Kiwanas was taken to the Brown County Crisis Center, then to jail for disorderly conduct and resisting an officer. Why the fight started and why pepper spray was used is still unclear. Kiwanas later posted a $450 cash bond. About 2 weeks later, Kowuanis was arrested again for disorderly conduct and use of a dangerous weapon. This time, he posted a $150 cash bond.
