Marshfield turns out the complainant Nathan had just been threatened by his neighbor Larry hey did you call yeah so what's going on guy story lar okay and well long short he was like trespassed off my property and whatever Larry coming out right here or no that's my woman and today is my birthday whatever so we like a little birthday thing cooking out whatever and he walks over by his extension C over there and starts saying that I'm threatening his wife or something down the road or some [ __ ] drunk and so Larry's in this gry house or that's I'm not sure if that's him up there or not but he was just over here by his trailer okay so I'm not dealing with that I'm sick of have you called this before on him or the first time oh no there's been there's been multiple calls on him like I said he was trespass off the property you guys should have it in your records what is your name man Mandy he's always drinking or like I'll leave to like in the early I mean like I go to the gym at 4:30 in the morning he'll come over and like bang bang bang and I'm like I call him like someone's banging on my car window and he's like hi have a good morning and then hope yeah he's Weir he just won't leave us alone in the morning like 4:30 in the morning I'm like dude who's not what kind of threats were made tonight today he's going to beat the out of me tonight and I'm like okay do it what time what time was that at that was like right when he like right after that was part of he always bangs on my window in the morning he's like good morning have a good day and he'll leave and I'm like what to answer it that's fine it's irent this is not for any part of the case it's just purely for the jail so they know what kind of medical stuff is you got going on okay please on have you had any psychiatric hospitalizations what any psychiatric hospitalizations yes yes when and where was that I'm not going to answer that all righty have you ever attempted no okay actually I won't what I me to say I won't answer that are you currently prescribed any medications oh L yes uh what are those uh you rested me he took me from my house you don't have to tell me what they are that's okay my wallet so I don't know what they are okay um is this your first time in Secure custody or being arrested um no but this is are you sick or injured in any way yeah I'm sick of you bothering me so no physical injury or sickness um are you currently under a doctor's care apparently apparently yes no if so why I don't answer all right appar do you want to proceed with the medical questions you don't have to answer any of them if you don't want to you carry on what you all right I will then whatever you're going to do CU it's all bullsh to me okay I shouldn't be arrested have you been hospitalized or injured in the past year have you fainted recently or had a recent head injury are you okay you have any Cuts or bruises yes uh what are those like where uh y all righty and are you allergic to any medications Foods or other substances all right what's that you all right you abuse alcohol or drugs you okay no answer good yeah absolutely you have any heart problems high blood pressure diabetes yes yes all of those you all right I'm going to write no answer again that's def me out you don't think I was disrespectful well you've been disrespectful but a lot of people disrespectful to me it's banging against the door because I not you were cuz I wasn't because I wasn't responding to whatever hey it's all cool so here's the deal if if you if you stop doing it you say what you say I'm sitting back here here's the deal if you stop doing it if you don't do it anymore I won't hobble you if you continue to do it you're going to get hobbled okay you understand it's an agreement I'm all
