all [Music] right King Frank Robert 5170 Northbound 217 shut it off shut it off shut the car off got 142 mph where where's the fire what 142 where's the like why yeah the guy coming up here is my sergeant he got your further up the road over 100 as well yeah needless to say you're getting a ticket uh license registration proof for insurance please are you just driving to drive or what's going on man yeah yeah I don't need that oh uh yeah give me where are you coming from girlfriend's house okay it's late I was just trying to get home go back to Hinkley yeah okay is this car in your name sir uh it is not it is in my family you see my thing my radar you screenshot that God I don't think he's he's just the bed pants coming from his girlfriend's house he's not even 21 why are you doing 142 uh being right and stupid huh being stupid how old are you apparently 18 old is you 18 yeah you 21 till 26 yeah I mean this is a 70 yeah I know and no yes I'm shocked this car can even go that fast for one I just I was I wanted to open it up well I know you were trying to open it up cuz I had you at 103 and you were pulling away so I called off to him yeah cuz I happened to be coming on from 18 there and unfortunately for you you never slowed down you actually sped up um is everything on here still current for you sir registration thank you is address on your hly there so good is that address so good yeah and then and then turn if you have it on your phone or the card I need to see that what's the phone number for you your phone well hang tight I'm definitely getting a ticket on that one um and then just let me see that uh Insurance when I come back up yeah I'll get you okay they can turn your car back on but I know it's cold all right's that back I just perfect all right well um yeah it's yeah so basically whether roach for this or Reckless off it would been the same thing cuz for speeding citations where you're traveling more than 30 over um it's a four-point ticket anyway so it's interchangeable honestly but the definition of Reckless would be more so it's a willful want and disregard for people but you were literally the only car coming down the hill at the time so I'm just going to write V6 in this thing I'm I'm honestly I'm surprised it even goes this fast but I mean that that was pretty cool and well not not well not I just I saw no cars on the road I didn't think any car would be out well unfortunately for you my that other guy that stopped out he was going Southbound and caught you on the moving radar but he wasn't near a crossover to go after you whereas in my case I was on 18 I just hopped on and waited for you so unfortunately I was I was in the right spot at the right time less and learned right all right so just root you for the speed actually locked in at 141 so that's what I put on the citation um if you so I'm not sure about madina's policies cuz technically in this case like I said 30 more is a 4o ticket as opposed to a two um to my knowledge it's still a minor misdemeanor but I'm not sure what their policy is as far as having to appear or not so right now I Mark that you have to appear so it be the 17th at 8:30 in Madina Municipal you have dresses up top um between now and then you can call them well what day is it say say Saturday they're not going to get this until Monday so give them a call on Tuesday or Wednesday this coming week um they'll have this on file then and then ask if you have to appear in person if they say no then you can just pay it online or out of court I'm just not sure what their policy is cuz I think on as far as the citation goes it's still a minor misdemeanor but because the speeds were so High some courts they make it a mandatory appearance and I'm not 100% sure if that's mad or not so I would say give them a call Tuesday or Wednesday this coming week and just say hey um I've stopped on this night here's my name here's a ticket number if they should be able to pull it up and then they'll they'll be able to let you know whether it actually is a mandatory appearance or if you could just take care of it out of court right okay all right we'll definitely slow it down um normally we see stuff like that normally there's like impairment or something else is going on or the car is like stolen so thankfully none of that stuff applied you tonight um but other than that obviously make better life decisions Life Choices yeah so other than that you have a safe night hey usually thank you
