When I got one female constant, make me get the medics. Come here, baby. Have a seat. Do not move. My phone's in there. Hey, is he hurt or is he okay? All right. Want to need someone to go back and talk to the caller. What is your first name? Rihanna. Come here. Listen to me very carefully. You have the right to remain silent and you can say, "Can we be used against you in a court of or other proceedings?" You have the right to talk to a lawyer for advice before uh up baby. Let me restart. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can be used against you in court or other proceedings. You have the right to talk to a lawyer for advice before we ask you any questions and have a lawyer with you during questioning. If you cannot afford a lawyer, one will be appointed for you free of any cost to you before any questioning. if you wish to understand your rights. Nothing. Okay. What's going on? Nothing. I was freaking out cuz I was driving with my this guy I'm dating. Okay. I wanted to leave the hotel. Okay. He wouldn't drive me. So, I was literally trying to drive the car out of there, but my phone was I just realized it was dead. I knew where I am at literally like So, let me ask you a question. Did you see the red and blue lights behind you in the siren? No, I No, I had no idea. You didn't see any red and blue lights behind you or a siren? I didn't know I didn't see the car in front of me. No. So, I got behind you as soon as you pulled out of the Brar Rabbit. Stop talking. I got behind you as soon as you pulled out of the BR rabbit. Turned my lights and siren on and you continued driving. No. Right. Yeah. I saw you when you first pulled in, sir. My hands weren't really. The paramedics are coming. Why did you not stop is what I'm asking you? Because I did not know you were behind me. I stopped. You didn't see the red and blue lights or the siren behind you from Bray Rabbit to here? No, I would have pulled over because I was already That's stupid. I was already thinking I have to pull over cuz the dog was calling me and I was So the reason that we were at the Brer Rabbit Hotel is because apparently someone at their room said you were trying to get into their room. So when I pulled in and stopped and put my lights on in the front was hoping you would stop and you continued driving. Oh, I literally So I was stopping you on reason suspicion of trying to break into a room and then you continue fleeing from me and then you accelerate speed. So I'm trying to figure out what part of this is confusing. The light turning red right now. So I was trying to go. I had no idea cuz I wouldn't have Are you under the influence of any any drugs or alcohol right now? Because everything you're saying to me makes zero sense. No, I was just freaking out trying to get out of there and then I saw my phone was dead. So, I was trying to pull over. What does that have to do with you pulling over when you see red blue lights behind you? My dog was on my lap. So, I was in the car and my phone was dead. All right. Victor uh wanted there a female here. I think Elmer's has a female for matron duties. Actually, never mind. We can you do me a favor? Can you help me with matron duties, sir? Just a female in this jeep. What is she saying? Uh, she was at the motel. Uh, so I'm pulling in. She starts pulling out. I put my front taked downs on. Yeah. While we're talking, um, she continues driving to get behind her, go to stop her, she starts accelerating to like 55. I'm actually about to shut it down here and then she blows right through the light. So, uh, and then people have So, she's claiming that she was there. Yeah, we have the dog. She was there. Got into a fight with her boyfriend, was trying to leave, but he wasn't letting her leave or wouldn't let her drive or something. Uh, and she saw the red blue light or he didn't see the red blue lights behind her. So, I don't know. Oh, he's in full. He's just gonna sit there. He's all right. No, he's just shaking off. Okay. Yeah. Um, I got to talk to Ruby real quick. Let him know what's going on and then go from there. She's in the back of my car. I have not searched her yet. But she's been Miranda. Yeah. Where is Ruby? She's here somewhere. All right, I got the female and the dog in my car. She's been morandised. Hasn't been searched yet. Uh, pulled into the British. She's pulling out. I hit my takedowns. Was about to put in park to try to talk to her. She pulled out, got behind her, ran the plate, lit it up, continued driving, turned the sirens on. I was about to shut it down here at uh 83 and she just blew right to the light at about 45. T-boned him. Get her out of the car. She claims that she was at the Bre Rabbit. Uh I explained to her why we I was stopping her was that someone was saying she was trying to break into their room. Um she's claiming she was at the Bre Rabbit. She got into some kind of argument with her boyfriend and uh I would have to clarify with her if he wasn't letting her leave or if he didn't want to leave, didn't want her to take the car, whatever. So she left. And then I asked her why she didn't stop when she saw the lights in the car and she said she didn't see the lights in the car. So, all right, that's all I have. So, at this point, stop was reasonable suspicion and I have fleeing and eluded misdemeanors. I don't think it's going to be phones in a traffic crash. So, yeah. How many cars are involved? Just these just this or the Jeep and the Cadillac. So, and I have the Cadillac guys information here. All right. So, that's what I got for you. Um, I'm going to have Liz search her, go back to the PD, what we have to do there. And yeah, I'll search you real quick and then I'll go over by a car. Sweet. I got her dog in my car. Am I just bringing the dog? Yeah. Okay. This guy is three from one. All right, we have this dog over here. I don't know if you guys can make some kind of arrangements. The dog. Whose dog is it? Mine. Okay. Step out of the car for me. I don't understand how. Can you take these off? My hands are really Can I take your handcuffs off? No. Get out of the car. I think the leash is coming. right now. Yeah. Sorry about that. All right. Well, I don't understand talking to our caller. Correct. Is my phone in there? I don't Yeah. on the wall. Who do you know over at the hotel? Yeah, she's saying something about her and her boyfriend or something over there. Trying to get clarification. Okay. Adrian. Yeah. What room was Adrian in? We were in eight all day all day. And then I got out of the um I got out of the room. Uhhuh. And I was walking the dog for a while. Then we uh sent the Uber Eats to uh his sister. We had our bag, her purse. All right. Stand up. Get out of the car. She can't really. And then just face the car so I can fix your handcuffs, please. Maybe. But I don't understand how they said I was trying to get in a room. I literally walked past all the doors. So, as I explained to you, we got a colon. I'm just explaining it to you cuz I wasn't even going any the information we were given. Okay. Was that it was a someone in a red Jeep and I pull in. Go ahead and get back in the car. And you're in a red Jeep. And then as I'm pulling in, as I'm pulling in, you're pulling out. Right. I understand. And then I turn around and I put my lights on to try to stop you to talk to you about someone alleging you trying to get into their room and you take off and here we are. I was wondering if it was fighting and I was trying to get him to take me home and he wouldn't. So I'm wondering did he call to like sabotage me because I I don't think that's the case. I never touched anyone. So the people that call the officers are talking to them and they don't know who you are or anything. I don't either. I didn't touch you. Paramedics. Here's one of them. Here's the paramedics so they can talk to you. Hello. Are you hurt? Yeah. Where? My hands in your arms. I don't think she's holding my arms or I think she steering wheel. Did she walk here? Like sheulated here. She was able to walk. Oh, yeah. She was able Yeah, she walked. She got out of the car and got on the ground, grabbed her dog leash and everything, held on to the dog. I put