On August 12th, 2025, officers responded to a reported disturbance at a Walmart parking lot after a road rage confrontation escalated into a physical altercation >> on her. >> And that's what we're dealing with. >> We want to press charges against him for slamming him on the ground though cuz I saw that he slammed them on the ground. >> Okay. He was trying to separate what was an active battery between two people. So, he was being >> [ __ ] going to help though. That's the thing. >> What happens after that? Okay. He's not getting charged as breast. I'm telling you that. >> That's fine. That's fine. We have his license. >> It is going to be well documented in the report what his actions were and how he tried to separate and then that did cause her to be able to kick him in the head. I get it. So, what you have is they are coming into Walmart, coming down the oneway road here, >> right? They're about a little in front of that patrol car. >> Coming down. female comes up this way >> and they are uh >> stopped in front of each other. >> So the females are in the wrong. >> Loud verbal argument occurs. Um he >> tempo passenger which is the one in the actual tank top, the gray tank top, not the more sleeved one. Uh the one going to the car. He has a video of the verbal argument. Um so you can see female from the suspect. The suspect is out of the car is yelling at them at one point threatens to shoot them. uh nothing in her hands. They're laughing and joking with it and kind of egging on the entire argument. So there is no fear in the sense of it. [clears throat] She then hits their uh passenger side mirror uh like and they roll up the windows. They still arguing like from within >> she gets out and hits it. >> Yeah. >> Um they're still arguing. driver opens the door and kind of just steps out and they are then still arguing and at this point now female then reapproaches driver and they're in another verbal close argument. Uh an older gentleman tries to interject himself. I have his deal uh to separate because he thought this guy was attacking a female. Um the other witness over there sees old guy trying to separate it. He steps in to separate to try to separate. And while stepping in, he grabs this guy and turns and they end up on the ground. While on the ground, >> yeah. >> While on the ground holding this guy down cuz he thought he was attacking a female, the female then comes up and kicks him in the head >> after they've been separated now basically at this point. So the female then approaches after somebody just joined in to separate him and then kicks a dude in the head while he's being held down and has no chance to. >> So he's got >> that's from going down on the ground with when the gentleman pulled him down. >> Like I already had like back issues for like the kind of job that I do like >> and like something like that. Like why what if by him doing that he would have left me paralyzed or something just to be a disability. >> Can you tilt your hel back for me please? Do you have any? >> Okay. >> I don't think so. >> What part of your car does she take? >> And then you're sorry. >> What part of the car? >> The M on the other side. >> And when you guys get a chance, you mind grabbing your IDs for me, please? >> Why would I back up for her to go if it's a one way? >> What? What? What? What? What? What? What? What? What? What? What? >> Who's yelling? >> What? >> What? What? >> I said what? >> What are YOU GOING TO DO? WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? What the [ __ ] ARE YOU GOING TO DO? YEAH, YOU GOING TO DO THAT FOR FOR BEING IN A ONEWAY. YEAH, YOU GOING TO SHOOT ME. SHOOT ME. Give a ass [ __ ] Out of here. >> Learn how to drive. It's a [ __ ] oneway. OH, LOOK AT YOU NOW. Look at I am. >> You better not do anything. Stupid. >> She's [ __ ] She already hit the car. >> Oh, I know. >> Don't do anything but >> really. >> What happened when you you were outside of the car? I step out of the car just to make sure that she didn't cause any damages to my car. And I'm like, "What is your problem?" Like, like I'm not doing anything to you. Just back up because you're the one that is coming on an illegal way. And she just started charging towards me. >> Okay. And then what? >> She started hitting him in the face. >> Hit me in the face. Then the gentleman over here tried to intervene. He was the one who grabbed me and like like >> I guess it's called. And then I was like trying to to stand up. I see like multiple people around me and I all that I see is somebody that went like this to my face >> and like I tried to like see who was she ran to her car. She backed up but originally