on May 30th 2023 the Orange County Sheriff's Office responded to a call for service at Disney World in Orlando Florida for reports of a man potentially involved in a incident at the theme park the following shows the body warn camera footage of what happened during the incident sir sir I've lost my wallet and my credit cards are you doing something urgent right now okay did you go to Gest services is they can uh help you with that or get one of these security guards all right what's going on what's they bullshitting me they in there for an hour yeah the do right here compensate my was off like I was [ __ ] nobody and what's just going on with the phone or tablet being knocked out I don't know anything about that about you didn't touch or strike or hit anyone was there any incidental contact when you're trying to get something that might have been accidental you got on you no yes apparently it's a cast member who's making the complaint um there's a father uh and then his two daughters and his wife and they got stuck in line and he was trying to get a manager fast pass and somehow a phone or a tablet got knocked I haven't talked to this cast member yet knocked out of her hand um he's saying that he didn't make any contact with her intentionally he doesn't know if there's incidental contact that might have knocked it off but she's calling for us and read Greek so um yeah I'm in Ratatouille back in France where exactly are you we're uh crossing the bridge from France to uh the UK right now battery charges we might have simple battery go ahead at least get ID that was in her hand is a tablet struck a rib and she's being transported 26 and he's the uh tall blackmail correct the tall blackmail okay hey come here we're done walking come stand over here right now what are you talking about all right we're doing an investigation right now you're a suspect to investigation what I do you tell me your Side Story man they were up the side waiting for a ride and um the person against the post and want to compensate me for my time wasted okay then we start arguing back and forth I thought I should get a li pass right then the guy came in front of me the phone down it down I didn't hit anybody anybody so I don't know what you guys about like I said man I have no idea what the story is I'm just trying to get your side story so like I said I just need your cooperation so we can figure out what's going on [Music] here my family got two more days here I got you man but we we like I said man when we ask for your Co ation man there's a reason why cuz this is keeping you from getting hemmed up with whatever's going on is at this point man I don't know if it's he said she said whatever I need to do make sure go smoothly whatever I didn't touch her I I didn't touch her hand I didn't hit her and we weren't there we don't know what's going on you just called because that I did to yeah I he gave us a pretty good down what happened so t t b a well like I said unfortunately at this point we have to do investigation U just because of the fact that there was allegations made I again like I have no idea hey Coleman you just want to stay with him quick I'm just GNA you want to tell me your side What You observe trying to get compensation for waiting in line okay almost 2 hours yeah um when came out the worker was asking if we were inside or outside we were outside went outside were inside and the work wasn't understanding that already he thought we were outside outside the worker thought that we hadn't been waiting so he's trying to make sure that we get compensated for our wait but he wasn't communicating that we actually were inside waiting a lot so he got frustrated um some other lady came over and tried to and then he started [Music] yelling was there anything happening with the [Music] iPad no no like him with the iPad like did did he like was was the cast member like put an iPad in his face or something like that or we don't oh the if the worker had an correct correct they had some kind of I guess that's what you're calling IP had they had she had a she was yeah okay was there any exchange of contact with the that square thing it fell I saw it fall you know why it fell Chas the Chann no I just saw her come over like sir sir and then it fell and yelling okay and they might be able to review it but at this point in time they're basically just telling us that you know there may have been a possible simple battery of knocking the iPad we're not sure so you know what could be but at this point in time we're trying to still figure it out and get it all that's why we didn't you know well originally we weren't going to do anything because we're going to let you just keep walking we weren't sure what was going on once the dep over there said hey we need to figure out what's going on we need to get a little bit more details on this that's when we actually step over the side so we could get clarification hear what you have to say Obviously my partner's not talking to your wife you know cuz we weren't there we want to hear both sides of the story obviously you know there there's always multiple sides of stories and interpretation of what's going on you know and yeah okay so we're going to go ahead and walk back to the igw security officers is right around the corner over here and obviously we're going to get this figured out and try to figure out what's going on see if they have cameras or whatever else huh I I'm not sure I can't tell you I'd love to be able to tell you just a couple minutes but until we figure out exactly what happened and we know which path we have to go being honest with you I can't tell you you know we were going to try to expedite this and get this done as fast as possible because you know I don't want to keep you your wife and your kids staying here huh we just just run around the corner unfortunately we can't do that until we figure out what what's going on and what the the full game of what's going on um if you guys want to walk around wait for him or call okay you guys want to walk back together all right we can walk back this [Music] way all right we're going back to your security office [Music] Happ right right there right 27 yeah she's okay she just need to get check this way be easier I just want to confirm this still 102 with a possible suspect and
