on April 27th 2022 the incident began when the individual was driving a two-door black car and approached to traffic light as the car in front stopped suddenly a collision occurred hot unifor what's and if you want it right now I will give it to you okay are you okay with that yeah absolutely take your time the officer proceeded to ask if she was the registered owner of the vehicle to which she responded no she was then asked if she had her driver's license and she confirmed it the officer also asked if she had the registration and insurance but the individual explained that she did not have them with her at the moment just hang it up here for me just give me one second okay and then again I'm just trying to figure out what exactly happened as far as how did the crash occur they stopped a little bit short of the traffic light yeah and I I I bumped into them and it was totally my fault I they they stopped quick and it was I was trying to go oh my that's fine that was totally my fault and now pay for the damages okay all right just give me one second okay all righty I'm not going to let me have I done anything but stay in here and talk to you I'm just saying are you you going to let me go or not we're dealing with the accident right now the officer instructed her to gather the documents reassuring her that it would be fine juel mentioned that she was just tired and wanted to go home she explained that the crash happened because the car in front stopped quickly which led to the Collision aren't we so that's what we're doing okay but are you going to let me go I am dealing you driving okay any physical defects any bionic body parts Cav knees titanium hips anything of that nature one leg longer than the other glass or prosthetic eye they both look real I have to ask it's person seemed resistant mentioning that she was tired and just wanted to get home the officer proceeded with the test continuing to ask questions about whether she had been drinking though the individual remained defensive I just want to look at your eyes do you have any questions yeah I already know what you're doing cuz you're flash of light in my eyes you're going to see if they're switching back and forth they're going to know if I've been drinking or not so I'd like to take a look at your eyes are you going to allow me to do that but see here's the thing is I've already told you that I already know what you're doing okay and I can tell you what you're doing and I see my car right here so what does that tell you that tells you that I already know that shows that I'm I know what I'm dealing with as the officer continued the individual appeared confused about the intent behind the test she expressed frustration stating she was tired and that her job as a bartender involved exposure to alcohol which might be the cause of any smell of alcohol on her you can see your eyes green or Hazel my eyes green green all right so I want you to focus here okay okay are you going to follow the stimulus or are you just going to look away can you focus for like 2 minutes so we can do this okay why do you keep closing your eyes every time I try to move the stimulus you're much I just want to go home I'm a bartender bro the officer tried to explain the procedure again requesting her cooperation but the individual became agitated repeatedly questioning if she was being arrested I just want to go home this was an accident it was a [ __ ] stupid thing I will pay for it all right ma'am can you see this slime I laid down yeah I know what you are you comfortable in your sneakers or would you like to take them off what do you want me to do okay if you're comfortable in those sneakers what I like you do is place your left foot on the line I don't want you to start resistance the officer proceeded with the test carefully explaining each step the individual continued to express frustration questioning why she was being subjected to the tests when she already knew requested to leave and mentioned that she had already admitted fault for the accident and had insurance to cover the damages by the end of the interaction the individual was cooperative but frustrated maintain traffic lanes and mandatory financial responsibility violations the suspect was visibly impaired Cooperative but defensive and admitted fault for the Collision despite multiple opportunities