her in custody and put in the back of the car. It hurts. But it really hurts. No, I think I think it's actually You sent a car over there. All right. Turn around. It's right here. Where? There's nothing there. Yeah, I see like that. But just there's some scratches. Yeah, I don't think there's a bone type thing, but it does. Skin hurts really fast. Yeah, the skin's not broken or anything. Um, I don't feel any 31. Actually, you did it. You're not I'm telling you it's like your skin is intact. There's no burst. There's no cuts. Nothing. No. Yeah. I mean, if there's even just maybe an ice pack or something. We'd love to give you an ice pack. You guys okay with that? Do you want more than one? What? Somebody grabbed the information for Almer for crash support. He got Oh, I gave it all. He's grabbing all of our Where is uh your ID and stuff in the car? I don't have my ID. You what? I don't have a valid ID on you, but there's expired. Okay. Do you have a driver's license? What? You don't have a driver's license? So, why are we driving a car if we don't have a driver's license? Because I was trying to get away when I was around. So, explain explain to me again what happened at at the prayer rabbit. Um, he was just acting like erratic. Who was um we were there all day and night and I never even I already lost this paper. Oh, maybe I didn't. I got it right here. Okay. So, you were with him. He was acting erratic. I like Yeah. One minute he sweetheart and then the next night he Okay. What room are you guys staying in there? We were at 8. What? You were at 8:00. Room eight. Yeah. Okay. And I was outside with the dogs. They're three from one. What room are you guys in? So, what happened then? So, for the last few hours, I wanted to leave. Okay. Especially when he started being really This really hurts. I can't believe there's no market at all. It's just the one. Okay. So, you were trying to leave. Then what happened? I kept trying to leave a few times, but he like wouldn't really let me. He didn't want me to, you know, and I was like then he'd be sweet. Then I'm like, "All right, I can't take this. I'm really tired, you know. I want to eat. I have I have the dog. The dog needs to eat stuff. I realized." So, I just hurried up and grabbed my stuff and acted like I was putting it in the car, but that I was just walking the dog. Okay. So I we his uh sister ordered the Uber connect her purse. Okay. So I was outside with the dog, put my stuff in the car, walked down the like I walked against the um I walked I literally walked down that sidewalk like where the you know doors are. Okay. And I walked straight there and straight back. So then what happened once you got in the car? Um nothing. I I pulled out a little bit and I just went to the end of the I pulled out and went to the end of like the front of the building. Okay. And um I was stood there for a second cuz that's when I realized my phone was dead and I seen him coming out of the room. Okay. And so I then that's when I pulled off. Okay. So then you pulled out of the parking lot. That's when I pulled in. Yeah. And then I got behind you and then I turned on and then I turned on my emergency lights and then what happened? I was going straight because I realized my phone was dead and I didn't know where to go and my dog was on my lap. What does that have to do with when you see emergency lights? Your phone. What does that have to do with each other? Oh. Oh no. When I p without at first I didn't see the lights your lights on. So I got when I was closer to this light, oh my god, the lights are, you know, turning and then I realized how fast I was going. So I was trying to just get past it. Okay. So now let me ask you a question. Cuz I had the How long have you driven a car? A lot of years. a lot of years. Do you know what a red light means when you're driving a car? Yes. That means you stop, right? You didn't do that. You continued through this intersection, right? Why? Well, so the light right there that I passed was green. And then that's when I saw that this one was red. And with how the dog was on my lap, it was hard. I was trying to move my purse as well. Like this got stuck, too. I'm trying to throw my purse over and the dog without hurting us. And I all I know is I just accelerated more. It almost seemed like something like the thing was uh it almost seemed like I was just like kind of in a bad position of just pulling. Negative. Okay. Do you mind if I grab her basically? Yeah. Go ahead. What's your first name? Can you hang out for a second? I had to get her stuff out of the car. Victor truck [Music] orange stolen orange just going in last second. Were you following this one? Yeah. Did you noticed if they had their lights on or off? Uh, they were on. They were on. Yep, they were. Yep. Yep. Yep. Yeah. She So, she pulls out of rabbit. fur rabbit. So, I pulled in. I didn't block her in, but I got in, put my high beams on. Not my high beams, to take down so I could see the whole inside of the car. About to put it in park, and she just waves and starts pulling out. Okay. So, run the plate, hit my lights on, she continues going, hits my siren, and she starts accelerating by about 10 mph. And then we're literally approaching 83. I'm about to I'm like, "Okay, well, it's a attempted burglary, but like, you know, so I'm about to shut it down, and it's right into the [ __ ] car." So, here we are. There's phone she wants. Really don't wear gloves. So I got extras if you need some. I got some nice Heat. [Music] Heat. Are you looking for an ID or I got her phone? That's what she said. We're just inventory in the vehicle. I don't see an ID. She's got wallets, but it just has makeup and [ __ ] in it. Yeah, she said she just wants her phone. Okay. Are you good? Then I'm going to bring her back. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, I think I'll purchase. Okay. This is your phone, correct? Yes. Anything else out of the car? Yes. There's um a green uh I mean a a bright red bag that's like rubbery. Okay. And then a black I just looked at that. There's nothing in there. What do you mean a bright red bag that's rubbery? It's like a It's in the back seat. Um the like the second set, not in the trunk, but in the back seat. Okay. Um, it's a red like box. It's pretty, you know, it's bigger than this purse. And then there's a black purse that was probably bigger black. That's my computer. [Music] [Music] What black bag are you talking There's a black bag with MCM's all over it. It's black with like little white MCM. Yeah, it's on the floor in front of your seat. That's only makeup. Yeah. No, but there's all my stuff in there. There's nothing in there. I just looked. Oh, the big black MCM bag. There's a big one and a small one. I need the big watch your feet. Okay. Nothing. She has no ID on her. So, we can uh I can get that to you guys in a few minutes. [Music] I don't know. I'm over it. All right, I'm going back. All right, I'm going to just wait for the test. Thanks for all. Come here, baby. Come on, sir. Sir, sir, before you sit down, is there any way you could loosen these with the tiniest bit? Cuz I al Is there any way you could loosen these before um you take off? because I also have a a medical condition where my limbs are swell and they're already were a little swollen today, but it really hurts and with whatever happened. I think the airbag must I can fit an entire finger between your cuff and your wrist so I can't loosen it anymore. But we're leaving right now so it'll be off in like 2 minutes. Okay. Okay. Am I going to get arrested? What am I being going to be arrested? Like you are under arrest right now. Well, I mean one adult female custody torped starting at 52 533.4 52 5334 get rid of this dog. You want to go back and drop it off at apartment 9? Yeah, we can try to do that. Get rid of this dog. Yeah, I'll go over and uh actually come for a good one. We're going to make a pit stop at the bur rabbit and try to get the dog back here. No, I can't bring it back there. My dog? Yes. I can't bring it there. Why is that? It has to stay with me. Why is that? Cuz I don't He can He does not even know the dog and he doesn't even like