The officer claimed he was reaching for something, but Calvin says he was unbuckling his seat belt. All charges against Calvin were dismissed. Calvin claimed that the officers put him in a chokeold and made him pass out. A case filed with internal affairs concluded with no finding of fault on the part of the officers, but there was a policy revision that states that officers now have to tell drivers why they have been stopped. Unfortunately for the Taylor police, this isn't the first reported case of abuse.
