out. Don't try Carlos. Go and put your foot. Put your slide on. There you go. Don't try Whitney. Nah, you I know you ain't trying to come get me. YOU AIN'T TOLD ME 18 JUNKIES SITTING ON THE THAT'S HIM. GO ahead and sit. [Music] Hey, ma'am. This is my son. I know. Yeah, so Why? He's been going He's been going over into the neighbor's yard and trespassing. They have signs posted no trespass. >> Yeah, I know. Um so, they wanted to press charges for that. We went to place him under arrest. He kind of tried to get away from us. >> Yeah, I I He also tried to get in the neighbor's truck, too, over there, so Yeah, I say every day every day Francisco no trespass >> I know. Francisco no I Let me mess >> with the mental health stuff, right? Yeah. >> Does he take any medication or anything? No. >> take it. Does he He's had stuff that he's supposed to take, he just doesn't take it. >> Uh 1 second. Let me telephone my mom. It's okay. Yeah. I did my I told my dad Hi. Hi, this is Officer DeClerk. Hi. Um sorry, I just live far away from my mom, but she told you uh there is no way to take uh I don't know how you guys can take my mom to the hospital. She can't go with you guys because he's really really bad right now. >> Yeah. I don't know So, yeah, that's one of That's one of the things we'll have to talk with him about and see, you know, I would assume I haven't really dealt with him in that capacity before, but do you think he would willingly willingly go out to the hospital? Uh it I don't know. We tried one time, but he didn't want to. He was like, "Oh, no, I'm okay. I'm not crazy. I'm >> Yeah. crazy and that, you know. So, it's going to be one of those things we can obviously have a conversation with him about that, but at this point I don't know that we can really force him to go. There's certain where we can um when people you know, when What happened? Because somebody called or what happened? Uh so, the neighbors called uh Carson Street here. They have no trespassing signs posted. Apparently, they've had ongoing issues with him. Yeah, so he was over there and he also went up in their driveway and was like trying to get into one of their vehicles. Um so, they wanted to press charges, so we came over here to make contact with them. Um he didn't really want to have any contact with us. Um and then kind of tried to get away from us, so Yeah. >> Yeah. He's been mad at almost a long time, but we try Yeah. and my Yeah. But I told him too many times I go there and I want to take him to the hospital, but he don't want to. He don't want to listen and Sure. We don't have nothing I don't know It's hard. So, there there is ways for you guys to petition that he involuntarily be committed. There's like paperwork and things that you that you could go through to do that. Um Um I can work on maybe trying to get some information for you guys about that kind of stuff and maybe drop something back off here at home for your mom if you think that's okay. I don't know if there's anything that we can do, but he was back to picking on my daughter in the neighbor's backyard. Okay. Okay. Where was he Was he like on the other side of the fence here from like their driveway or He was in the bushes. Yeah, he was on this side and watching the girls through the house and we noticed it before the girls >> It's probably going to fall into kind of what we already have him under arrest for. I know, but he's still on the property. No, sure. I understand I understand that. Yeah, so we're we're working on what we can with what the charges we have and then we're going to try to obviously He knows we never have any problems really, but And that's what we're That's more of what we're working towards is like trying to get him some help cuz that's obviously what he needs. No, we want to be able to go together like we should be friends and stuff at the end of the day, but that's too much. And he but he probably doesn't even recognize that, you know. >> Probably not, but that's too much watching the >> No, absolutely. I get you. Um so, that's why we got to go the other way as far as cuz it's the mental health stuff is what's causing that kind of stuff. So, we need to do something to get him help in that regard. Well, there's other things that go with that, obviously. 2023, I'm 10-8 from that residence I'm out. Speaking with another neighbor. Um so, yeah, that's I mean, all that stuff unfortunately kind of goes hand in hand, obviously, you know, when people aren't taking what they're supposed to be taking and taking other substances. Tomorrow when he's back out here and he's kidnapping little girls, you're going to feel differently. Hey. >> Cuz that's weird. >> Absolutely. I agree with you, but you know They're little 9-year-old girls. >> I agree with you. But we don't make the rules on who goes to jail and who you know, who stays in jail and that kind of stuff. We do what we can. >> legal. It's not like a law that you keep that That's what you can't That's what you can't look over. It's illegal to be in somebody's yard that has trespassing signs posted and that's what he's under arrest for. Um so, there's you know It's I'll look and see if there's any charges as far as Yeah, absolutely. I'll see if there's anything else that we might be able to You Well, that's that's what I said. That's what he's already under arrest for based on being on their property. So, that's what we're working with right now. Obviously, he resists us, that's another charge. Um but again, like I was telling here, it's the mental health stuff is kind of I mean too. Absolutely. What I What did I just tell you though? That's part of That's part of it. That all goes together, right? But it's not illegal to be high. It's only illegal to be in possession of those things, right? You know what I mean? So, it's He's been sitting out there all night. >> Yeah. No, he's been out there since 2:00 in the morning. 