law upon their arrival the officers were informed about the situation and began assessing the scene while investigating they encountered a female suspect who upon seeing law enforcement attempted to please stop what are you doing as the officer attempted to apprehend her she started resisting arrest she became physically Al uncooperative refusing to comply with instructions her resistance officer managed to take her into custody using appropriate Force to ensure the situation remained under control after her arrest the suspect's behavior did not improve she was placed in a separate reported theft as the questioning progressed the suspect's behavior shifted to an emotional state she began to confess that she was pregnant and repeatedly pleaded with the officer for leniency the officers however remained focused on the facts of the case that's it I prise you I'm going to read you your rights cuz you're under arrest okay you have your right to remain silent anything you say