what she was supposed to be back out cuz you're in an illegal like one way. >> She she and she backed up there and then she skirted off and hit somebody. >> So did So who did who did you physically did you see who physically hit kicked you? The lady I'm talking about. >> Okay. And you saw it as well. >> The lady who dro who who who got out of the car. Yeah. Was kicking my car. >> She kicked my car and then she kicked him in the face. >> Like she keep demanding for us to like back the car, but like I have two other cars behind me. There was another person that was trying to get out and she so she wasn't even on this parking. She was in the parking in the front and she just like like pushed forward and like got out like through here. Correct. >> Like I was coming on this direction when like she threw her car in the middle. I stopped and she started like, "Oh, like move out of the way. Move out of the way." I'm like, "This is a oneway. >> There's people behind us anyways. We can't reverse." >> And then like because I refused, she just pushed her car forward towards me like to try to scare me, but my car was already in park. Like if she hits my car, my car was already in park >> cuz I I knew she was going to try to get physical like that. >> Okay. And you uh did you did you finish? >> I did. Yes, >> you did. Okay. >> Can I breathe? I have >> relax. >> I'm cool. I'm cool. Relax. >> It's two kids. >> He needs to keep eyes on. >> I'm sorry. No, I have no weapons. I promise there's no weapons. >> Can we relax? Please. >> Roman. >> Okay. What happened? >> I was back into a parking spot on the angle. I pulled out. He was coming down. He was in the middle. So, he's blocking me. I couldn't go any further this way. He refused to back up. The next one pulls out the pole. Okay, >> I don't care. Can you just move over, dude? That's >> someone in the car. Go ahead. >> Yes, there's two kids in my best friend. >> Keep eyes on though. >> Keep eyes. >> He wouldn't move. >> Next thing you know, he's out the car. He starts throwing things. All I did was push his window. Like, bro, just move the car. I'm wrong for pushing. I get it. Next thing you know, he's whipping things at my car. So, I went over and got in his face. He starts putting hands on me and throws me down to the front of my >> Is that where the red marks are from? >> All from him grabbing me. >> Do you need a ambulance department or anything like that? >> Nope. I just need to take my anxiety med in a minute to calm down. >> Okay. >> Did you call 911? >> I did not. A bunch of men came flying up and started fighting him because he was had me on the ground hitting me. >> Would you like to press charges? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> I mean, I'm not like I just want him. All I wanted him was to move the car. >> Okay. We're going to figure out what's going on. We're going to have all of a sudden get inside. >> I when I saw you guys, I already knew. So that's why I came this way. >> So I flipped around. I saw the car description. So >> I I had to get out of the area. >> I Everyone just Everyone helped me walk while I backed up so I could safely get out. I can't. I shouldn't have been backing up down in a parking lot at Walmart. >> He just wouldn't move the car. And then he starts assaulting me, throwing me into my vehicle, hitting me, had me by my hair, just fixed it. It was all out. >> There's plenty of witnesses to that scenario. >> All right. Um, we got like five witnesses. Uh, >> 100%. I know you did. They're going to put on um statements. Uh, LPO called me. >> Of course. >> Uh, just annotate what happened on the paper. Okay. Um, and if you wish to press hard, >> we're just trying to go to the water park. I live up I got two upset kids in the car. >> I can just annotate what happened and write you want to press charges and we'll figure out all the charges. Okay. Um >> can I take a look at you? >> Anything else? Any other >> Not that I can find. >> Are you pregnant? Have you ask? >> Okay. >> No, I just have my my seven-year-old Macar, my 10-year-old niece, my best friend. They're down visiting from up north. >> Okay. >> All we were trying to do was go in, got my niece the bathing suit. We were leaving, pulling out the parking lot. He refuses to move the car, but he's in the like forcing me. I'm up against. >> So, you're basically arguing over a parking spot. >> Not even over a parking spot. I was just trying to leave the parking area. >> He wouldn't move the car and just all he had to do is back up 3 ft and move the car over a little and I could have got around. He could have got around. Everything would have been solved. He