Cops got called. We all went to bed, woke up, of course me and her arguing back and forth, just yelling. Different rooms, of course. She called her sister, her sister pulls up, busted in that my room with this window over the other side. Busted in my room with a [ __ ] bat, swung a bat on me. We got into an altercation, then her brother's dog bit her because we were fighting. We got broke up, she jumped in the vehicle, hauled ass. Her sister I I still have the cops on the phone, puts me, chokes me up against the door after getting in my face. So we got into a fight as well, then she put her [ __ ] hands on me while I was on the call. Both times I called 911. Guess what? He I've been in I've wanted you for 9 months. That's the one that just attacked me. Choked me against the [ __ ] >> Who left was >> That was her sister. Her sister attacked me. Her sister left, then she got in my face against that door, choked me against the door, so then we got into a fist fight. I have just got attacked twice in a home that I [ __ ] live in. She called her sister and had her sister barge in a house that we don't live in and hit me with a [ __ ] Hit me with a [ __ ] bat IN MY GOD DAMN LEG. BARGED IN MY ROOM, AND NOW SHE'S MAD CUZ she got bit by a dog. >> Okay. All right, we're going to talk to her. >> No, you talk to people. >> All right, all right, all right, kids. >> Okay. >> Deputies spoke with the suspect's sister who provided her account of what happened. According to investigators, she stated that an argument had been taking place before the confrontation escalated. She also acknowledged that her sister arrived at the residence carrying a baseball bat. Though she maintained it was not brought there with the intention of using it. >> Did you see all this happen? >> I was ON THE PHONE WITH THE COPS. BOTH TIMES I GOT IT ON >> I DIDN'T HEAR ANY OF IT, MAN. I don't want to be involved. >> I swear to god. >> I'm sorry. I'm having a hard time >> I don't I didn't see none of it. >> He didn't go say [ __ ] He watched her IN THE ROOM. HE WATCHED HER SISTER HIT WITH A BAT I'M GOING TO take care of her kids. >> Stop. Stop. Don't don't interact with her. Enough. Do not interact with her again. >> Well, then take her kids. I'm not watching her kids. >> Hey, stop yelling. Okay, we're trying to figure out what's going on. You out here causing a scene is not helping. Stop. Go sit on the front of that car and stop screaming. Sit. Enough. Go sit over there. We'll be with you in a minute. >> I'm going to go head over to him. She was by herself in the car? >> Yeah, like she beat me with a bat. >> Okay, they're going to take care of that. >> Okay, I need you to stop screaming and yet carrying on. I get it, you're upset. >> I'm not upset. I'm injured. I got hit with a bat three times and then a fight with her as well. Like I was on the phone with the law the moment her sister walked in the door. I called 911. I have everything on the call. >> Yes, we know. We have the 911 call. Everything's recorded. Okay? We have all of that recorded. Go ahead. Okay. So, I need you to write down everything that happened. Okay? Put it on paper. So, all I need are the highlighted areas up here filled out, okay? And then in this box, you start writing me happened. >> I'm going to try. I'm going to lie. I really damaged my hand. >> Okay, well, paramedics are coming in now, okay? And then keep going up there if you need more room, all right? >> I'm good. >> You can use the hood of the car, you can >> Billy, will you come grab her? Don't expect me not to press charges. Don't [ __ ] expect that because I'm pressing charges on her and Christina. I just got assaulted in my home with a [ __ ] I'm pressing charges on both of them. I don't care if she's my best friend, she's going to learn her damn lesson. I literally almost fought some girl in Daytona for no reason. A 4-ft tall girl. This this tall. Why would I [ __ ] [ __ ] I need to fight a girl this tall. I would fight for my best friend anything. >> 26 This one got hit with a bat a couple times. >> Twice. >> Um already inside, so she doesn't need EMS. I'm trying to figure out exactly what's happening here still, but there's a third party that left. We're trying to find them and make contact with them, too. So, this one's the one that got hit with the bat several times. >> Do you know if it was metal or wood? >> I don't know. This is the first second she's not screaming at me anymore. >> What happened? >> My sister was on the phone, she called me. She said she felt threatened because the girl was trying to fight her in her own home. So, the entire time on the phone cuz I didn't believe her at first, but you could hear "Come the [ __ ] out here right [ __ ] now." So, I got >> Wait, wait. >> I know. >> So, take a breath, but then I get it. You want to sit down? We can You can bring a chair out here or >> You're fine. >> Okay, before you get into Tell me who is who. >> Okay, so I was Okay, so Okay, Alyssa's the homeowner. You got Billy and Alyssa that actually own the home. Shante is the one that rents a room from them. Well, apparently my sister called me this morning asking me to come over because Shante >> She was She was [ __ ] scared to get here. Your sister. >> My sister I have everything on speakerphone. I hate having it to my Plus, I was making breakfast for my kids. And she But, you can hear Shante in the background "Come the [ __ ] out here right [ __ ] now. I'm going to whoop your ass. And apparently