dogs. My dog's a a a battered dog. I rescued her. She's She cannot go there. He doesn't even have a house and he doesn't stay there. He doesn't even have money for a room tomorrow. Huh? Right, sir? You're not going to bring it there, right? Sir, what? You're not going to bring the dog there for Okay, thank you. Sorry. Did they talk to them and clear it up? I wasn't knocking on anyone's door. So, like I explained to you. Oh, yeah. Who? Who is it? [Music] Wait, wait, wait. Sir, I'm just asking I'm just asking you. Um, who do you know which room complained of that? It It's irrelevant. I'm explaining to you why we were there. Yeah, I understand that. To the reason that I was trying to conduct the traffic stop on you. I understand. Okay. Yeah. And now here we are because of red and blue lights. Yeah. And you've continued to keep, right? Yeah, I understand. Here we are. I understand that. I'm asking cuz you said they're waiting to clear it up. That what happened? I did not say that. You said there you have officers there talking to the people at first. You're talking to people? Yeah, but who could say I was trying to get in rooms if I have never even touched anyone's door besides my own door? I see that somebody tried to get in there and that person was not you are in the direction that I can see pulling up. And when they tried to stop you, to speak to you about what was happening, you continued driving and then accelerated in speed. Yes. I'm sorry, sir. I was None of that makes a whole lot of sense, right? Yeah. No, but I had I thought you were just turning in and letting me pull out because, you know, it was a small exit. So, did the red like behind you and decide not to give it away to pull over? For one, I could not even hear you because the car is loud and I had the music on. But when I seen the lights, that's when I like I said, I seen the the green light and that's when I was like, "Oh my god, I'm going fast." It was like between my purse cuz this purse is really it's square and hard and it was lot like in my legs lodged in between my leg and the side of the seat and then the dog jumped on me and I was sitting on me. So it was [Music] Is that his name? Huh? No. [Music] That other driver though, that's when I seen when I seen his um his vehicle, it seemed like he was going really fast and didn't see me. Was he who completely went through a red light? What part of that is confusing to me? No, I No, I'm saying I mean probably just because of the my uh you know I was from a scarier I was at a scarier nervous standpoint uh you know from my angle but it just looked like he was going really fast and then it's like he didn't see me at all. 523 he was following the rules of the road driving normally. Yes, I know. I of course completely disregarded an emergency vehicle. You completely disregarded a stoplight and caused an accident. So, what part of that is confusing to you? Any part of it confusing? Or I haven't been crystal clear since it 17 times. I didn't mean I didn't mean any of that. Frustrating because when we're doing something very simple, it turns turns into something that is very chaotic for no reason because you don't know how to stop. Yeah. No, I understand. It's not a hard concept at all. And then you're making excuses about how the other driver didn't see you. No. And you also don't have a driver's license, you're telling me. So, you shouldn't be driving a car to begin with. So, explain to me what part of this is not making sense to you. No, I didn't say it doesn't make sense, sir, at all. I understand everything. Well, I I I'm going to be honest with you. I don't think you do. I don't think you understand what's going on. Have a seat over here. Have a seat. Your dog is not going to go anywhere. Okay. What do you use? Um, I do not use now. I do not use What's up? I used to use What did you used to use? Uh, opioids. Okay. And what do you use now? I do not use nothing. When was the last time you used drugs? Um, about a month. Almost a month and a half now. [Music] Stand up and face the wall. So, what's going to happen is I'm going to take these handcuffs off of you. Okay? And then you're going to have a seat. And then you're going to take that bag off of your neck. Come here, babe. Come here, baby. So, what's going to happen is you can grab your dog and hang on to the dog, but you will be seated here and you will not get up. Okay? Does that make sense? Yeah. Oh. Uh, insurance at this point. Am I going to go to jail? You are in jail right now. Take your bag off. I mean, have you been arrested before? No. For what? Um, well, that's charged the last time. Take the whole purse off. I am seeing No, you will not stop. Take the purse off. You're not following instructions. I was just going to ask you to see if there's a dog food in there. If there's what? The dog. A little dog food thing in there. For what? Dog food. Dog. You're in the Villa Park Police Department. We're not feeding your dog right now. Okay. You're currently under arrest for something you did that's very serious. We're not feeding your dog. Okay. So, hold on to your dog and we're going to get this done. So, what's going to happen? We're going to be 100% transparent with each other. I'm going to review the facts of this case. If it qualifies for a felony, I'll be contact the state's attorney's office to screen this for a felony. Okay? And if they approve the felony, you're more than likely going to go to the Dupage County Jail. If it doesn't qualify for a felony, you're going to get charged with the appropriate misdemeanor and then you will be released. Does that make sense? So, you need to sit down and chill out and hang on to your dog and we will get this over with. Spell your last name for me, please. H O C H S T A T T E R. How do you pronounce that? Hatter. Yeah. What's your first name? Briana. B R E A N A. Come here, baby. Honey. B R E A N A. N A N. What's your middle initial, Brianna? N. What's your birthday? Where do you live? Streamwood. Yeah. 6017. Is that where the address is on your license? Um, no. Everything is all my mails on there for H. Henry, O Ocean, C. Charlie, H, Henry, SM, T, Tom, A, Adam, T, Tom, T, Tom, E, Edward, R, Robert. First of B Boy, R. Robert, E, Edward, A, Adam, N, Nora, and Nora. A Adam, middle of N, Nora. It'll be a 60107. Do you have any children under the age of 18 years old or dependent adults that live with you? Um, yes I do. Somebody taking care of them right now while you're in our custody? Yes. Did you say yes? Yes. [Music] Sir, is there any way that you could um try to just give me multiple or something. Uh, I'm not I'm not going to be cutting you any breaks if that's the question you're asking. Everything you did tonight was absolutely ridiculous. This all could have been solved very simply, but it wasn't because you didn't stop. And here we are. So, I'm confused as to why we are even sitting in this room. I know. I'm sorry, sir. And then you're going to ask me if I can essentially cut you a break when you completely disregard the traffic light and hit somebody's Cadillac. If somebody hit your car because of a very poor decision and I gave them a break, what what would your response be? Do you feel that that would be appropriate? Probably not, right? Can you do me a favor? Um, in my front seat, I have two bags. You mind bringing them in for me? Uh, yeah. Just bring them in here and I'll [Music] clear. Thanks, Liz. relaxing and wondering what this is actually not there. This is actually hurting more and more things up but and it is red. feels like internally something there's anything I can do to like I said something [Music] Thank you. Thanks for grabbing all that stuff. What's up with all the fake $100 that are like baggies? Those are baggies because I thought Hey, it's Victor one. Can you give me the driver's license number for this female I just Okay. Thanks. You said no, right? Three suspension financial. Okay. All right. Cool. Thanks. All right. So, here's my next question. Why are you driving a vehicle if you do not have a driver's license? It's suspended. Yeah. I thought I was supposed to be driving, but I felt trapped in it. So, I was just going to wait