again okay I need you to take nine Heel To Toe steps turn and take nine Heel To Toe steps back now you're going to do this in a straight line so keep standing like that all right now imagine that approximately six inches off the ground and keep your foot parallel to the ground now I'm going to show you what I mean okay yeah you're going to raise it approximately six inches and keep it parallel with the ground you're going to keep your foot just like that okay mhm now when you're doing this you have to keep both legs straight and arms at your side so I notice I didn't bend my leg okay just foot straight yep like that 6 in off the ground okay now while holding that position I want you to count out loud in the following manner 1,1 1,2 13 1004 and so on until I tell you to stop you