this was over because my sister accused her of [ __ ] Billy a long time ago but never mentioned it to her so she's very upset about it. I don't even know. So I'm on the phone with her the whole time. You can hear her randomly coming up to my sister's door cussing out. Come on, come outside. My sister leave me alone Shante, leave me alone. So I show up and I walk through the door and I was like, is there a problem that's happening right now? She's on the phone with somebody saying hold on I need to handle this right now. I need to handle this right now. So I go in the room and I [ __ ] up. I had a bat and I poked her in the throat with it and then she whacked it out of my hand and my brother's dog came up and bit my arm but luckily didn't leave any marks and then I did whack her legs with the bat. So I I did [ __ ] up and I know I did. >> Okay. >> And yeah and then she grabbed me by my hair, threw me on the freaking thing and I had to pin my face because that dog was coming at me. It bit my lip first, ripped it. >> Who put you on the ground? >> Her. >> Shante? >> Shante, sorry. And then the kids were coming in and >> Why was the dog biting everybody or you at least? What was that dog? >> Apparently I get to the kitchen and I'm like dude I don't >> Yeah, I've never met this dog and I go in and >> dog like a puppy or >> No, it's a full grown [ __ ] >> Okay. >> I'm mad at my brother because like I get why the dog is doing it. There's an aggressor and it needs to stop the aggressor. I got that. >> But it's no um well I can't even remember what I'm saying cuz my I'm having >> She went over to defend her sister is what it was. >> And I which was not my place cuz it's not my home and I wasn't being threatened by anybody per se. >> Okay. >> But yeah, I did >> Do you need EMS to come out here and check on you? >> No, I just got a hole in the face and it finally stopped bleeding. >> Okay. >> So >> Okay. I mean are you sure? >> Oh, I'm fine. >> Dog bites can be pretty gross if it's not cleaned out properly. >> I'm fine. >> Cuz their mouths are pretty nasty. >> They are. >> I'm about to say whenever she got here she went in there with peroxide cleaning everything. Okay. All right and your first name is >> Christina. >> Christina, okay. Cuz there's other there's other police out there trying to figure out what happened and what's going on. >> Yeah, I'm not going to say anything. >> was was somebody pretty drunk out there? >> I guess she ain't I don't know. I don't cuz I came up and it just happened. It we instantly started fighting so I didn't try to find out. She they are always drunk over there though. Like my sister is literally like Christina I'm in here throwing up in the bathroom. I have a hangover and she won't leave me alone. And then she's threatening my sister with all of the kids in the living room. And then whenever I did go in her room I will say there was not a single kid in that bedroom. My sister's kids came into the room and then I cuz I know when she was on the phone she's like I'm on the phone with 911 right now while we're being pinned to the ground and blocking my face from this freaking dog. And she's like why are you trying to fight me with my kid in the room? I was like what are you talking about? She was literally standing on the couch when I came in. So you can hear that on the 911 call. There were no kids. >> All right. This is a debacle, that's for sure. >> I know. I already know and it sucks cuz it's a holiday weekend so God it's going to be a long time. Would you mind >> probably. >> going to get my cigarettes out of the freezer? No, and then I have a lighter on the back of my >> I'm dealing with Christina out here beside her sister in the living room. She does not need EMS but I don't like crazy situations. >> But that girl can fight. >> So what so where did the bat come from? Did you bring it? Okay. Um and then you were talking super fast the first time. So I just want you to try to just so I can understand who's who and what took place. You took the bat in with you. >> Yeah. >> And then she approached you >> No, I went inside her room cuz she kept saying Shante I'm Shante. >> Shante? >> That I [ __ ] that's what I'm saying. All this time I want my kids God none of my kids do. I would never. My kids don't even know you're here. They were told to stay in the back porch. >> trying to get there. So, how do you know her? >> Well, she said she wants to know. >> Um all right, so one more time. >> Okay. >> So, you walk in with the bat. >> I did go in with a bat. >> Mhm. >> And I poked her in the throat with it. >> Okay. >> When she kept saying that, I'm going to go handle this right now. >> Okay. >> I know I'm going to get arrested for aggravated assault with what a weapon. I don't know. >> Okay, so ignoring that part, so you put the >> I pushed her in the throat. >> With it. And then she knocked it out of my hand and then she went like this, so I hit her in the legs, but she did not hit me. >> So, she just knocked the bat out of the way. >> Yeah, out of the way. And then she went to go swing back, but I hit her in the legs with the bat. >> Okay. How many times? >> Once. >> Okay. And then what? That's when she got you on the >> hair and the dog was attacking me, so I was like >> Okay. >> She got a good couple hits in. >> Okay. >> She tried to separate my head from my body by pulling my hair and my shoulder downwards, but >> All right. Um do you want to like write a statement or anything? >> I