somewhere that was not too far away. I'll go check it out. Thank you. We didn't adise. We're clearly arriving. We're at the PD now. We'll check if you need otherwise. Why the [ __ ] does this [ __ ] always go to you? Let us check those and I'll let you those bags usually damage a lot of people like getting bone like just hurt. It hurts. Yeah. Yeah, it hurts. It's doing its job. Can you come help me for two seconds before this freaking computer? [Music] Okay. She is. Yeah. Her name is Baby. Huh? Baby. Baby. Hi, baby. How are you? Sit. You listen. Oh, you listen. You're a good girl. Oh, you are a good girl. What's up, baby? What's up, baby? Oh, you're a good girl. Look at you. How old are you? A little over one. A little over one. Okay. Look, she looks a little tired. [Music] Okay, cool. Thanks. I'm trying to do work and I can only get it on Internet Explorer on here for some reason. Uh Google Chrome trying it's not popping up. There's no promo. What do you need? What do you need paperwork? I'll I'll start working on it. Okay. I already have leads up so I just need to do uh can you just get web open for me so I can get info about this call list right now? I can do this if you want folks. Three, we will remain in booking. I say that right. Yes. All right. Push her. See, you've been arrested in Kentucky. Yeah. Huh? Yeah. For what? Long time ago. For what? For what? We possessed possession. Yeah. Hey, uh Elsa, can you uh search probably over here with us? Should you be here? Yeah. I just want you searching behind this counter. Yeah. Why is it saying message accepted but nothing's going to get that? Sorry. So, no. No. Just stay. Go ahead. Are you okay? I thought this was a wrong room situation. still open. So they know I wasn't like trying to get in any rooms, right? What's your question? You guys cleared up that I wasn't trying to get any I think he's aware of that now, but at the time he wasn't because people were banging on his door trying to get in his room. my point. Oh, search it up there. We're doing this. Um because search up there. There um anything I can do to work with you guys or something and try to stop for the police? Yeah. When red when red and blue lights get on behind you, your excuse for not knowing the lights were behind you is absolutely ridiculous because as soon as you pulled out of the business, you started driving a couple feet, I would guess. And I turned my lights on to get you to pull over. Then you continued driving. Then I turned my siren on. Then you kept driving and actually accelerated in speed and then continued driving even further. So your argument of you didn't know? No, in the beginning I did not know. The red and blue lights didn't give it away. I didn't even think she were behind me. I thought she pulled into the thing and my, if you look at my mirror, my mirror was actually up. And when I did start seeing it, it was a little bit later. And my mirror is actually upwards on accident because I had to do that. Okay. So, here's what you need to understand. That's still not an excuse. You have ears that work, correct? You have ears that work. Your ears work. You can hear me talk to you. Yes. So, you can hear sirens behind you, right? I wasn't that far behind you. So that's also inexh inexcusable. Yes, I did hear the sirens too. That's when I seen the lights. I seen the lights before. I don't think my fle is going to be double check. Yeah, think they're going to do it. What kind of car was it? He had Cadillac in her. Huh? She went through the red. Those are actually bad, but I thought it was fake money because they came in and like a clear uh tight pack wraps. I felt like a tight wrap, you know. I thought it was like fake money, which we're supposed to have my girlfriend's um party. So I was like doing like a fake and I was like oh my god fake concerts like you know what are you looking these bags for? I literally just got them earlier uh today. No yesterday. I got them today and they were in the packages. I literally opened them like a couple hours ago and I was like these are like I had no idea they were huge baggies. [Music] It's funny cuz me and my disgusting like I wonder if we could buy like fake money and those money guns, you know, for the party. [Music] Huh? Uh, yeah. It was a disaster. I know. I should have stopped. I'm just there's anything I could do now that you could consider you know the listener things like multiple listeners or something and then you guys know other guys Brianna like I told you miss people don't stop at the police is very dangerous. Okay. Um we experience it all the time. It's unfortunate especially in this day and age. Um and uh there's consequences to be suffered for people's actions whether not knowing or not. Okay. So um and it's kind of the middle of the night. There's really nobody else out and you got lights and sirens. You got lights that are bright as hell. and sirens that's loud as hell and sting to you um behind you. What typically most people what they should do is they should pull over to the right. Even if you're not getting pulled over, people get pulled over to the right for emergency vehicles, right? Yeah. But we don't I obviously wasn't there for what happened, but we don't continue through a red light, right? No, there was two lights that was green and then that's when I was like, "Oh my gosh, this one's green." But I was already going faster. So I was like, "Oh my gosh, that one's red." And like I said, my dog had sat sat on me and she's not supposed to be running to download. I'm not sure because it's not [ __ ] loading. I don't I don't think so. I don't understand why everything is so [ __ ] uh Yeah, move it and leave it on. See if it works. Well, here I'm going to be I'm and correct me if I speak out of line. Uh I'm going be frank with you, miss. So, here's what's going to happen. Okay. Obviously, we have to take the totality of all the cir the circumstances, the whole circumstance, the whole exam. I did not I don't know if you can on here. So what ends up happening if you're one is with a not stopping for the police accident property damage car your car total 22 their car I'm not sure but significant damage it sounds like we have to reach out to the state so and then at that point that'll be their what they what the essay's office says whether or not they approve felonies or not for for this matter at hand. Okay. Then you just call them now. I would get them on the horn and call do you just call number I think the number changed. We just got an email cuz they just switched up here. Hey, it's Victor one. Can you page in custody? Uh add clean. Yeah, that's fine. Easy. T E M E S V A L. Cool. Thanks. I won't have the specific know about 10. So, it's not going to qualify. How about that? It's not going to be a felony, you know. I I don't know. It's up to state. Nothing. Okay. Uh the damage to the vehicle might qualify it, but will they charge that without is it a vehicle property? No, I agree that but you know how they get sometimes they might not do it. So, um for Z2. Yeah. and one. You only have one drive to control the device. What about you keys? Yeah. Uh, what am I looking up here? Oh, you got driver history. Yeah, Z2 or Z5. No, no, no. Yeah, right there. Yep. Right there. Yep, that's it. Should come up. Go ahead. Expired. Um taxed. What's up? Speeding. Speeding. Speeding. Violate. Uninsured. Rubber traffic lane. Speeding. Violate. Uninsured. Speeding. Violate operating. Uninsured motor vehicles. Speeding. Hand insurance. suspension convictions insurance and that will necessarily matter of operating. So she's got nothing on her abstract but there was one I saw on here prior for driving license suspended. I don't see any convictions. What she for insurance only? No. 501. No. What was the one on here? Did you see it or No, I I'm your car. Was the man in the room your boyfriend? We were uh dating for a little while, but it's that he's kind of unstable in multiple ways, but it's just like one minute. He's very sweet and the next minute kind of just like think of something in his mind and then there's no you can't tell him whether he's right or like doesn't matter what you tell him that's