refused. >> And then I have a lady backing out into me and I'm helping her back out to get out the spot. Like, we're just trying to go and I'm trying to do it safely. I can't back up down the one way. >> Okay. >> I pulled out the safest way I thought, which was going to the back end of the >> What does he look like? >> Kind of your color. cuz I don't know if he's Hispanic, Indian. I don't know what he was exactly, but >> No, you don't look Indian. [laughter] >> Okay. All right. So, this officer is going to put you on a statement. Just annotate uh that on paper. Um and then we'll figure out what we got over there. Okay. >> Yeah. Sorry, I didn't No, you're good. You're good. >> Start the car. >> No, that's fine. >> I was treating this like a felony. >> I have severe bipolar and I just I to calm down, I had to get away from the situation cuz >> he started swinging so I started swinging back. You're not going to hit me, bro. Like, I'm sorry. I >> and then all these guys came out of nowhere and started hitting him and got him to the ground. I'm like, "Yo, you're over here literally." And then his friend with the camera like, "Bro, are you recording your friend putting his hands on me though? You're busy recording my plate and I don't care if you get my plate. Send I told them, "Send the officers to my house. I have no problem with like >> no problem. Send them. >> You shouldn't be putting your hands on women. I don't know what I'm from Boston. People down in the state, I've had three men try to put their hands on me and that was the first time they've actually made contact. They're crazy. >> Guess they're kind of together, but we can't. There's actual independent witnesses over there. Okay. >> So, I'm sure uh Valentine. >> Um >> so, while he takes that, can you um explain your version of this to him? >> Yeah. I I know I came into the middle when I had backed in my spot. I was in the angle this way. This one's angled this way. When I came out, I pulled this way because if I would have went this way, >> he was in the way. >> I just couldn't angle. So, I came this way. As I came, I came as far as I could to the right without hitting the car, but I was literally up against the truck that was parked. He's in the middle and refused to move the car. He's just looking at me. They're wait, they're making hand signals. Next one pulls out a phone. I'm like, "Can you just move?" Like, I had my window open already because of the key. I said, "Can you just move?" Like, "All you need to do is back up 3 ft. You won't move." So, when I first got I after a few minutes of me just sitting there, I step out the car. I looked this I'm looking for security. It's the original reason I stepped out the car cuz usually there's an officer in the parking lot and usually there's security. I've lived here long enough to know you guys are usually chilling right back here in that parking lot. >> So, I got out to look. I didn't see anyone. I yelled at someone. I said, "Can you send security out, please?" or something. Like, >> I didn't know what else to do. And then I'm just standing at my side door like mouththing off like, "Bro, move the freaking car. Like, let's go. Get the out. All you need to do is back up. I have nowhere to go. You need to back up." >> This one got the phone in the pass. Whatever. I don't even care. He the passenger started saying some crazy. I don't even know because I'm seeing red. Next thing I know, he get the driver gets out the vehicle and something goes flying and hits the front of my car like glass or something. I'm not 100% sure what the material was. I just know something hit my car. At that point, I step between the front of my car and I got in his face. >> You want to hit my car? What's up? And that's when he starts swinging on me, having me by my hair, trying to hit me, throw me to the ground into the front of my vehicle. >> Okay. >> Next thing I know, there's a bunch I don't even know. Bunch of men just took him to the ground. Next thing I know, he's up next to his car on the ground getting >> So like Yeah. >> other people in the parking lot. >> Okay. So >> I don't know anybody down here. So >> So you said there was just the driver >> that assaulted me originally. Yes. >> Okay. So what about the passenger? >> He didn't assault me until after >> until after. >> He came to the back of my car and was there and I'm like, "Yo, you need to move. I'm I'm backing up. >> Send the cops to my house." And he's in my face. Next thing I know, he's near tussling back and forth like >> So, were they both hitting you? Did they both hit you? >> Yes, sir. >> But the main one that I have the issue with was