2:00 in the morning >> Yeah. He was still here. Yeah, he was speaking outside. He's been standing outside all night. Right. Yeah, he's obviously got some things going on. Yeah. So, I mean, we'll you know, we'll try to get him you know, to the hospital if he's if it's one of those things too where we have certain situations where we can make people go. I I I understand all that. You know, right. I I get that. Will he be back tonight? Possibly. Yeah. Yeah, cuz Yeah. You can You can vacate your lease if you want. That's We don't make those rules. Right? You know what I mean? Yeah. I mean, unless he does something between here and now to get in more trouble. That's No, I Yeah, we don't we don't want that either, but that's unfortunately that's a misdemeanor charge. That's not something that they send people to jail over, so. Yeah, thanks guys. But like I said, yeah, I mean, it doesn't hurt to have the same thing on on your end as far as as far as the trespassing stuff cuz then that that keeps them off of your property too. Or not keeps them off, but gives us something that we can do. It's just the No, I get it. Like I said, that Well, that's and that's a new one for me. I'll look into this and see if there's if there's something with that that we can charge him with and if we can, we will. All right, buddy. I'm so shaking. My hands are like shaking. Yeah. I kind of figured that's how it was going to go. Well, I'm not afraid of like I'm not afraid of anybody else that goes over there to the house cuz they unfortunately, they cut through here and they come and go. This dude This dude scares me. >> Yeah, no. So, you do have you have video [Music] looking around over there. I wondered if this was going to happen. He's been up and down the street all day. >> They said he was was out last night when they came home at like 2:00 a.m. and he's still Well, I have him I have him last week 2:30 in the morning. He's standing outside of my house staring at it. Yeah. And I didn't I didn't do anything because I just okay, and you let it go. Just he'll go home. >> can only go so long letting things go. All right, so they ran into you. Okay. So, how come you were trying to get in their vehicle? No, I mean, I was just looking for my phone somewhere. You saw You saw somebody in there? So, you didn't tug on the door handle or anything like that? No. Okay, cuz in the video, it looks like you were tugging on the door handle. No, I was looking looking in there. Were you trying to get something? Did you see anybody in there? Mhm. You saw somebody Mhm. You tried to get them out? No, I just like looked in and said I was trying to see I don't know. I was just trying to see cuz he's been bothering me for Well, like even if I tell you guys like you guys don't understand until you guys see it yourself. But like That's why That's why I'm trying to like show show you guys little by little. Like if you guys ever feel like the world's shaking or like you hear voices I'm trying to like show you guys like what's going on. Okay. That's why I said not a lot of people believe that type of reality until they're like until they see it themselves. Then they'll start believing in like the real gods, the real everything. That's all I was trying to do. I was trying to show my family and everybody like that this life that I have, I was introduced to it since I was 5 years old. And I had got sacrificed from a while ago. So, like I don't know. I I feel like I I was trying to get my head back to life and then everything started going like wrong from I don't know. It It's weird, but I don't know. It's just especially this [ __ ] I don't know. It's definitely different times. All right. Everybody has their own perception of reality, and you know That's true. All right. Okay. It doesn't make it right or wrong. It just makes it different. Right. No, all it is is because like I said, like I'm tired of people that are trying to say that certain things certain things or certain like people are God. They praise him first before they praise all all the real one, the real truth. Mhm. Okay. And when I prove people that the truth, then they'll be like, "Oh, he's the devil. He's doing this, this, and that." But you got to remember like they said in the Bible that God had punished the devil. So, how is the devil going to have magic or power or anything? You know? Mhm. Well, we can only control our own actions, not the actions of others, you know? Mhm. True. All right, man. So, here's the deal. Well, All right. You're going to be going to Henry County. Oh, hell no. Okay. You're not going to be there like You'll see a judge tomorrow. No, no, no. Over your little disease. Yeah, you got to go. All right. These are It's just what you got to do for these charges, Francisco. Which charges? For criminal trespass, resisting with injury. Francisco's arrest might have ended the chaos that night. But for the neighborhood, the fear still lingers. Will he get the help he needs? Or will this happen again when he's released?