what's in his mind and then I don't know it's weird I was really freaked out because he was doing it he started doing it a lot and getting kind of like aggressive and in my What's your phone number? What are these pills in your bag? The those are those are uh docy. They're antibiotics. Where is your uh is it prescription? That is also that is uh actually for PH for what? PH balance like both of them. Uh that one. Yeah, the white probably. I had um I had another bag like that that had like uh LD aspirate also. Um only other white pills I had in there were um like a emergency type. your prescription for this one? Yeah. Where is it? Uh, it's a huge bottle. It's like one of those thick ones like that and like that top. So, it's in a bag. Is it a prescription antibiotic? Yes. Okay. So, why don't you have the prescription with you? Because it's a huge bottle. Okay. So, you have to have the prescription with you. Do you have it on your phone? Antibiotics or any kind of medication? Any kind of prescription medication. You need to have a prescription. Okay. I could show you. I could Well, obviously not right now, but I uh parked on video downloaded. I brought this in from your It's not going to work. Hang on. This will It's either that's so explain to me why the rear camera works with this one. It's coming. It's my join the club. Guess what happens when Cassandra's victor won? The answer is not the [ __ ] thing. Guess that's what happens when I am. Okay. Stupidity is the answer. Stupidity happens. You got to check your LP. Huh? Oh my gosh. Hold up. Stop [ __ ] me. What are you talking about? Is it this one? Uh, yeah. But there's there's a different one that you might have to be on because mine was the same way and Brian had to put me on like a completely different network because why would we have computers that work at We should call Brian. This was during the day when I brought my laptop in and I was having issues when they moved everything upstairs and uh he had to go like on some secret one and then called to get the password because the fact that I can't even review he couldn't remember the camera footage right now. By the way, um, last several times I flushed the toilet right here, uh, the thing bubble back at me. Oh, man. It's happened to me again. I thought they said no. It just I don't know about your house. Yeah, cuz they use a pipe clean toilet. Yeah. When you're done. So, there's no videos in my accent. That's comfy. Look at my hand. See that thing? My gun yesterday at the simulation. Did you get hit? No, it um uh malfunctioned. So, I went to clear it and I hit it and that's Look at that. Oh my god. See how dark it is? Did you get by any Sims? Um I got my Well, I got one in the like the back up here and then somehow I didn't get hit right here, but I got the color on me. But I was okay with it cuz it was pink paint. No, it's good. Brandon's favorite. Huh? Huh? Can you make this work? I'm trying. You're upsetting me. Well, no. I'm telling you, it's the network. It He had a It worked one day for me. I I did it in the car and it worked recently. Yeah. Because we kept on having the issue. We'd be in here and then we'd go back out in the car and we'd be disconnected. So then I'm like, "Hang on, let me try this." I don't remember if it was plural or not. I put it in and we haven't had that issue since. So, yeah. No. And he didn't even get on that one. He had to get on a whole separate one. Why is it I just I don't get it. Why is this not Oh, that never works. I'm telling you, dude. I'm going to lose it with these [ __ ] cameras. Can I get my stuff here? Yeah. I lost. Oh, this officer time is very Don't worry. step. It might be that might be the one that Brian had to go on for mine. All right. Well, you know what? I know what I'm doing. Actually, I'm doing it right now. And he's actually pretty I like Brian. Brian gets a lot of flack, but I like him. I don't know how you feel about him. I like him. I like him, too. But I have a cell phone number. Well, I do not. Yeah, cuz when we were in the decks and we were working from home. Oh, yeah. Um, and he gave us this special network to sign on to and stuff. Um, it never worked for me. So, I always had to call him and be like, "Hey, do you remember that one time the rob wouldn't let you in after the robbery?" Who wouldn't let me in? The 7-Eleven clerk. Oh, yes. Until I showed up and I'm like I'm like I am the police. He's like he's like he's like inside. The door is locked. I can just see him like it's it's me. Open open the door. Yes. I don't blame the guy cuz he got robbed twice in three nights. So, but then again, yeah, I know. I know. I know. Just Just saying. All right. Sawyer Brian. Hello Brian. That's going to be my title. That should be your email. Just that. Hello. Like, you know, sometimes when he gets Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. If the key is that flexible space, Is your address current miss on your driver's license? Um 22 one or Yeah, that's my old one. I literally have gone to the county clerk's office and to change it there. Um, and what's your current? How do you spell it? S O T L. And that's a house. No, it's a What's uh what city? What city? What's the zip code? 610. What was your phone number? 872. Sorry. All right. What's your plan if you get released? Um, I would deliver. So, if I could have depends. It depends on what the what the what they say. So, we're in DuPage County. I'm sure you've heard DuPage is a little bit more strict with a lot of stuff, right? So, uh they might I've I've seen you've had a lot of warrants in your past. Yeah. Um a lot of warrants, right? So, I've seen you've had numerous warrants issued in your past. that might play a factor into if a felony is approved and you go out to the jail because like well actually um record shows that uh she's had a lot of FTAs that appears on cases. We don't want her skirting this case. Or it could be that you get released and or you could potentially get charged with a felony and then you could be released. That could also happen. You'll get your court date. Um or third, you get charged with misdemeanors and also get released and get a court date. So the state's attorney decides if I go to jail right now. Yes. Yes. And then what you do is you you will appear in a detention hearing and then a judge will make that determination. So the state will give their case. um your attorney or if one is appointed to you can make their case and then that will determine whether or not you stay in jail until your next court date or you're released then and there. There's no more bond in the state of Illinois, right? It's either you stay in jail or you're out. That's that's literally the two things that's happening. So, okay, I'm I'm I'm trying to give it to you as straight as I can here. So, and to the best of my knowledge, I should say. Okay. Cuz there's still a lot of changes even for us. Um, so obviously the longer we do it, the more we experience it, the more answers I have. But it's only been so long. Um, if you do end up going to the county jail, your dog will probably be um held at DuPage County as well. Not the jail, but the animal shelter, which is actually very close to the jail. Okay. So, say if you do they want you to go to jail and you get held, we're going to have to take your your pupsters to what's her name again? Baby. Baby. We're going to have to take baby to um the animal shelter and then say you get released today, then you can just walk right over and pick up baby. Okay. I don't know how much they charge. I don't know what their fees are, but that's who the service that we utilize really charge for it, I believe. So, yeah, cuz we it technically we would be impounding the dog, quote unquote, you know, I know that sounds horrible. Um, but uh that's I guess that's the best term I could I could use for that. So, so there's nothing I can do like something. So you keep saying that something. So you you you keep saying that and that that gives me an idea that you that makes me feel like you know a little bit more obviously outside of the scope of what happened tonight. So I can't promise anything. I know a little bit more. I