On August 29th, 2025, officers responded to a reported battery involving a tow truck driver that quickly turned physical outside an apartment complex after two women confronted him over a recently towed vehicle. So, my thing is they harassing they harassing us out of the second driveway because it be men that be arguing with them, but every time the men argue with them, they scare and they scatter off. Okay, they don't have nothing to do with me. My thing is they took Just 2 days late I mean, 2 days ago, they came and was trying to tow my car, but my sticker was in there. So, I'm like, "Ma'am, just take a picture of my tag and my sticker. Y'all was already going to tow it anyways." Okay. >> Oh, you ready? Okay. So, my my my sticker date first off let me just tell you this the office is fraudulent. They get in trouble for having us um people that stay on the property pay for um parking passes. So, they can't hand out no more parking passes, but I have a parking pass and my parking pass don't expire. But, it have a rip on it so it fall off my windshield sometimes which I told them so go ahead they was already taking a picture. I said take a picture of my um my tag and my stuff so when y'all do come over here y'all will know that my car is good. Um my car don't have um my tag is not messed my stuff is my sticker not expired no none of that. So, okay they tell me okay cool um we'll take a picture to make sure you your car is straight or da da da. Soon as I go to sleep they come and tow cars, but they only tow in certain cars, ma'am. Who ran off? I don't know. Is she like your friend? >> Yeah, but that that don't have nothing to do with me. Y'all Okay, hang on. Well, I mean it's all a part of it. So, Do you know her name? No. So, do you um I went through the gate to make sure this was the right um towing truck company. So, I went on the gate and I pressed my lock. So, I got down after I heard my thing and I came to him I say um when when y'all people get here who who towed my car? He instantly got hostile. Oh, get the [ __ ] out of my face da da da. So, I'm trying to explain this how I'm doing it. I'm trying to explain to him, but I'm explaining with my hand and then he swiped my hand. So, I swiped and he saying back you touched me first. So, he like oh, don't touch me. I said you just swiped my hand first. All I'm doing is this trying to explain to you what the situation is which he already know because they all work together. They all have the same information. He say oh, we don't um we don't communicate with each other. What job you know that don't communicate with each other? We all communicate. I work in health care. Y'all communicate, police communicate, everybody communicate on the job, right? Correct Am I right or wrong? Okay. So, he went to get hostile. So, I say if you not the person who who is over the thing, call them." So, he end up pulling up. I'll go to his truck and I'm talking to him. He is explaining everything. He's showing me like all the stuff. He's the only one that's like trying to keep it cordial. But, this man with this bun, he's he work our neighborhood all the time. So, he he he was just over there trying to tow my car when my permit was up. So, you know who my what my car is and you know I stay over there. So, why do you keep [ __ ] with my car? I feel like you only doing that for is a money grab. And then you say, "I'm just doing my job." But, y'all not doing y'all job every day. Y'all doing y'all job when it's convenient for y'all. So, it say, "Oh, he can't come in the neighborhood every day." So, how is that doing a job? If you going to do your job, do your job every day. You can't pick and choose what day you want to come in then who car you want to tow and who car you can't. You don't want to tow. That's my whole point. So, I tell him, "So, why did y'all why did y'all have why did why did y'all take a picture of my tag and my parking permit like it was going to be okay if it fell out the window and it's not okay just for y'all to come back and tow my So, he say, "Oh, I'm not talking to you." Da da da. Harassed me at this point. We just drove around the whole neighborhood. It's plenty cars over there with no no sticker on it, but you want to touch my car. Yeah. Because we had a verbal conversation, but that's why you did it. You only with people that have verbal conversation on which you cars, but you don't touch nobody else car over there. So, how is you doing your job if you picking and choosing who car you want to tow? You feel what I'm saying? Yeah. I literally just drove around my whole neighborhood. >> car? Which you're going to see on the camera they're holding the baby. Yeah, yeah, right. I would say like like 1 minute before you guys pulled up, the black black center pulled up with the other girl and the baby. Okay. So, yeah, I'm good. I just got to work. I'm getting ready. Um the thing about it is I was in property yesterday taking pictures. Uh-huh. So, they came out on me. Oh, why are you taking pictures? Blah, blah, blah. I told I told them I'm taking pictures, showing them to the property manager. You got a parking pass? I was explaining to them what I was doing. You know what I'm saying? They didn't touch your car or anything like that? That was yesterday. So, they got towed last night like at 3:00 in the morning by night, whatever. They come over here, they see me. I guess they thought it was me. They getting to start cursing me out, whatever. I was like, "Yo, I just got here." Hold the camera. Yeah, I don't know. I just got here. My car I don't know what the [ __ ] is happening. Blah, blah, blah. Um I was about to tow that black car that's over there. So, I'm walking inside open it. As I'm walking there, he's like pushing me, pushing me. So, I pushed him back. Um the one with the white shirt started first. The one yeah. Then the one with