the driver because of how he like throwing me on the and grabbing me by whipping me by my hair. Hit my head in my car just grab like >> Yeah, >> you're and he when you see him, he's almost as tall as him and he's a big guy. >> Why? And I said it, why are you fighting a female? Go fight a man, bro. >> Was he black, Asian, Spanish? >> I can't tell if he's Asian, Afghan, Indian. And he's something of that descent, but he's fair skin like me and you. He's not white, pale. >> Okay. What uh >> dark hair, gray shirt, gray, white shirt, kind of look like it was textured. >> Okay. >> The other one was in a dark gray shirt. He looked more like an Afghan or Indian, the passenger, than the I can't really tell what he >> beard, no beard, >> some facial hair. I don't know exactly how much. So, >> okay. And then you said there was multiple other people involved. >> Yeah. and then came running out of Walmart and started fighting him because he had me on the ground hitting me. >> Okay. And was >> what I would assume why they all got involved cuz I didn't I don't know anyone out here. So I don't know any of these people. They just came out of nowhere. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> And then uh that soon after that >> why are we holding down the guy? >> So basically what I just gathered from him is when he's coming out he heard the argument >> to of what was going on. um >> either of them would move. >> Yeah. >> They're just yelling at this >> and then as he's getting in his car, he still hears it. So he looks over and at this point the older gentleman >> had like interjected himself trying to separate him, but they were still the the one who in the tank top not in the tank top in the driver's seat. >> The driver uh had gotten out of the car and they were >> him and the female got out because he started kicking his car. >> Yeah. So they're going at it and he just goes in to try to separate. >> Okay. And when he pulls and grabs, they both end up on the ground. And while on the ground of trying to >> separate >> because that's what they felt like was that the people that were trying to help actually held him down and then he ends up getting hit more. >> Well, and then he got kicked in the head. He says she came over and then kicked him in the head while he was >> and then that's where he's like there was somebody else that trying to keep her back. I was just trying to separate that. She said she had4. >> She said she had a gun. on their video when she's next to him, she threatens, "I'll shoot you." >> The passenger has a video of the argument as the driver. >> Put your name on the gray line and then right out the driver. >> She has nothing in her hands at that time. He's laughing. >> But there's obviously >> Yeah. Yeah. And now I have people helping me with the statements cuz literally as I get out with them, I got four people going, "I'm a witness. I'm a witness." I was like, "Oh, >> so and then they started arguing right out the gate." >> I guess she said there was two females in the car that were >> Yeah. So all I got out of it though is that the second female never did anything. She was just there. >> Okay. >> That's what the the passenger victim said. >> Okay. >> Ma'am, can you step out the car for me? Okay. Okay. Wait, where did the friend go? >> They're eating. >> Oh, they're eating. Okay. >> Um, hold on. I got to deal with this. I'll text you. >> Okay. If you could put the phone down. Um, and go ahead and turn around. >> Am I under arrest? >> Correct. >> Can I please let her know? >> Yeah, we're going we're going to figure this all out. Just don't resist. >> Sir, I'm not arising. I have severe anxiety and you're about to have a I'm already having a panic attack. >> We're going to talk, okay? We're not just going to to like leave your children here do all that stuff. >> We got to take it step by step at this point. All right. So, you've been cool with us. So, just I know it's a lot. It's a lot. >> We got to get this done at this point. Okay. >> Can I turn around, please? >> Sorry. I'm sorry. >> We're going to We're going to double lock them so they don't be too tight on you. All right. For your wrists. >> As long as you cool. >> I've already told you I suffer from mental health issues that bipolar, anxiety, depression. Like I that's why I'm getting this upset. >> Okay. Okay. Okay. Listen, I'm going to I'm I'm going to go ahead and sit you down so you can get in the AC cuz we don't we I don't even want to be out here in the hot and I know you don't need it, especially with your conditions. >> I'd rather you just talk to me. I need to know what's going I can't. >> Okay. So, you