you behind you? Yeah.
>> Gotcha. What about your friend who got
out of the car?

Alexa, you said Listen. Excuse me. Did
you have anything to drink tonight?
No, I'm asking you. Do you have any
drink tonight?

that you're you're slurring your words a
lot.
>> And the fact that listen to me and we
got multiple calls that you driving the
opposite side of the road.
>> I don't know if you like the opposite
side of the road, but I'm actually my
driver.

coming from afar.
>> What's this car?
>> Oh, your brother. How are you?
>> How do you know the young lady in the
Mustang?
>> My girlfriend.
>> It's your girlfriend. Okay. Any reason?
Did you like follow her from the
>> formal or? She was a formal and I
offered to drive and I was trying to we
were trying to get home and I was trying
to get her to park her car residentially
so I can drive.
>> Okay. And then what happened?
>> Um then we got harassed by a bunch of
those guys and we lo
>> What do you mean harassed by a bunch of
guys?
>> Um I made a call cuz there's a bunch of
these guys like shooting Nerf darts at
our cars.
>> That was you?
>> No. Yeah, I made that call.
>> They were harassing me.
>> So this is
>> Yeah. I don't know.
>> This is the high school.
>> Yeah.
>> All right. So uh
So your girlfriend and her friend
Alexandra
>> Yeah.
>> who had a formal where are they? You
listen I'm not going to lie to you. Your
girlfriend's still learning her words a
lot. I couldn't really understand what
she was saying. Is her name right?
>> Yeah.
>> Her were coming from a formal where?
>> Uh I
um within 5 minutes from here post
something. There's a venue down here.
>> Got it. Okay. Did she have
>> Huh?
>> Yeah.
>> Union. Got it. Okay. The high school.
>> Yeah.
>> Okay. Be honest with me. Did she have
anything to drink tonight?
Um, I think there, but I was just trying
to trying to get them to my car and take
them home.
>> Okay. And she just drove off.
>> No, we were just trying to put cuz uh I
didn't go. I wasn't I didn't go to that.
So, I was trying to find somewhere like
somewhere residential. So, I leave my
car and we just take one car and that's
it. I drive. I didn't have anything to
drink or nothing.
>> Okay. Well, like I said, the concern
with your girlfriend was that we got
[snorts] multiple calls about someone
driving on the opposite side of the
road.
>> I believe that was the next vehicle.
cuz um we just got out. It was a Nerf
car people. They were like drifting
their cars around the high school
shooting each other.
>> I got you.
>> All right. Listen, you're not in
trouble. Do me a favor. Step out of the
car.
>> Yeah.
>> And just wait on Just wait. No, it's
fine. Just wait on the side of the road
with your uh with your girlfriend's
friend.
>> Yeah.
>> Now I'm talking about who's this?
>> Where you coming from? I'm coming out
from 264.
>> 264?
>> Yeah.
>> What's 264?
>> The part that we brought at the forum.
>> Okay.
At the high school, you saying?
>> No, it's not a high school. It's a
>> It's a what?
>> Okay.
>> Anything to drink today? Just learn your
words a little bit.
>> No, I'm just coming back home. I'm just
kind of scared.
>> Kind of scared. What? There's big cops
car behind us.
>> Okay.
>> So, there's no no drinking today, right?
>> No, I'm actually I'm actually
>> Yeah.
Have you had anything to drink today?
It's a simple question because at first
you said no.
>> No, that's good because there's three
cars. Now you're saying okay that you
think you're okay.
So it's either you had something to
drink today or you haven't had anything
to drink today.
>> No.
>> How old are you?
>> I'm 20.
>> You're 20. So you're not even supposed
to be drinking anyway, right?
>> No, that's why.
>> All right.
>> So So give me give me your uh
>> let me see that picture again.
>> I'm sorry. I was