don't know. But you keep saying is there anything I can do? Is there something I can do? So it's like it's like you want to tell me something but it's like you're not sure if it'll help you or not. And I'm not sure if it'll help you or not. that I know I can like do certain things that you know when you work the police kind of thing. I know I could you know do something like that. Okay. You guys were so gracious to kind of Well, here what happened tonight happened tonight, right? Um then obviously we have a job to do, but not my case. So then I'm not really sure what information that you may have to give us or what. Obviously like you see a lot of stuff in the movies, right? Like hey I know this I'm tell you that let me off on that. Make sense? Yeah. Um doesn't always work that way. Doesn't work that way. Right. Because a person still gets charged. Okay. Um Right. And somebody might be saying something tonight, but in three weeks when they're out of jail and they don't give a [ __ ] Yeah. Yeah. I I I ain't telling [ __ ] You know what I mean? So that's why there's no there's ever no promises made. Yeah. And so um as far as tonight, I mean I the process of what I just explained to you about a couple minutes ago is still going to happen. So um so there's nothing you guys If you felt that you would you could you had to try to are for me to get um not taking but no as far as that no. Yeah. As far as that no. um that that falls uh that lies in the uh state attorney's hands. And as far as us choosing whether or not we can say like, "Hey, I think this person should be locked up." Whatever worth that is taken could be squat or could mean something. Um it just depends, right? Um so I you had a handful of arrests I saw in your in your past. Um some recent ones as well, but uh nothing for fleeing from the police. No, don't. Yeah. No. Horrible. I know. I know. But I honestly when I first got out of there, my car is really loud. There's something like the engine and it ticking and um it's like kind of noise which they thought it was a few different things, but it wasn't. And so it was that and then my mirror really was flicked up. So when I was seeing the lights it was it wasn't either they didn't put the lights on cuz they were they pulled in like started pulling in when I started pulling out and he just put the white lights on me. He was like this turning in and I was like this turning out and I seen him and I just thought he waited for me to pull out cuz it was a smaller, you know, wasn't a huge entrance exit. So when he flashed the legs at me and stopped, I literally like stopped and then put my turning signal on and turned right and like waved, you know, and then uh I went I went right and then I don't know if he put them on right away or what, but I didn't see them. So it was probably, you know, not that um far from the light where I crashed cuz it was a green light and I remember that and be like, "Oh my god, and I need to slow down. I need to like get over something cuz I it was hard to drive with the dog as well." And then the next night was a red and that's when No, that's when that happened. Well, at the end of the day or night, I should say, um, I'm glad everyone's okay. Yeah. You, the other person, no other car is involved, and your dog, I'm glad everyone's all right. Okay. is able to walk away from that. Um, you got to pay more attention. Yeah. I mean, you got a license or you're suspended? No, I'm suspended right now. For what? Insurance? No, it was for my tags were expired and I could not get a new because I needed to pass the mission. You're suspended two times over. So, you're suspended for tags? Yeah, because they kept giving me tickets for the cats, but no. Yeah, you're suspended for financial reasons and insurance reasons. Probably because maybe your plates were suspended for no insurance. Yeah, I guess. What about plates being suspended for uh by your No, it'd be it'd be because of no insurance typically. Brianna, do you have any tattoos? Just on my um some of my fingers. Sorry. Some just on some of my fingers. Fing right hand. Both both hands. Yeah. All fingers. No. Um just the three middle on my right hand. So index, middle, ring. Yeah. Index. Hang on. This really hurts. Um And it's more of what about left hand planter and right hands. Yeah. ly edema. So it's a medical condition where I have um like I basically swell my lymph swell and my lymphatic system is not intact. So um yeah there scarring from that and skin yeah scarring. Okay. And what do you do for work? Uh, for what company? It's not for a company. It's nobody else. For your who? Yeah. No. Okay. You're so self-employed. Yeah. I guess. Gotcha. Like helping family. Okay. My grandma still lives me. And Adrian. Yeah. Is boyfriend. Not boyfriend. No. No friends. Oh, okay. I guess he was call it that. Staying together at the bre rabbit. Huh? Staying together at the at the motel. No, he was there and then I came for a while. [Music] I explained her the three things that's going to happen. Yeah. It's going to be either misdemeanor release, felony release, or felony. Correct. Phil, I'm going to be honest with you. Fingers crossed on release. I'm going to cross everything. There you go. For release. You're my partner. Thank you so much. Oh, he's he's going to try to have me release potentially. I can't believe this. So embarrassing and scary. I just should have stayed there with his excuse my stupid ass just let him sleep but I couldn't even go to sleep. So well you know what called us there? What what drew us there, right? Yeah. And I'm like that's a mistake, right? I mean that didn't happen. I didn't touch the door. I didn't even like sit and wait by someone's sore for unless somebody else did. No, they said what did you guys say happened? Didn't you know or no here? He told me that they found out finally that someone was banging on their door and then Yes, cuz we went and talked to him. Oh, okay. I didn't know. Okay. So, the complainant, whoever called 911 call came out as somebody trying to potentially break into a door. Okay. Um and then he said that somebody was trying to push the door in and then uh the witness uh that the subjects or subject was outside in the red jeep and then uh the police showed up pretty quick and then the rest is uh history that has led us here. That is Oh well unfortunately yeah that has led us here but they did It sounds like people were banging on their door and I guess pushing on their door and then uh it was I don't know if it was one or two. It was somebody else. I don't know. But here there's a beautiful camera. I was going to say please pointed right there. Please tell me there's a camera. Yeah, it's right there. Yeah, it's right it's facing down that hall. So we'll be able to watch that. Obviously, we don't have that right now. Yeah, I was watch walking the dog for a little bit and then um sisters left her sister left her purse there at the room. So, we Uber connected it cuz she was literally like, "Can you drop it off?" I don't want to drive. Uber connected. What the hell is that? It's like where you like if you order something from the store or even food or send something to somebody, they'll drive it for it's like a quarter of the price instead of I just found out about it. Do you overconnect our purse? Yeah. For me or is it done already? No, I'll do it. It's okay. Yeah. You got a stairs? No, I'm just uh Yeah, somewhere. [Music] Do you when you do you think I could have like a concussion or something? All of a sudden, I'm getting like shakier and shakier and serious. It's kind of like it seems like I'm seeing you get checked out by the medics on scene. Yeah. You want us to call Do you want us to call them back? I mean, no. I I'm just letting you know. You get shaky otherwise or No, okay. You think you're just shaking up from like literally being shaken up? I think I'm just really worried too. My eyes shaking and kind of like Give me just one second. Perfect. Oh, here. If you feel like you need the paramedics for medical attention, let us know. Okay. Um immediately, please. Okay. Um obviously, you're coherent. You're talking to me. So, um and if I see, you know, God