are under arrest for battery. Um so, a lot of pe There's many witnesses there. There's many there's videos. I don't know exactly what was in your head during that time. Um, but what it looks like, it doesn't look good. Um, the whole altercation points as you as the primary aggressor. Um, that individual has a lot of marks on him just and you have marks on him. >> He has marks from the men. It wasn't from me, officer. >> Okay. Well, you >> there were other people hitting him. >> Before we get into detail, I'm when I said I'm going to sit you in the car and we'll talk more about it. But what I want to do for you is I'm going to try to find an area for your children. I don't want them to I don't want to have to call DCF, get them involved like that. >> That's my best friend and my daughter. They're staying with me this. Now, my follow-up question is, are you allowing them to go with her? >> Yes. But I need >> Do you give them authorization to go with her? >> Yes. 100%. >> 100%. >> But I just need her to know that I'm going and I want them to stay in. Yes, I'll get I'll get that all taken care of. The car just needs to be pressed turned off, please. And if you could grab my wallet. >> Absolutely. Um, where's the wallet? Cuz >> right on the driver's seat, officer. >> I'm just stepping back to the door. I'm sorry. >> I'm going to go ahead and put you in the car so you can get the she can cool down. >> Right here on the driver's seat. And then it's just a touch to turn off. She has the keys already. So, >> yeah. You guys aren't like I'm not going to bail be able to bail out of anything until 1 tomorrow. Like I work. So, you you you get first you you get first appearance. I remember now it's going to be into the judge's hands. You should be able to talk. Um it should be done by the morning. I don't see it ever going past that. But of course, I can't I can't 100% tell you that and be like, "Okay, >> some guys don't let people bail out at night and go to court." Like, it's >> Well, it's it's not a nightight thing. It usually judge await. As long as you can get in there and get processed, you should be out by tomorrow. I don't want to tell you that. I'm asking do you not do bail's bond like they don't do where people come to the place >> people have bail I I don't know if you're going to have a bond you should have a bond and if you do you I mean you should be out relatively >> I'm sorry I've lived in trouble up north so when they get you get arrested you go to the jail and then they have a bail's bondsman come and they let >> no they give you a bond and you have first appear you have first appearance basically you're waiting for the judge to go ahead and look over your case and usually it's the next day or morning and then you go ahead and go through that process and if they want to bail you out, whoever can bail, you'll have time to call somebody and gather things. >> Right now, I need to call work and tell them that I can't come in in the morning. You just need to text the manager. >> You'll have that ability when you get to jail. They give you that ability. You're not going to just not talk to Yes. >> I don't know. Officer, >> you said friend has the keys. >> Yes. It just needs to be turned off and it's turned off. I'm going to lock it. >> Thank you, officer. >> Okay. >> Um, so >> I'm sorry. I I am a full time. I'm a single parent. I work all the time. I >> things are >> I'm in charge of my store right now. Like it's a lot on my plate. And >> I'm just going to go ahead and read your rights. It's it's just a protocol. So just bear with me. Okay. >> You have the right to remain silent. Do you understand? Just say yes or no. Okay. Uh anything you may say uh anything you say may be used against you in court. Do you understand? >> Yes. This is getting arrested too. >> You have the right to talk to I'll I'll get to that. Do you have the right to talk to a lawyer before during questioning? Do you understand? >> Yes. And if you cannot afford a lawyer and want one, one will be provided for you um before questioning without charge. Do you understand? >> Yes. >> Has anyone promised you anything to get you to talk to me today? >> No. >> Okay. Now, tell me, so the video and all the witnesses, it's pretty compelling. I tell me, tell me what's going on. Why Why did Why did you do what you did? >> I just stepped out of the car and I we started exchanging words. He was antagonizing the passenger and I kept going back and forth. Next thing you know, the driver was out the vehicle throwing >> you ended up hitting their vehicle. >> I didn't hit their vehicle. >> You didn't? >> No, officer. I pushed their side