>> 459
>> 459.
>> All right, do me a favor. Step out the
car.
11:20.
>> All right. So, base, you could walk
towards me.
>> Okay. We're gonna stand right there.
right on the sidewalk.
All right. Based on the call, okay, that
we got, okay, stand right there and look
at me. Based on the call that we got,
all right, in the description that we
got of what you were doing and stuff
like that while driving, okay, and
you're you're sluring your words, okay?
There's nothing
>> to change about that, right?
We're we're going to test you, okay? And
we're going to make sure you're good,
right?
So, right now is your opportunity to be
honest. If you had something to drink,
just let me know. Okay. Have you had
something to drink? Yes.
>> All right. So, to begin with, you're not
even supposed to be drinking. Okay. Cuz
you're underage.
>> No. No.
>> Okay.
Put your feet together. All right. Arms
at your side. Okay.
>> All right. Well, right now we're in this
situation, right? There's no bath I'm
going to use out here. Do you have uh
anything wrong with your eyes medically?
>> Medically? Uh I know I have a a case
going, but I don't have my insurance on
because I know it's supposed to be
>> What do you mean? No, I'm talking about
your eyes.
>> No, I know that's right.
>> Okay. Do you have anything wrong with
your eyes?
>> I just have my left eye is it's wrong.
It's too bright. I [snorts] don't know
what it's called.
>> Stigmatism.
>> No, it's something else.
>> Something else. Okay.
>> All right. All right. So, you're going
to look at the tip of S like this.
You're going to look at the tip of my
pen. All right. With your eyes and your
eyes only. All right. Don't move your
head. You're going to follow it. All
right.
>> Mhm.
>> Follow it all the way. Don't try to
cheat.
>> I can't cheat. That's why.
>> Listen,
>> I'm telling you right now, I can't
cheat. I'm sorry.
>> Okay. I can tell whether you're
following it or not. Okay? So, follow
it. All right?
I can't see.
>> Just follow with your eyes. Okay.
Look at it. Tip of the pen.
Go back. Follow it.
All right, we're going to follow it up.
Okay,
the eyes are
all right.
So, the next the next test we're going
to do, okay, it's called the walking
churner, right?
>> Yeah.
>> I see you're in high heels.
>> Yeah.
>> Okay.
>> You going to feel more comfortable
taking them off and doing it barefoot?
>> Yeah.
>> All right. So, take them off.
>> I think I have a car.
>> Do you have sneakers or something like
that in the car?
>> I think so.
>> Where in the car?
>> I think it should it should be in the
trunk. If not, it's
>> Do you mind if my partner pops your
trunk, it gets it for you?
>> Yeah.
>> Or or would you rather do it barefoot?
It's up to you.
>> Uh, I haven't, but it doesn't mine to be
honest. Okay. It's up to you.
>> Yeah.
>> I'm pretty sure I should I should have
um
>> sneakers in the back.
>> Not sneakers, but like slides.
>> All right.
>> Slides.
>> But it's up to you. All right. Because
it's just going to be like a balance.
>> But it's Can I just do my first?
>> It's your choice.
>> What am I? Cuz he's still searching.
>> He's not searching your car. He's just
popping the trunk.
>> Pop the trunk.
>> All right. Where where is it?
>> Hey, where where is it?
>> 2006.
>> Okay. Where is it? So I can tell them.
>> It should be It should cuz we need the
key.
>> Oh, so the key needs to pop it. All
right.
>> Yeah,
>> you got sneakers in there.
>> It should be like uh
>> got sneakers right there.
>> Yeah.
>> All right.
Um, thank you so much.
>> You can do one foot at a time.
>> You want to hand me your left heel and
put your left shoe on?
>> Yes. But can I can I hold on to you?
>> Yeah, sure.
>> Yeah.
>> I don't want to touch my foot.
>> That's fine.
>> Totally fine.
>> You can wait, but it's going that way.
>> Sorry.
>> You're Take your time. It's fine.
You get it?
>> I don't want to touch my feet to the
ground either.
Whoa.
>> You're fine. It's all right.
>> What's up with the other
boyfriend?
>> Uh, yeah.
>> Yeah. You said following me. Boyfriend's
following.
>> I'm going to take these.
>> You want to put them in your trunk? No.
>> Yeah. Okay. Sure.
>> All right. So,
>> you have any problems with your balance?
>> No, I just need
>> Okay. Sorry.
>> All right. So, what I want you to do,
okay, I want you to put your feet
together like so. Okay. Arms at your
side. Okay.
>> No, actually, sorry. Let me start again.
Okay. You're going to put your right
foot down. Okay. Your left foot right
behind you. Heel to toe. Arms at your
side. Okay. And you're going to stay
like that until I tell you to start.
Okay?
>> Once I tell you to begin, all right,
what you're going to do is, all right,
now look at me cuz I'm demonstrating.
All right? Stay in that position,
though.
>> What I'm what I'm telling you, okay?
When I tell you to start, you're going
to take nine heel totoe steps like so.
Okay? One, two, three. I did three.
You're going to do nine. Okay? Once you
get to your ninth step, you're going to
keep your lead foot planted. Take a
series of small steps.
Okay? And you're going to take another
nine heel to toe sets back like so.
>> One, two, three, all the way up until
nine.
>> Heel to toe. Okay.
>> Okay.
>> So, let me reiterate, let me reiterate.
You're going to take nine heel to toe
steps forward. All right. Counting
aloud. Okay.
>> Keeping your arms at your side. All
right. Once you get to your ninth step,
you're going to keep your lead foot
planer. Take a series of small steps.
Turn around. Take another nine heel to
soul steps back. Do you understand my
instructions?
Okay, you may begin.
>> All right.
One, two, three, four. I'm sorry.
9 and then turn the off.
>> Send my instructions, right?
>> Yeah.
>> Okay.
>> Look down. your toes. Thank you.
>> Five, six,
seven,