forbid some decline, I I I will call them. But right now, unless you want them to me, you appear, you know, with it and coherent. So, um I don't know if you have a concussion. I don't know. You'd have to go to a hospital for that or a doctor's office to get a scan or a doctor to tell you. I don't know. I got a concussion last year. I was involved in a car accident while working and uh I hit my head pretty hard inside the car and uh yeah, concussion. So, um but I went and got a scan. So, that's what they told me. I you know, I'm really tired, too. But could be could be a lot of things. It's almost like when I blink, it's almost like it's delayed and I'm like a flash or something like that. Well, you're distress freaking out more and more. Could be a lot. And uh Well, looks like your your your puppy is uh freaking out. She's She's seriously. All right. Would you like the good news or the bad news? I'll give you the bad news first. I'm still upset that you didn't stop and create this chaos. The good news is you're getting charged with misdemeanor. However, what's going to happen is if I get a dollar amount from the registered owner of that Cadillac and it exceeds $300, which it will, they state attorney's office will more than likely upgrade the charges to felonies. But as of right now, you're getting misdemeanors. So, what's going to happen is you're going to get your charges here in about 20 minutes. You're going to take your fingerprints and your photos and you're going to be released. Okay? Questions, comments, concerns, opinions with these pills. I'm taking these pills. Okay? If you bring in a prescription, I have the rest. If you bring in a prescription, you can have them back. If you don't, my doctor will be losing me. You literally have I if you could try it that far. An antibiotic. So when I got lucky, that's attorney that was for now. Uh or he helped me Can you check those things? So, here's obviously he just told you. So, once the appraisal for that car comes back, they the state's attorney has it in their power to upgrade charges. So, then when you go to court, can you do me a favor? And the thing is there, then your charge could potentially get upgraded. That's funny. Okay. I mean, it's not fine. It's not fine. It sucks, but Yeah. It's bad. I'd rather have But this is bad, too. Yeah. Okay. Uh, now you lost your car. So, okay. Thank you so much. It's for sure. Do you have insurance for your car? Yeah. You do? Yeah. Okay. So, when you come in to uh um So, there's a uh going to be an administrative hold on your vehicle. So, when you come in to pay for that and take care of all that stuff, you're going to have to bring your proof of insurance. I will explain all that to you in a little bit here, but just so you know, you're going to have to bring that in. car, right? So, what do you mean you're holding the car? It's going to be just like towed somewhere. I'm sorry. What do you mean you're holding the car? Your vehicle was towed and you cannot get it until you come into the police department and pay the associated fees, right? And provided proof of insurance for that car. Okay, does that make sense? this it's got two different numbers. But I will explain all that to you a little bit more in a few minutes. Well, this that [ __ ] is that? What's in here? That's um it's actually a pH balance balance type of uh feminine hygiene product. Yeah, Elsa, do you have my DCN number? I do. It is. This is Foxy Cycling. It looks like I can't find what this white pill is. It's got 50 5050 too. That one was uh that I don't know. You got to ask. Sorry. Traffic class. Oh, yeah. prescribed it. Yeah. Yeah. Looks like it's on. What's the timeline? Sorry, I just realized it was up on the screen. 327. My guy here call came out at 3:27. He found you at 3 pretty much right away. and uh catch you in touch. 301. That is impressive. It would have been more impressive. You stopped if nothing happened if you stopped in the parking lot. Yeah. Oh, I I didn't even think you honest to God, I didn't even know you were stopping me in the parking lot. I thought you were just just trying to Why is this blank? You got to type it in. I know. Why don't I don't know. Do we have the old complaint system on there? Cuz what I would do is that would go perfect from there. Yeah. But um it took it off. I don't see it. I don't see it on here either. Is there a place for me to charge my cell phone? You have a phone charger? Yeah. Is there one? Otherwise, if you give us a couple minutes, once you get out in the lobby, you can plug it in there. Okay. So, let's just do that. Yeah. Turns on now. iPhone turn. I don't even know what to type. What's your email, Brianna? Um, I first uh we're doing fleeing and looting. uh uninsured motor vehicle driving while license suspended in traffic control. So since it is just misman traffic or no I don't know cuz I think fleeing and looting is it's mismaking. Yeah, but it's same thing as suspended. I've never done a fleeing and looting of traffic tickets. Look at Help me out this way. I'm very well driving. A Mhm. And then siren. Did you ever s immediately signal the vehicle to stop? Um, enough. Yeah. I don't want to get too No, I know. They don't like that. Yeah. You know, they want like No, I've heard I've heard two trains of thought on complaints is that they want a detailed complaint and then they want like a I would say oneliner because that can contradict. Yeah. So, 3-day 707 license no insurance prior from the truth uh driver license yes driving license I don't know about conviction and then uh no insurance insurance disobeying traffic control signal speed avoid accident and yeah and fair use speed avoid accident thank you uh we don't know how many of convictions. Yeah. Um, third or subsequent offense. Maybe it just says offense. It doesn't say 30 sub. Yeah. Conviction. These are all [ __ ] arrests here. Holy guacamole. Um, we're just doing this. I don't know, dude. This is all [ __ ] up. just leave it as 397 if they want to upgrade upgrade it if they upgrade it. So as a business offense I mean he's already suspended for 377 C1. So supsters look a little tired. Are you going home after this? You going back to the motel? You got a Chargers or something like that? He's saying something about Chargers. Chargers? No, they're all mine. They're all yours. [Music] You guys can figure that one out. What do you think you were going to even if I did have a charger? You think you guys were going to bring it back? I wasn't. I wasn't saying he think that. Yeah, I was asking. He was yelling. He wasn't yelling, just concerned. Oh, no. He like he gets like hyped up. Um just if you talk to him about something. Yeah. He'll just get hyped up and like there's like I was telling her, there's no like why turning around? I don't know. I just kind of learned that over Why can't we be as cool as a cucumber? Um I always try to, right? No, I I'm very Or as cool as the other side of the pillow. Huh? What's cooler? Cool as a cucumber or cool as the other side of the pillow? Cool as cucumber sounds better. A pillow sounds better. No, cucumber sounds better. It has a better flower. Cool as a cucumber. Lean response, please. Can you stand by that? Yeah. Okay. And no puppy can't be in the picture. She didn't do anything wrong. I'll read I'll read everything over when you're done. How do you move this down? How do I move what down? Give us one second, Brianna. Right here. She's like so hold her on the Anyone have any Is she a biter or is she a lover? Just leave her on the ground next to you. Yeah. I don't even know how to bite. I don't want her to freak out. So if you want to hold her leash, I don't have anything with that. Oh, and that was the reason why I wanted Elliot, too, cuz not only was I getting uncomfortable and stuff, like he would start yelling. So, my dog would literally be shaking and he would get in my face and he scared both of us. All right. Just look straight for that camera. Okay. A little bit more to the right. Move to the right. Elmer. And then take a couple. There we go. Right there. [Music] Face the back over there. Come on. You're a good girl. You're a good girl. Her name's actually