[Music] on November 10th 2023 today's illegal camping video comes from Hillsboro County Florida and we will be joining FWC officers as they follow up on an illegal campsite discovered on state LS and boy is this one a doozy the body cam footage will pick up right as officer Roberts Felipe and Godfrey observe a shirtless white male pushing a bicycle with trailer in toe that man will later be identified as Mr Woodruff and he is without without a doubt one of my favorite characters you'll see in the Donnie Rapture Cinematic Universe what's going on man there I good good is there anybody else down there no no just last me I was was down there last right here they get everything cleaned up yeah just about yeah okay you got your ID on you no I don't have an ID okay uh Nick can I get you by name and date of birth yeah okay hey step over here real quick hey I'm going to go back him up down there officer Felipe and Godfrey make their way to the campsite because he doesn't really look trustworthy probably and it's a fairly long walk in so I decided to edit out a majority of it and it didn't seem really hard to find either they just had to follow the trail of garbage and human waste you need a cold water man I got some you do all right I got some still got ice in it yeah there you Goths ago like five weeks okay had Stu there when I got when I was in jail they stole I got everything was there I got right here at the gate okay rest of my [ __ ] was down there everything my [ __ ] what did they charge you with us a port overr siteu site really Ah that's a rough one man so everything checks out I appreciate it no warrants nothing like that um so do me a favor just bear with me they're they're going to go down and take a look down there so like you haven't really been in trouble with us before or anything as far so what I'm what I'm willing to do and I'm waiting to hear you know before I make my decision I'm going to wait to hear what they say um but uh you know I'm probably going to scratch you some warnings okay because you can't be out on Southwest Florida Water Management District like I said when they come back and let me know as long as everything gets cleaned up and everything um I don't think we're going to have an issue with uh you know with like littering charges or anything because I know the deputies um you know they'll cut you a little bit of slack but then they'll hit you with felony dumping depending on what everything looks like this is not cleaned up at all huh it's not cleaned up at all no not that all I talk to Mike yesterday saying I mean if you call I talk to yesterday soike I just took a couple pictures I'm waiting once that comes back I'm going to hit him up on tack yeah no but this he got what he took was the generator the power tools that were here this is not almost done yeah no and I saw that I was just looking at that hon you know I'm saying no no I appreciate like I said that goes a long way with me man trash before I went to jail I a li there before but when I went to jail they raided the place they stole everything I had they trashed everything my here was in there pie people people are merciless man yeah they are they really are this this is a a dump trailer full of stuff yeah this needs to be taken down yeah I mean this is dumping all day this is over 500 yeah easily that's over 500 that's over 500 yeah 100% yeah it it did sound like there was like some movement over there but it kind of stopped and it kind of started again there's Trails all all through here though give me one second let me talk with him unfortunately we can't listen to this powow because they muted their cameras but I can't imagine is them praising Mr Woodruff for his cleanup so the issue we have right now is all the stuff that's still down there yeah okay um so I mean like if you were to ride off right now I got nothing that says you're going to come back okay uh the guy I'm working for and uh his nephew work for the sheriff's department okay all right that's how I'm at him all right he know I staying here all you know what I'm saying I wot it up M you know if you can call him you know we'll be here tomorrow gotta how how long were you how long were you staying here before that probably 3 weeks three weeks okay yeah cuz I say I was staying over on 40 Street I was saying wa I got a job at for a top dog Tony had a lot 4 street so Ive with my Camp SE on I remember this being here so I come here okay another one put down too but like this but it's older it's it's like the filling something like that or something some f the roof okay now I know you gotten a little bit of Dutch earlier this year for uh construction site theft yeah is yeah that no on 40 Street okay yeah what is I went the dumpster got some plywood out all right the guy came pick the plywood up from where I was at all right I don't know like I was in 40 Street they came got the product there a five pieces of plywood there's a dumpster I guess what it is they put in a dumpster so I didn't know it was in the dumpster sto it there so see it well I was dumpster I kind seen it I grabbed it gotcha okay yeah that's why I like 30 days from I conru I had a c little c c okay out here where those folks standing at H where those other folks standing at the brid the interstate other people are they a guy a girl okay on the bypass Canal yeah okay well right is right here if straight down the canal yeah see right there the bridge okay and what what's their names uh one is Paul I can't I don't remember her name I know his name is