Welcome back everyone to the Donnie Rapture channel, where I'll always bring you fresh, never-before -seen body cam footage. Today's body cam video is a little bit different than the usual ladies and gents. No, this one kind of falls in the realm of being creepy and or spooky. It's kind of off-brand for me, I know. Early one Saturday morning, a Florida Fish and Wildlife officer was on patrol at the Fort Island Trail Beach boat ramp. The area was virtually empty, except for two hunters preparing to launch. During what would be a normal routine resource inspection, an unknown woman, pale as a ghost, silently boarded the hunter's vessel. It's probably just past that 45 days because it disappears once. So, can we keep like an electronic copy of that on us? They're actually going to move to that soon, but right now, as it reads, you're supposed to have, you know, the actual stamp with it signed and in possession. It's not something, if you can prove to me you bought it, it's not something I'm going to give you a hard time for. Can you send me a picture of my, uh, of my stamp? Yeah. How are you? You said the registration, the sticker, the decal you don't have on there? Yeah, there's mine. That is cool. Perfect. Yeah, just keep it on your wrist. Got it? Couple life jackets. And a whistle. I'm not sure. A whole kit with the whistle and the flare gun. Okay, I just need to see the gauge in the fire extinguisher. Technically the Coast Guard doesn't like it in the box because they call it not readily accessible. I just need to have it in the box. You need to go back up on the dock please. No! No! Okay. Do you know if she came from this car? I thought you were messing with me. I really didn't realize. Okay. I was watching her. She hopped on the boat and the couple next to my buddy in there. Yeah. I have no idea who she is. I thought somebody was just waiting on you or something. Yeah, for sure. You can go ahead and get the truck and everything if you want to. Hey boss man. We don't know who this lady is for real. She won't get out of the damn truck. She's in the truck? Yeah, she got in this truck. That's what he told me. I thought she was with you, man. No, I had no idea. She's not in the boat. I didn't know who the hell she was. I had no idea. Yeah, give me one second, alright? Okay. Make 1065 with 1049. I got either a Signal 20 lady or somebody that's on drugs. It's in a subject's vehicle and won't get out of the vehicle. We got other people coming. Hang on a second before we get some other people here. How do you feel about me going in my center console real quick and getting the pistol that's in there out before they get the truck? Yeah, I would definitely do that if you can. She's just being chill. I had no idea. I totally thought that that was somebody you guys knew. I was over here a second ago and thought that nobody was in any vehicles. So I thought maybe she was just waiting on me. I don't think it was earlier. I need to run it too. I just wanted to come see what she was doing. What did you want to say? Well, as soon as you said something about not knowing her, I'm like, is this guy joking with me? I'm going to start taking any action until we get some other people here because I have no idea how she's going to react. I'd rather not cause a huge scene. She jumped in these dudes' boat at first. I thought they knew the lady and they didn't. We don't know this lady. He walked over to his truck and as soon as he unlocked it, she jumped in the truck and hadn't got out since. She was all touching up on them. I thought they were kidding that they didn't know her and they're serious. Now she won't get out of the truck before I have to go hands on or anything like that. I just want somebody else here. Not while he's taking the fish out of the truck. Exactly. Not before we draw our lives on him. Never ever have I seen anything like this. Mr. Crane, slow down. I'm over there checking them with their boat. This lady walks down the dock and jumps in their boat like she knows them. They start telling me that they don't. I thought they were messing with me at first, but they really don't. I tried to get her to come back up the dock, but she just kept grabbing onto him and doing weird shit and getting back and forth in the boat. When I finally came back up here, I went for the truck to run him and he's going to run his ID on this car to see if it was hers. He came over to get his truck to pull the boat out. As soon as he unlocked the truck, she jumps in the truck and hasn't gotten out. I didn't want to go try to take any more action. Where is she? In his truck? Yes, she's sitting in the passenger seat right there. Before I got somebody else here. Step out. You're under arrest. Is there a reason why you're sitting in this guy's car and you're