and the 18-year old driver admitted to using cannabis a couple of hours earlier she was then asked to exit her vehicle to undergo standardized field sobriety tests you okay yes I was trying to get home I'm so sorry I was on my phone and yes I I got you I was trying to type in my address honestly I'm so sorry I got you you got to do that coming up to a red light would have been a perfect time to