Bella. So, it's not baby. It is baby, but Oh, there you go, Bella. Her name. Huh? There you go, Bella. No, baby. Don't respond to Bella anymore, but I had a mini pig named Bella that was like 14 years old when I got her and I also like saved her from a really bad mess up. Yeah. So, um, I got her literally the last two weeks of my Bella's life. And they look same same coloring, same white face, everything except she used the crunchy and Bella looks like But they both have like so much of the same look. No, that when we put her down, we put her down, it was like, you can't sit here and call her Bella. [Music] that stuff inside the bag is that powder or something. Yeah. So, I don't put in the names. Why? I'm just This is just me. I'm just I'm not saying, but because she's already listed. Yeah. But I always have. I don't know why. That's fine. I don't No, no, no, no, no, no. All right. Uh, would you be able to double check that? Sorry. You are. I think this is a good I don't know if I would put I thought about well fleeing from the police here. But what I guess the that flows so I think it's fine. While fleeing from the police, but it flows. I think it's fine because the all the complaints in one tell the story. Oh, okay. So, nothing to report obviously tell what happened. So, I'm just going to use me as the witness. What's up, buddy? It's okay. Sorry. Hey, there we go. We're friends now. Look at that. Sit down, baby. Down, baby. Here. Sit. Down. I wish I had a treat for you. Sit. Where's that tree? Oh, sorry. Sorry. It's not going to right. Okay. No. You all hungry? Yeah. Drugs. before you submit that. Uh, let me just check it. Okay. Yeah. Can I get items out of the vehicle? It's at the toward. Yeah, it's at the toyard. You can do it later, right? I mean, but here the registered owner is going to have to come pick up his car. You can't come get it since you don't even own the car. You can come with him, but register owner, somebody with a valid driver's license is going to have to come pick up the car. They have to be released to you. Two reasons. One, you don't have a license. And two, uh, you don't own the car. I just found out for $2,000. I don't know what town you did that in, but not park. Chicago and Oh, that's Chicago. Yeah. Yeah. Well, I had to get a notorized letter the one time. Where's Who's Where's John at? Who's John? He's the owner. So, he can't come get it. Well, he can, but he's usually uh he did a notorized uh letter for Oh, boy. my friend to get the car cuz he was 642 days out. Correct. I 022. No, it's not. 170. Yeah, this is 070. Yeah, cuz Elmer's has been using 022700. Right. Yeah, there we go. Now it looks right. So there's there's 0700. We're 1700. Really? Is it 26 to 42 regularly? Yeah. So June 5th is 28 days. Perfect. Oh my god. No. Um, do you guys hear anything else going on or no? No. Are you Is it okay if she puts that in? Yeah. Make sure you guys have plans to deliver stuff. All right. Submitted. Thank you. Do you have the DCN number? No, you already got it. Yeah, I got it. Uh, our case number was at the top here. Correct. Negative court case number. Uh, 2024 MT. Yeah, you got it. You need any assistance with that? No. I'll look up the info. Just put it in for safekeeping now until I can figure out. Um, if you want to write down her name, I mean, it's right up there. You got to write it down. So, all right. I got this. I got this. I got this. She's under the age of 18. Adults. That's all done. All done. All done. What do we learn tonight? [Music] What do red lights mean? Huh? What do red lights mean? Stop. Stop. Okay. We got to get a little bit more context. The blue lights could be sign unless they're behind you. 4th of July. All right, hop on over here. Sign a couple things. I just need your signature here. You didn't want to make any phone calls? No. Did not want did not wish to make phone calls. No. What you're signing is I asked if you had any kids under the age of 18 years old. They're pendant adults. You said yes. You said someone's taking care of them. So, I just need your signature down here. Say another two. Right above my signature right there. Yep. So, this Yeah. This is all your information. uh as a administrative hold driving while uh driver's license is suspended. Okay. What that means is there's a $500 fee associated with that that needs to be paid here at the police farm before the vehicle can be released. If you feel that that fee is unfair, you should not have to pay that. You can read this section here that says plea hearing that gives you instructions on how you can go about contesting that. I just need your signature down here at the bottom. And that's just stating that uh I'm giving you this form and that you understand that and you're going to get a copy of that information. All right. So your signature just goes right there. Make it your copy. Um, here's your what you need to do to get your vehicle back. This is step one. This is step two. Step one, valid proof insurance for the abundant vehicle has to be provided to the Bell Park Police Department. A valid licensed driver, so not you. Has to be here. The owner must be here. Also, not valid. He checks both those boxes. And that $500 fee also has to be paid. Once step one is complete, he can go to the veteran's towy yard and get his vehicle out. None of this is going to happen unless he does or I'm sorry. He's not going to be able to get the vehicle out. You're not going to be able to get your property on the car unless this stuff is done. So, get that taken care of. Questions about that. What? Okay. You're being charged with a couple different things. Fleeing or titul police officer as I explained because of the dollar amount. Once that gets clarified if it qualifies, which it will, if the state's attorneys approve the felony charge, you will be uh the charge will be upgraded to a felony, but you will be notified if that happens or doesn't happen. As of right now, it's a misdemeanor. You're also being charged to drive on a license suspended, uh operating unassured motor vehicle, driving too fast for conditions or fail speed or an accident, and disobeyed traffic control signal. Any questions about that? I'm signing and dating here at the back that you were served this today. Okay. Here's your copy of your complaints. This is going to be your uh notice of pre-trial release. Okay. Your court date is 65 2024 at 9:00 a.m. on the fourth floor, DuPage County Courthouse. That's the address right there. Um I just need your signature at the bottom and that's the date at the bottom. You're going to get a copy of this blurry. What's that? Things are starting to get blurry. Bottom left. You sign it about the paramedics. Yeah. Why are things getting blurry? I am really had the past few days and then today I was so tired and was trying to sleep but he like he slept like 2 three hours when I wasn't there and then I was still there so I was Brianna I wrote on here in dark letters your court date and time that way there's absolutely no excuse that you missed it. Do you see that? That's some nice dark lettering for you to read. Can you understand what that says? Yep. You have any questions about your court? Cuz this is the only notice you will get. Nobody's going to wake you up. Nobody's going to call you. Nobody's going to email you saying, "Hey, time to wake up for court." Questions, comments, concerns, and opinions about that. Okay. Would you like all your paperwork put in one of your bags or what do you want to do? Yeah, I get out of here. For a second. Okay. Here's your paperwork. Put it in your bag. Is this your purse? That is your purse. What is this for? Is this a little? So, right now we are done. So, whenever you're ready to go, I will walk you on to our front lobby and you can wait for your ride. I'm not ready to go. I want to see. So, let's get that done. Yep. Uh, no. [Music] You got your phone charger in your bag or No, I do. I just have to make sure I have the ball. Okay, let's go. I'll walk you up front and then you can charge your phone up there. Otherwise, we can call you a taxi. Those are two options. Go puffers. Little leap. There you go. We got you. Right here.
