On June 10th, officers responded to a residence for a call of a battery between neighbors. >> So, my boyfriend calls me saying that he was shooting at them. My boyfriend calls me. Miley, Miley, go get me your bag. Thank you. Here's your bag. I woke up cuz I haven't slept in 3 days. And these people and it's not due to it's due to stress. I have stress with my other lease parents and Morris and my siblings. These people lost their roof. So, I walked outside. Patty has threatened me before in the past. Her ex >> I need to know what happened tonight. So, what happened tonight? >> threatened with a gun before by Patty's boyfriend. And I am very I do not trust that woman. I was thankful when Adam was the only one that came over here to maintain the place. She comes over here, stands on my property, calls me a [ __ ] crack [ __ ] says to go back into my house. I told her this is my property. Read your lease. The center line that's directly between the trailers is the property line. They have debris on my property. I asked them to do that. They told me to go [ __ ] off. I told them, "Get your [ __ ] off my property." The five The five guys she Four guys she has over there that started in on Then, they're all cussing at me, mistreating at me. I'm one person. I'm 5'4". I'm only about 150 lbs. I'm not going to be intimidated by her loser boyfriend. She has a bad reputation on from when she lived here and that she is unmanageable and you cannot talk to her. >> Okay. >> Look at your 16-year-old >> So, when you went over there >> I didn't go over there. >> Okay. >> I just walked up. >> Okay. Well, then you want to be I can be a bigger This is my place. I pay the bills. I pay the [ __ ] rent. I pay the freaking the insurance on this place. I have the title. I don't rent. I don't sublease. Nothing. So, please do not disrespect me like that. She ever since she lived here, she's done nothing but disrespect me. She has no respect for my property. She has no respect for me. And I am not going to continue to be walked on by just everybody. And that's what's been happening to me lately. >> Okay. >> I've been physically assaulted last week. And then I was freaking mob mentality last Thursday. So, I haven't had any goddamn sleep. I have a 84-year-old senior mother in Morris. I have a 87-year-old dad. I have two grandsons. That the system that I turned my daughter in for DCFS because last year when she came here, she brought two girls with her. They busted down They pushed my [ __ ] door in with me. >> Okay, we need >> And they knocked me to the ground. So, they came and they punched my front window. The officer that came here, I have heart problems. I've just had a back fusion. Okay? So, I've been a lot of pain ALL THE TIME. I have had no problems until she moved in. But listen, if you be you're cooperative with me, so I'm only charging you with a misdemeanor. You can go pay your bond and come home and figure it out in court, okay? >> I'll be right behind you to go get her. >> It's only a 10-minute drive. >> It's not the point. It's the principle of the matter. >> I understand.