mirror. I did not hit the vehicle. I just pushed it in. So, they I which I I know I was wrong. I shouldn't have put my tight hands either on their property. All I did was push. I didn't break or hit or kick or hit it with my vehicle then. >> Okay. And then after that, you went around the car after a few more words. And >> I was back at my driver's side. >> Okay. Yes. And that's when the driver got out and I seen him throw the object, glass, metal, whatever it was at my car. I don't know what it was. It just sounded the way it dangled. >> Okay. >> Um, when he did that, that's when I cut between my car and his car in between and approached him. It was in his face. >> Okay. >> And that's I >> And then when he got to the ground, >> what? >> When I got to the ground, >> he got to the ground. >> What do you mean? >> What do you So before you >> I was over on the ground over in front of my car. I got up. They had him on the ground. A bunch of guys. >> Okay. Um, is they're over there. Okay. So, they're they're talking with them. Um, so I'm I'm I got what you're saying. Um, >> I don't have your wallet. You have your >> He grabbed it. Okay. >> Yeah, it's in the front. Anything else? Just the phone on the top. >> Nothing else, though. >> Okay. >> All righty. Um, you can go ahead and uh put your legs in. >> And are you getting some air back there? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Oh, yeah. Of course. >> I don't know what to do now. >> So, she gave um >> she's going to jail. >> Um I guess that's the reason why you don't want the statement. I get it. Like it's your friend and stuff. Uh but unfortunately, >> you know, kick somebody in the head while they're on the ground. That's kind of wild. >> What about the other guy? He getting arrested for money. >> No, >> that's wild, too. >> It was We Everything's on camera. Yeah. >> Um, and you can clearly see them arguing, but again, arguing is not a crime. >> Uh, but kicking someone in the head, uh, while they're on the ground is a crime. >> Uh, so that's the decision they made. Um, >> what do you need, ma'am? >> I just don't I don't live here. So, >> what do I do? >> Are you staying at her house? >> Yeah, that's not the problem. I Where do I get or what do I do? >> Well, uh, this is going to be to How old is the guy? Is he old? >> I don't have no idea. middle age, probably 40s. >> Okay. So, what it sounds like to me, it sounds like it's battery, which means it's uh a misdemeanor crime in the state of Florida. Uh which means that she can bond out. Uh you will have to bond her out. Um I don't know how much that bond is. Uh but it's 10% of whatever the bond is. So, let's say if it's 500 bucks, the then it's 50. You pay 50. If it's a,000, you pay 100. You see what I'm saying? Um, but yeah, she has to go through the the process and then you could you could bail her out. So, do >> you know when? >> Yeah, like in a few hours. >> Where do I go? >> Orange 33rd, Orange County. >> Yeah, Bellman's right across the street is where I saw >> literally. >> And she doesn't have her phone anymore, right? >> Uh, she will have it and she she can call you when uh >> Orange County. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. 33rd Street. >> Okay. >> So, she'll have she'll have the uh the phone. Would they let her use it to make phone calls? So, I'm assuming she'll call you. >> So, keep your phone on loud. >> Uh, but yeah, outside of that, our hands are pretty tied. Video evidence is video evidence. You know what I mean? >> It's fine. I get it. I just >> um And I get it. It takes two, but you know. >> Yeah. No, it's a lot. >> Um, but yeah. Um, I'm on I believe she's going to relinquish the kids to you. Um, and then you can bond [snorts] her out. Um, but we'll make sure that she wants you to have the kids. >> Um. >> Oh, yeah. Yeah. >> And then a car key as well. Do you have a license? >> Yes, I do. >> Okay. Um, did I give it back to you or not? Yeah. Okay. So, yeah, I saw that. Um, and then the car is off. You have the keys evidently. So, if y'all want to lock it or she's going to give permission for you to take the car, we'll make sure we get that permission. >> She gave me the keys before she left for our library. >> Yes, definitely. >> Um, and then that's it. >> Okay. >> I know. But yeah, don't I mean, >> I'm not I'm not trying to downplay the crime, >> but this isn't a felony. >> I know. It's just like the kids being there. I'll be right there. Lemonade, please. >> Lemonade, please. Thanks. She was charged with battery after investigators determined she was the primary aggressor and allegedly struck the victim multiple times during the altercation.
