hey s just 182 this uh it's a puppy and I I can't see it but it's crying it appears to be in distress it was a 90° day in Pensacola Florida and this officer wasted no time saving this puppy's life come here y got any water it's not really cold cuz I've had it little put a note I had to make injury into the passenger uh front window the puppy is out of the hot car but definitely not out of danger the officer and bystanders quickly get him some water how long do you think the owner was away from his car get him some water oh good you got some cool water it's hot oh okay we pour that out this is it's not back home but it's cool let's get them in the shade who's cuter the grandma or the puppy I will put you right here for right now sad it was it's been at least 20 30 minutes since we got here and then now it's almost an hour or so and they still haven't came back that dog would have been yeah well we got the call at 1255a been dead if we didn't I got it at uh 117 yeah it's after 1:30 now yeah it's ridiculous sir can you come over here for second place so we can finish off car owner finally arrives but he's about to do something I didn't expect last bro y'all just took the dog y'all say have the dog leave go back home I get what you're saying we got food in the car right that we don't even want to Spa I understand that but also it's been an hour and 15 minutes now that y'all been in there at least since we've been here so that dog would have been in there at 94 plus degree temperatures for an hour and 15 minutes what what what what had to happen B if you give me a second let me write all this information down I'll tell you everything you nervous you shaking I'm talking but I'm not I'm not did he really just accuse that cop of being nervous after leaving an innocent puppy in the car for over an hour nervous I've been out here in 100 degree weather for over an hour you know the only reason why I'm shaking is because I've been standing out in this 90 Dee weather with full poesta basically what happened guys is um I came up um unfortunately the dog was in distress and I couldn't get in your vehicle we couldn't make contact with you guys so per Florida law we're actually allowed to break the window um and that's what we did so we broke the window to get the dog so if youall have any questions about that I can give youall a case number where you can reference the whole report I can get that in just a second if you want to um and then you can go from there okay do you think the officers were justified in Breaking the Window Control I'm going to give them y'all's information and they'll give y'all a call
