officers received a call about a woman trying to break in the windows of her ex's truck while everything seems normal with her at first things take an unexpected turn when she feels she has the authority to disobey police I don't want to go over there can you just roll this down hi what's going on I'm going to take my the law into my own hands and BST out every window okay they're in there doing he took 20 $ off out of my purse and he refuses to answer the goddamn door I try to beat it down okay what what uh I took this to his truck I didn't do any damage okay what do you mean you took it to his truck then I kind of break out his windows oh okay so you were hitting the windows with your umbrella okay I should have home and got my softball B okay how do you know these people over here don't sneak up on me that's a bad thing to do announce yourself I SP easily how do you know uh these people I don't know her from Arizona okay I know him okay how do you I'm know him for I PF like over last year okay and he robed me out of three over $3,000 and he refuses a do anything so I'm like I'll take the law into my own hands okay how do you know him from PF he's a I'm sorry I don't know what that is what's what's that acronym for Plenty of Fish oh okay okay gotcha and he refuses to admit anything and I know they're there're doing I know it how do you know that because I saw him do it in front of me like 4 hours ago 5 hours ago oh where did you he's smoking dope where did you see him in his living room okay were you like over here visiting yeah cuz he's like come on let's do this all right well hang out I'm like well I don't do that let me talk to him he ain't going to answer the door uh do you have an ID on you I do yeah why you going to arrest me no I'm just trying to figure out what happened I don't know who you are he he ain't going to tell you what happened well let me see if somebody called us over here I didn't just randomly stop stop out with you right thank you all right well just hang out with this officer and I'll see if I can make contact with those guys oh good luck what's his name Jerry Jerry okay Samuel okay and that's not the suspect seems to be stumbling on her words as she explains that her ex owes her her money which she came to collect by force the officer sees no visible damage on the truck before she heads to speak with the suspect's X while this portion was not recorded on camera the police report States the ex did indeed owe her money but that doesn't make it legal for the suspect to damage his property the officer heads back after speaking with him to investigate the suspect for driving under intoxication hey Diane um so I talked with him okay we're going to work through some stuff um but first I'd like you to do some field sobriety tests for me okay that's why well cuz he's lying no I I want make his godamn that's make sure that you're okay to drive home okay did you drive here I've been sitting here for over an hour okay yeah that sounds that sounds like that's the case how much have you had to drink tonight probably like two or three drinks okay since like oh my God 4:00 okay so help me God so help me God so how did you get how so how did you get here we'll work I'll ask him about the use and stuff like that and um but first I'd like you to make sure that you're okay to drive up the goddamn window along with that well I know that he's upsetting you right now so maybe let's just go away from this window huh he's looking he's looking right now look at out just just drop it okay we need to work through this stuff are you willing to do some some field sobriety tests for me the suspect is clearly reluctant to comply with the officers what happens next could have been completely avoidable if she hadn't chosen to be defiant arrest me for AI no I just want to make sure that I don't I don't know right I I want to make sure that you're okay to drive the rest away hold on Diane I don't want you to walk into the road let's actually just use this sidewalk here okay all right um how much did you say you had to drink tonight I had like three drinks like four hours ago okay nothing since you last drove though no cuz I had my water your water yeah okay so just the the drinks that you're talking about what kind of alcoholic drinks were they do you have any physical ailments or anything like that what does that mean um I don't know like do you have any bad knees or anything like that my left knee is bad and I'm left footed why do I have to do this cuzz I want to make sure that you're okay to drive [ __ ] drink no cuz I want to make sure that you're okay to drive the rest of the way home right I am good okay are you willing to do the field sobriety test what you want me to do I'm going fall down anyways okay cuz I'm cold all right can you see the top of my finger Diane yep all right I want you to follow my finger with your eyes without moving your head do you understand yep okay the suspect Begins the first test which she seems to have difficulty with just don't move your head though okay and can I have you put your chin down just a little bit good don't move your head okay I didn't think I was okay all right you can rest your eyes there okay I under arrest no we'll we'll work through the test okay I want to give you the benefit of the doubt all right after the first test the officer begins explaining instruction for the suspect to attempt walking in a straight line it's at this point that the suspect seems to decide she's had enough which leads to the outcome she was dreading the most okay I believe I'm finished okay are you saying you don't want to try the test I'm in slippers I don't have sneakers on okay that's all right those look like they got a nice back to them and everything yeah and a nice hard Soul am I going to jail I I don't know like I said I want to try and get all the information that can before I would make a decision okay are you willing to do a preliminary breath test no okay um at this point I am going to place you under arrest okay no left arm D stop resisting stop resisting stop so off of me stop resisting stop resisting stop it Diane know we'll work through it it's not a good night we'll work through it but let's not make it worse than what it already is okay what's going to happen to my truck well would you like me to move it for cuz there's some people that I have to go through with you tell you where to park my Tru and get my keys in my purse my God what the yeah absolutely get arrested okay actually let's just hold up here a second Diane I just got to search your person okay any inside Pockets um yeah okay that's just a food card okay I don't think I have anything on this side okay move my truck yeah we're going to is that the white one right there yeah that been wait for a goddamn hour wait for y'all yeah I'm the one getting arrested besides that his Coke head I'm the one getting arrested that's bull no I am saying I am stating the fact of what and nobody that you're going to go in that seat no I'm not yes you are come on Diane don't make this worse for yourself okay I want to make sure my truck is moved we will absolutely do that but we have to do this first you bring my keys and my purse yeah mhm I will do that is there a dog in here no no just me I only bark sometimes there should be a puppy in here yeah I wish that would be cool so you bring all my stuff yes your purse and your ke I got it excuse me whatever the suspect was arrested for driving under intoxication disorderly conduct and