Paul he's tall taller he's B so walk me through where did they take the tools from that you had here right here I had right over here actually over here on the side right here over here I have a din s down the hole had my tool box on top of it okay and they stole all when I was in jail and what what was taken it was a generator you said a generator it was a little air compressor uh then they got me for a CV gun they got me for a drive wall screw gun he got me for some mechanic hols I mean the worst thing is they're trying to sell out the truck of the car right now I just ain't catch so they told me about it so they took tools from of yours from over here had that tot full of my power tools all right hand tools yeah my tool belt is here I see my tool belt earlier all right I'm just trying to like understand it so you had tools over here yeah they took that you said there was a table where I got my table there a little pullup table oh oh it's a camping table I told I got a place I'm going to you know what I'm saying I got a job start I talked to them yesterday where where you going to Deputy Grant in jail he Deputy in the P his uncle has a travel company all right I know his dad I used to work with his dad over at do Park when I was in there he his uncle's number for a job well I want to talk to him last night when I talked to like yesterday did they take stuff from the inside yeah they got most of myo most my clothes uh so you had clothes inside yeah I'm selling this here I don't know what's coming the girl I think it's was I don't know that just me and my dog I mean where's where I I had my generator Down in the Hole know what I'm saying okay and then had my air compressor top with carp on to over that you know where where'd you get the materials from no I didn't build this it's already here that was here yeah I had a tent I started I had a tent I actually front I was just back walking my dog and I seen it like [ __ ] I come back here and stay you know I was I was up there the tent in a one little round spot up there you come down here right I was walk dog I seen this like well hell you had said you were going to try to come back and clean all this up what would you what would your plan be for cleaning all this I was going to use that trash can up front come just drag it back here andul up there and then uh have a buddy come by put in the dumpster at work I see got that Temple Terrace I don't know how they come down here but a Temple Terrace can up there I use it that's going to take a long time cuz there's so much stuff there's stuff on the other side of those trees I don't know like a week iy work job yeah I see I know about the p over there got to right there remember that one and then there's pile there there's another pile over here somewhere too the roof bu on that one oh the roof caved in yeah how long ago the roof cave in on that the roof was on there when when you were residing here was the roof still in decent shape or was it here yeah this wrong this water typ oh this one's good it was the other one that came yeah yeah it's older than this one gotcha so did did anybody give you permission to come out here and Camp just a guy that was saying there was Camp spot back here but he that's guy say right there okay that's what I said Mike now Mike said Mike said know yesterday I can't be here no more P up leave give him a couple days and then there something clean up best you can which I told him look and I you know start working all that all right and he's like okay he say clean up and he's going to come back by here by Sunday I said I have they're done and all all of the stuff you got there came out of here yeah it was mine yeah what I brought I take what I like bring a trash can down here all right well let's let's head back up to the truck real quick hey I tell you what the front of my truck's in the shade uh just wait for me right there okay all right man hey I appreciate you being up front honest with me okay that goes a long way um so I I am going to trespass you from the area all right okay now is there anything over here that you want to take with you today got I got my stuff right there the other stuff there I don't know where come from I saying place okay someone else brought so there's nothing over here that you want to grab now I'm giving you the opportunity no I got all stuff right there I um so we'll go ahead up uh take your stuff up to the gate I'll meet you up there and I'm going to trespass you from Swift Mud property okay and then I'm going to write you a couple citations for illegally camping out okay like I said I'm I'm not going to hook you up today cuz you've been completely honest with me I appreciate that okay um you know I'm hoping you found some work you can get these taken care of you know hopefully you can get into a better place right with him okay bues so Swift mud's going to come out here and they're going to clean all this up okay um CU they're they're going to have the tools and the trucks to do it um so let's let's head on up to the gate uh I got some paperwork to take care of and then uh as long as you're willing to sign it swearing you'll show up to talk to the judge about it I'm not going to take you to jail today okay Mr Woodruff was trespassed from the property and he was cited for construction erecting or maintaining any structure on District lands and he got another Citation for camping on District lands I believe Mr for woodruff's friendly demeanor and honesty saved him from getting felony level dumping charges here