>> you done? All right, the next one is
going to be the onelegged stand. Okay.
>> Yeah.
>> So, at this point in time, what I want
you to do, put your feet together, arms
at the side. Right.
>> No, stay facing me.
Feet together, arms at the side. Okay.
So on this particular test, you can
choose whatever leg you're most
comfortable with, right? I'm going to
lift my left leg. Okay? You can choose
whatever leg you want to lift. Okay?
You're going to lift your leg
approximately 6 in off the ground. Point
your toe outward. Okay? Look at your toe
and you're going to count 1,00 1,002
1,003 until I tell you to stop. Do you
understand?
>> You're going to say 1,00 1,002
10003. You're going to continue until I
tell you to stop. Okay? You understand
my instructions?
>> I got it.
>> So, when do I start?
>> You can go.
>> 1,001.
>> Lift your leg a little bit.
>> Look at your tongue.
>> 1004.
Wait, what do I What number do I start
with?
>> All right. So, put it back. I'mma I'm
I'mma explain to it again. All right.
>> Feet together. Hand to the side. Okay.
>> Choose whatever leg you want to lift
off. Okay, I'm going to lift my left
leg. Okay, what I want you to do is
you're going to lift whatever leg you're
choosing about six inches off the
ground. You see my leg?
>> Yeah.
>> Okay, you're going to point your toe
outward like that. Okay,
>> stay there. Just watch.
>> You're going to point your toe outward.
You're going to look at your toe.
>> Yeah.
>> Okay. Arms at the side. And you're going
to start 100,00 1,002
1,003 1,004 until I tell you to stop.
So, you're just going to continue.
upward, right?
>> Yep.
>> Correct. Right. That's how I
demonstrated. Right. Right. So, just do
that. You're going to start at 10001 and
you're going to continue until I tell
you to stop.
>> Okay.
>> Okay.
>> Ready?
>> Yep. You can start.
>> All right.
>> 1001.
>> Lift your foot up higher.
>> Point your toe out. Where you go? Look
at your toe. 1,003 100, 104 10, 105,
106, 10, 10, 10, 10, 10,7,8,
109,0,
11,2,3,4,5,57.
>> You can put your foot down.
>> You're good.
>> Good.
>> Okay.
>> All right.
No. Put your hands on you.
>> All right. You're going to be arrested
for driving while impaired. Okay. You're
underage. You're going to be drinking.
>> Okay. And you've been drinking. Okay.
>> So, at this point is what it is. Okay.
>> You go ahead and
do it.
You can follow me into this car
