[Music] July 1st 2023 while conducting a special operations checkpoint on GRE fairy Lake AR Arkansas a boat passed officers with two individuals sitting on the stern of the bow without adequate railing super unsafe I I think I don't know I don't know no about seeing that this is a safety violation the officers conducted a vessel stop I pulled you over guys y'all can't back here okay yeah y' can't sit back here you got to have a railing back there before or actually a seat with a railing yeah something like a pontoon if it's got to have a railing and stuff around that okay all right while we're here we'll do a little check we got a life jacket for everybody yes okay let's see a life jacket real quick for everybody oh gracious where y'all headed we got how you shallow shallow you yeah well right out here's one and one that was up that way two different airplanes and then last year's when that airplane they followed it all the way from uh California and to Hebrew Springs and they sent in some people to get that plane stopped the DEA and FBI and everybody else was following it and they seen them coming they almost hit that car and took off and they flying over the lake right here dropping big old bundles of marijuana you telling us about that mhm crazy stuff man it's always something out here we had school bus drive driver going and he was taking had kids on the bus and come up on one set in the middle of the highway airplane no no bundles of marijuana big old bundles but apparently the guy had gutted the plane and installed several other large fuel cuz they can tell how far a plane will fly on it you know and he went way over he supposed to fly I don't know like 2 300 miles or something I can't remember what it was but and he flew like 1,000 or 12 crazy all right Cody if you would we're going to go ahead and step out of the boat right here if you would just be real careful when you step out I don't you ain't got no shoes on I don't want you to no I don't have soon as my guys get back they're coming um yeah we done brought in to he's going to be D refusal so yeah yeah he he won't take any test he won't do anything but you still going to come over there and chemical test of your breath urine or salaba none will be given but you will be subject yourself to the penalties provided by law which includes but is not limited to the suspension or re revocation of your driving privileges inal take a test I will lose my license it's a possibility yes you'll be charged with refusal okay uh and then it will be up to uh uh the court of course to do that okay um that that is what number one is right there any the rest of them you didn't had a question on uh yeah so if I refuse so what happens if I refuse I will write you a cation or refusal uh and then you will be uh given a form right here which will be a temporary driver's license which we do that on any DWI refusal okay uh which will give you a temporary driving privileges uh until until it goes to court okay okay it's I think it's like a year I think it's what that is until it goes to court is what that is okay okay any other questions no sir okay so you do you understand all the rights then yes sir okay what I need you to do is just initial these right here to understand those and write right here do you understand any of all parts of this okay I'm just agreeing to understand that yes on on whether he can get out immediately or if he's got to spend some many hours or whatever I don't know that's their deal not ours what is y'all's policy on staying or do y'all release them can y'all release them no that's a me it's a felony huh if he refuses isn't a felony well I I'm not that'll be up to whatever y'all's policy is y'all can y'all can uh U however y'all want to do that I don't have a problem with releasing him to his they live m is that right or he does yeah Will BL oh okay okay so but he's got his citations so that'll be totally whatever y'all's policy is on that um I don't have okay with releas I I don't have a problem with it I do not release to responsible agency or responsible party form say it again I'm sorry did did you feel have the release to a