the red was came from over there. And they started like pushing, pushing me. I thought they were going to hit me. So, I pushed them back with my hand out. I was like, "Get the [ __ ] back. The [ __ ] up." Yeah, he's not on the video right now. And I told him I'm like, "If you hit me, I'm going to knock you the [ __ ] up." So, the red one and this one that were pushing. >> Yeah, yeah. And then as as I'm backing up walking this way, the one with the red she she spat at me like twice. I turned around and I I was like, "Yo, if you spit on me one time, then I'm going to I'm going to beat you up." As all that is happening, the other uh he's pulling up with the car. So, now they turn all his attention to him. So, they go over there. They started I started recording a car. So, they started arguing and then trying to get on the gate. Like he's trying to go over there. Did they do anything to the guy? Um no, I don't I don't think so. They were just like yeah. Just arguing verbally verbally arguing. As um I go over there again. I talk to him. I'm walking this way. So you have to show that video right now. You already sent me this one. Um the one with the red dress she picks up the stick from like it's one of the pallets or something. And then she hits me in the in the back with it which I got to show that right now. Okay. So she she picked up a stick and hit you in the back. So you see her walking over here. I'm just walking away cuz the one with the shirt keeps chasing me. G up here. So that's me. Yep. They're over here arguing with the old driver. So that's the one with the with the red dress. She picks up the stick. And just hits me right there. Okay. So like a hour later and it's the next thing. You can't do that. Can you can you grab a a statement and a victim's form for him, please? Ma'am. Yeah. Can you come this way, please? So before I talk to you, right? I went on the gate and I clicked the thing to make sure I can hear my uh my car. Yeah. So, when I heard my car, I got down and I came to talk to him right here with the bun. But, when I came to talk to him, his attitude instantly got hostile. So, I said, "What I got irritated. Now, I'm I'm yelling because you you yelling at me." So, we going back and forth Mhm. and I'm talking to him with my hands like this. Uh-huh. He swiped my hand. So, I swiped his hand back. You you touched me first. So, he said, "Oh, don't touch me." I said, "You just touched me. I never You touched me first." Which is not a problem, but cuz we all aggravated. But, it's just a simple fact when I came up here and I was asking for who the officer, he didn't want to he act like he didn't want to talk. But, then when the other dude get here, now you want to have some type of engagement because he's being nice. Like, you picking and choosing. I told him, "Why did y'all take a picture of my tag and permit just for y'all to come back and tow my car." Same thing happened with the other lady. I just told her the same thing. >> why did the other girl left? Why did she leave? >> I just told the other officer that, too. I don't know. He's showing me like he he understand what's going on. He know that it's dead wrong. So, he's explaining to me um Oh, I'm going to call the the owner for you. Just calm down. Da da da. I'm already calm, sir. Yeah. I I'm listening to you. You can show me he did. He's like, "Oh, um your car didn't your car didn't get towed until this time." And then he's showing me all the paperwork. >> Yeah. But same thing that he could have did. Yeah. But he didn't want to do that because he knew he was dead wrong. >> the time you got here? But that was after. Like, he came last. No, he came like 4 or 5 minutes after after the >> during those 4 or 5 minutes before he came, what happened? That's what I wanted to know. >> back and forth. I'm pacing through the parking lot trying to see what car what side my car on. Which side of the gate my car on? But I'm talking Yeah. So, at this point I'm mad because you you being hostile with me. So, I'm going to talk back to you. So, I'm pacing back and forth pacing back and forth. And he finally tell me, "Let me show you everything. I can show you your car your It's nothing wrong with your car. Just wait till the owner get here. It like you know, just calm down. Be okay. This not the first time the first incident we didn't have with them, you know? And then I allowed y'all to take a picture of my tag and my permit so that cuz my my permit got a slit in it so it falls off my window sometimes. Just So So did you did you strike him in the face? No. So what you just pushed him? >> No. He No, we swiped each other here and we never pushed each other no none of that. He He didn't show you the video? Don't worry about the video. Yeah, all that money grabbing they doing towing people car for bull [ __ ] I I be running that too. I never seen them before. We do report them. We have a whole lawsuit with the same company. With the same company. That's what I'm saying. No, this company The that we called um the police on the tow truck man on them all the time the same company again. They stop coming for two three weeks and then they come back. Then it's like >> them to the Better Business and vehicles for hire. >> But I don't We They never tell us that when we call them out there they tell us if you report or make a statement. That's what I'm saying. We keep making statements statements statements. That's not fair. It's a civil thing. It's not a criminal thing, so we can only do but a report. So, whether you write it down or whether you say it next week, it doesn't matter whether it's whether it's through what. So, now y'all just picking and choosing, but before he even came, this one that's on me grabbed me and slammed me on onto the tow truck and was like, "You're being detained, but you never told me my right to be in the tank."