can't. It's not going to help in my defense in in any way. I guess I could that way, just in case she tries to add anything in there. >> Okay, give me 1 second. Let me make a quick phone call. You want to prosecute her for anything? Putting hands on you or anything like that? No? All right, check no for me on both of these as well. Just no. Hey, can she take glasses? >> Reading glasses, like seeing glasses? >> Yeah, they might let you keep them or they might take them. I I can't say, but I'll let you take them. I mean, I don't mind. >> Oh, that's fine. It's better cuz I don't want them to get broken or anything. Oh, no. No, we already gave them to him. >> No cigarettes, no lighter or anything like that? Do you want to tell me what happened? I know you already spoke to this deputy. >> Okay, so this morning my sister had called me while I was making breakfast for my kids. >> Mhm. >> And then sister was on the phone and she had to ask me to come over because her son roommate had her locked in the bedroom. And at first I didn't believe her until I could hear her clear as day, and you can ask him I have it on speakerphone. No matter what, you could hear her come out here right now. We're [ __ ] We're going to fight in the front lawn trying to get her out, and she's like locked in her at the bathroom at first. She was able to make it to her bedroom once she like walked outside or walked somewhere. I don't know cuz I'm on the phone with her. But so I was like, "Hold on, I'm on my way." So I get dressed and I do about on my way out, and I head over there. But the whole time like you could hear her threaten her like three or four times while I'm on the phone. Like literally leaving the situation but then coming back, banging on the door, asking her to come out and fight her. So then I show up, and you could hear her on the phone saying, "Hold on." Cuz I went in and I was like, "What's the problem? Is there a problem here?" And then she you could hear her say, "Hold on, I'm going to go handle this real quick. I had to go handle this real quick." She's on the phone with somebody apparently. So I did walk into her room, and I put the bat to her throat, and I pushed. But we were talking crap to each other. She pushed it away, and then I whacked her on the legs with it, and then we got into a tussle, went to the ground. The dog bought my bit my face, so I started just covering my face. And then we were pulling hair, and then they separated us, and then I left. >> Okay. >> Just got to take care of my dog. >> marks on the face are from the dog? >> Yeah. >> You still have the baseball bat? >> No, still there. >> It's still over there? >> It's in that room, still. >> It's in that room. Okay. Well, she does want to press charges, so is there anything you need to handle or take care of? I mean, you're being cool with me, so I'm going to be cool with you. >> We just want to know the charges so that way we can maybe get >> So it'd be aggravated because it is with the weapon. >> Yeah. >> Um the bond There's no bond until first appearance. >> And that's when? >> So it should be in the morning. >> Okay. >> Um I'm not sure because it's a holiday if they'll have first appearance tomorrow morning or not. So the latest would be Tuesday morning. But because it is involving a weapon, it's no bond. Okay. And then once you see the judge, the judge will read the report, listen to what you have to say, and then he'll give you a bond. And they'll set that, okay? Is there anything else you need to take care of before we go? >> Nope. >> Are you going to be cold with me in the car? >> Yes. >> All right, well then I'll I'll do I'll do you the solid. I'll I'll cuff you in the front if that's okay with you. >> Yep. >> Um that way you're not sitting like that all >> I know it's uncomfortable. >> all uncomfortable. You want to hold that for a second, court? >> Is she able to give her kids >> No, I don't want them >> I don't want them to see it, but I mean if you want to say goodbye or anything, if you love them, well >> not allowed to ask me questions. >> We'll see you in a couple days, all right? You want to walk out here so the kids don't see what we're looking out the window? >> No, man. We'll get it figured out. >> All right. >> I'll be better. >> I'll see you on Tuesday. >> Yep. >> Well, I'm going to press start on it. I mean, of course my sister's not going to say anything about her pregnancy. >> I'm doing good. It's It's a It's a mess. >> Yeah, I told her about it. >> This is why We're going to go to my pastor's house today. >> I know. >> Okay. So, I do have a camera, so I I do have to check your pockets. Just want to face that way. Um your husband, if he wants to watch, it's fine. Make sure I'm not touching you inappropriately. I'm just using the back of my hand. Just check your pockets. Check your waistband. Do you mind doing me a favor? Will you take your thumb underneath your bra strap and just shake it out? Okay. Fantastic. You go ahead and face me. I won't do them tight either cuz you have been cool. You've been cooperative. I'll double lock that so it doesn't tighten on you. Okay. >> I love you. >> Love you, too. >> All right, go ahead and watch your step. Watch your head here. I've got the AC going, so it's nice and cool. I'll leave the AC going for you. All righty. Watch your arm. >> She was charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. Disclaimer, the suspect is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
