do you guys already know the situations with Mr James house no I'm not arrested yes I don't know about being arrested La well for calling the girl the nword and for sexual harassing woman and there's all kind of charges recently arrested it happened not that long ago his all his establishments have been like basically people have been going what I'm asking since like the no not not since the Facebook stuff so my brother works at the one in green he's a bouncer there mind you I just got out of the hospital I just had a total hysterctomy just had surgery my best friend Alyssa knows we know him we were sitting in there sitting there having a drink he comes up to the bar and goes to Alyssa I nothing against you but you need to tell this fat [ __ ] [ __ ] to get the [ __ ] out of my business I'm going to [ __ ] kill you and you deserve to die so I took my drink and threw it on I'm not going to lie to you because that's ridiculous for someone to I own a business if you want someone to leave you want someone to leave you can say listen you're not welcome at my establishment you there's no reason to come up to a girl and tell her you're a fat [ __ ] [ __ ] I hope you [ __ used to date that was with her okay and I go to the girl I used to date we're still kind of friendly friends with each other and I go Lista I go first SW I just want you to know nothing none of this has anything to do with you cuz I'm about to kick her out yeah I go I don't have any issue with you at all I go but what kind of person accuses someone of rape being a sexual predator M and a piece of [ __ ] human being goes into that person's bar and spends money and Alyssa kind of looks at me and I don't know if she knew that girl was on Facebook and the Brook looks I go your friend did that I'll get the [ __ ] out of my bar I I was talking just like that to him because I had customers around so I didn't want to cause a SE so I'm like get the [ __ ] out of my bar and she just [ __ ] throws a drink in my face I go you I go you and I said it like under my tongue you [ __ ] fat [ __ ] get the [ __ ] out of my bar [ __ ] throws another drink in my face I walk away cuz I know this ain't this ain't going to go I just want her to leave so I kind of like walked in the other dining room she walked out with her friend and uh that was the end of it went home and changed came back gotcha just like sticky Margaritas on me gotcha no there was no like threat or anything of that nature no I mean she didn't threaten me I didn't threaten her you didn't threaten her it was just no start to get the [ __ ] out did okay was there anybody that was standing around that uh Ross my bartender Ross your bartender was there yeah I I don't think there was any I know where she was sitting at there was no one else sitting at the bar maybe on the other side there might have been I we'll be able to see on video but yeah I'd love to go watch a video go watch it go I don't know how to work it I'm going to have to grab my manager to worka is that assault throwing a drink in someone's face that it cause you harm serious physical harm no okay I no so there's nothing that really can be done then no I mean disorderly conduct at the most I got you it's a minor misdemeanor I got you what about walking on the tab walking on the tab that's simp dis that to an extent it's a civil dispute all right so supposedly sorry my bad me I'm sorry so supposedly he's not there right now I'm sure he's not hiding in the back somewhere well we're I mean we're we're we're we're going to hang out over here good
