dispatched to a home on Lake Alto Florida after receiving reports of an intoxicated woman crashing a jet ski into a dock with Witnesses claiming the crash sounded like a bomb going off in their backyard hello You Beautiful People how are you all right you had a lot of involved people you had two people on the jet ski which is the man and female wearing jet or wearing life vest okay female was driving okay witness already went back next door I have his phone number and his address if you need them you have the Jess SE owner who's sitting on the bench behind my partner okay and then you have the property owner slbo owner the pontoon boat as well this is ponon boat property owner okay is he complaining he is complaining yeah they he didn't see them hit it they they all thought they hit the dock but then they saw it damage to the pontoon boat oh so they could have hit the boat they could H the boat oh okay yeah are they all friends no I told them all to shut up oh okay jet ski owner said yeah they just approached me so can I your boat and he said yeah sure you let him take the boat so there's something fishy okay are you hurting anyway no okay he just ran up behind the dot well I don't remember hitting the blade I know I hit a wood post yeah no she didn't she okay has there been eyes on her the entire time since the accident yeah so okay I'm just thinking I'll go do my t ask I just want to make sure she hadn't between the accident and I will confirm that as soon as he saw Yes okay I can I can ask him that real quick they witnessed it and they came out with the noise Make well I walked out the patio I was actually the first one out on the dock because I thought were out there by the dock swimming around like they had just fell off the jet ski and they were trying to get water was holding on to the piling when I went up there that this on this side and I asked her if she was okay could she get out of the water and she said I don't know what I'm doing I don't know how to do it and I said well I can help you if you never operated one I I um don't know if I can get over there I said well if you can if you can swim and she was going under that vest her head was going underwater and I thought she was going to drown was going have to go swimming right right right right because she was slipping out of it so I pulled her in uh to the where the ladder was and I helped pull her up but she's a heavy person and I think that's what the problem was too she was having trouble lifing her weight up out of the water as well she said I don't think I can do it and I think maybe she might be a little bit stoved up as well oh yeah KN that she was hurt you knew they had hit that thing pretty hard our neighbors told me it sounded like a bomb and went off you know I come out here we come out here all the time but it seems like like every time they sit up there at that the beach and they will not operate a boat when we're there she's lucky she's not hurt running into late I think she is she put a pretty good size Ding and punctured the Hall of that pontoon I saw the Pontoon with a dent I mean it I tell the dent there's actually a hole too oh okay she the hole in it didn't look like they were they were going to be they you wouldn't get to enjoy the holiday weekend so I'm sure he would like to speak with yeah yeah no we'll get a statement and all that first we're going to try to deal with her first once the accident happened has everybody kept eyes on her the whole time she hasn't left she hadn't when I got her out of the water ladder down for I don't think I can do this okay I didn't know had thing wrapped around her off the boat and I said well if you hand me that I believe I can pull you so she hadn't had any alcohol or nothing no no I mean since the accident y'all have watched her the whole time she hadn't left nowhere got no beer sir perfect okay okay you need ambulance or nothing like that you good all right how old are you I'm 19 this I'm fixing to take her to the truck and set her on the tailgate okay she was the one Opera okay all right ma'am you can come with me can hey can I get my best right there or what yeah take your I'd want someone to do this absolutely I I would take him to the jail myself ABS I can tell you what my mama would do I get my butt Whip and then I'd go to jail well I take my son to the jail hey Mike passenger but he could I just talked to one of the witnesses here and he she said yeah we had to help him up so he's been drinking so if he's under if he's you know been drinking I'm going to ride him be holding an alcoholic beverage in his hand for me to charge him for underage drinking yes sir and if he was operating that vessel then I could charge him for well somebody gave it to him and somebody sold it to him right exactly but trying to find out who did that slim to n unless it's her unless she fesses up to it right okay yes hate to be that guy to saying you know I'm trying we're trying to do a little bit of everything here but I know I know I just if I could ride him a ticket I just want to see him stop and sometimes this is a deterr you know it is but and sometimes if you where something else could happen to come here so yeah yeah we were on Santa Fe Lake so we had to get off come over here and deal with this they're very busy over there oh yeah yeah that my son was over there last week and he almost got hit by on Santa Fe yeah we took we went to jail there yesterday and I took one to jail so yeah we've been getting them well that he wasn't there Memorial weekend but he was there two weeks ago and he almost got hit by there was a five children in I talk to him and see where he got that boo from we can find out who did it who Char contributing I'd like to see do okay what is your question I'm not familiar with the Florida laws okay so is this like a 72h hour 48 hour that is you just get a bond in the morning first appearance you get charged with Bui then you'll sit in front of a judge in the morning then you'll get a a first appearance Bond so she's going to go to jail for Bui and we're going to charge her for contributing to a delinquent which is him CU he told me she supplied the boo so we going to charge her for that so uh yeah I I told you I was going I'm doing what I can okay I'm doing what I can cuz for the law you know if if if the boy's just intoxicated and he's don't have a a beverage in his hand I can't do nothing right unless he's operating that jet ski only other wow was that you long long long time well only iil I used to get it uh you know years ago when I worked for the Sheriff's Office I'd get kids all the time it's drunk and only thing I could wind up do it and they were you know juveniles called her parents and bring them over wasn't drunk but I I knew he had alcohol and um she scared she reminds me of my mom I'm SC my husband I was homeso too how old are you 40 42 this year okay you got think about that Mama still whip you too if she needs to no I can't climb up there yet I just don't have don't temp listen man if I could find a way to charge you for something I would right now all right but I'm not going to other than you've been drinking you ain't supposed to because you're underage she's catching the charge because she contributed that alcohol to you so think about it next time if you come out here to Lake C to a lot you can tell all your friends that we going to be out here arresting everybody that drinks and D a boat you understand all right you're free to go the woman provided two breath samples of 0.131 and 0.126 which is about double the limit and she was charged with boating under the influence and contributing to the deliquency of a minor well folks I hope you guys likeed today's