interfering with this officer's stop? No? Okay. What's your name? I don't have anything. And how do you know him? He's my husband. That's your husband? Yep. Any weapons on you, ma'am? I don't have anything. Why are you pulling this way? He let go of me. No, you're under arrest right now. Yeah, you are. Let's go. Take a seat. I can't get up here. Okay. I have a bad knee. I'm going to lift you up. Want to slide over? These are really tight, actually. Can you please? Let me see. Let me check them. Let me go ahead and get a good 27 for her and then just get their information, I guess. Technically, it could be a victim. It could be a burglary or trespassing to a conveyance. So, whoever is the owner of the truck. Yeah, I got it already. I'm freezing my butt off. Let me roll up the window here. So, I guess part of this, too, is going to be whether you want to press charges or not for, you know, basically getting in your truck without your permission. You know, kind of a trespass situation or... Regardless of the case, she's not, like, just leaving right now. But we just want to know since she got into your guys' boat, she got into your guys' truck, if you want to press any sort of charges for trespass or burglary into your vehicle. I mean, she didn't hurt anything, but it's up to you as well. It's up to you because you'd be the victim of that particular crime. Like I said, it doesn't mean that she's not going to jail or going to wherever she needs help today, but... Yeah, she looks like she's on drugs or something. I'd imagine so. Um, no, I don't think we need to press charges, sir. Okay. Since you didn't touch anything besides us, but... I got you. All right. It's a funny story. Yeah, it's definitely interesting. I mean, you got yourself a new wife apparently today, so... Yeah, yeah. Hello. Hi there, is this... It is. Hi, this is Officer... Florida Fish and Wildlife. I'm here with your daughter... Hello. Is that, is that your daughter? It is. Okay. Your daughter is under arrest at this time at the Port Island Trail beach ramp, and her vehicle is here. And she wanted to see if you were able to come pick her vehicle up before we had it towed. Why is she being arrested? That's what I want to know. Because I wasn't doing anything wrong. And you're not going to arrest me? I'm sorry. Ma'am, she was interfering with this officer's stop that was just talking to you. And she got into somebody else's vehicle and wouldn't get out. It's kind of a strange story, but right now the charges are interference with an FWC officer and resisting without. What's the deal with you getting into somebody else's vehicle and all this rigmarole which we're here for today? What do you mean, getting into somebody else's vehicle? Okay, so this officer was on a stop with somebody. You came over to a place that you had really no business being. You sat in the boat. You get in this guy's vehicle. You don't get out when he asks you to get out. I did that because that was my husband, and that's what I was supposed to do. But clearly that's not your husband. It is actually my husband. Okay. So I don't know what you're talking about. Alright, well you're going to jail. Okay. Are you on any medications or drugs right now? No, nothing. Just perfectly fine? Okay. Alright, so your mom may or may not come and pick up your vehicle. She's looking for somebody to come and give her a ride over. Is there anything illegal or anything like that we need to know about in the vehicle? No. It was interference and resisting without violence, essentially. So there was somebody here being stopped. She got into their boat, put their arm around them, and claimed that that was her husband. And then she got into his truck, and she wouldn't get out of his truck. So I had to take her out, put her in handcuffs, and she was trying to pull away. So that's what she's being charged with. The gentleman whose truck she got into, he declined to press charges for the trespass into his vehicle and stuff like that. The guy didn't even know her. I mean, obviously. I guess she thought it was her husband. Yeah, I guess she thought it was her husband. She kept saying it was her husband. Well, she's divorced. Well, anyways, these are all misdemeanor charges. So she should be able to bail out. He's going to book her in, and she'll be at the Citrus County Jail right there on Lake Hampton. Alright, ma'am. Alright. Do you have anything? No, this one went all the way through. There, and she has no pockets in that. Your mom wasn't aware you ever lived in this address? Is that your current address? Um, I guess, yeah. If that's what she says, then that's what it is. You're not sure of your address? I don't know. I don't even know right now, okay? I don't know. I don't even know what's real or what's fake right now.
