I want to know everything that is happening to this man right now all right so obviously you know the reason for the Stop he displayed signs of impairment he did the task what was the signs of impairment I'm not getting into that with you you ask me what's happening I'm telling you what's happen what are the signs of impairment I'm not going through all the task why not I'm telling you that he got arrested for voting Under the Influence why he's going to be taken to the Coast Guard why did he get arrested for voting un [Music] no on September 17th 2023 FWC officers observed a pontoon boat near the Marler Bridge with several occupants jumping or falling out of the vessel seeing that this is an incredibly dangerous place for Tom fery the officers conducted a safety inspection uh you can hang out right here man we'll pull up we're going to safe spot to go slam back in we won't go out of the boat anymore we just said no more out of the boat we're going to go to a safe spot we were just at Crab Island station yeah not a good spot to [Music] swim all right I need to see 11 life jackets cap a tight fourth rable flotation device and a fire extinguisher from you okay y all under you ladies how is your day that's good how's y'all [Music] cap you grab all the life jackets everybody else just kind of you know chill out for a second like how many how many did you say you had on board okay 10 life jackets you got nine here yep all right we need to see one more jacket that's not a life jacket well so would this be the r oh there we go okay those are youth life jackets you need nine you need 10 adult life jackets y'all to have 10 adults on board 10 adult life jackets these are for youth yeah let me see I mean pretty tiny youth what's the the boat's rated for people so there's got to be look at the it's usually 50 to 90 I don't think one over there Amanda where are you so wa how does it work when you rent the boat from a company and they tell you it's for we got a 90 yeah I me that's why we're doing a safety inspection to make sure everything's toher well we were jumping yeah I mean we just had we just had a prop laceration yesterday so jumping out of the back of the boat's not very smart hit somebody's leg so when we're jumping out of the boat instead of going to a spot like we were no I turned the motor [Music] off waston us a bunch times and so you need one more life got everybody listed okay so over what they said we were good for okay well all I just need to see a life jacket I'm sure there is okay all four of these jackets are used you Go's where you from C oh we live in Santa Rosa Santa Rosa okay how much have you had a drink today couple drinks okay you mind hopping aboard my boat so I can check your eyes so I know you're good to operate okay it's up to tip of your nose with the tip of your index finger and immediately return it to your side I'm going to demonstrate so when I tell you to I'm going to tell you right or left you're going to bring your finger up the tip of your finger is the portion under the name na okay this is the pad of the finger this is the side of the finger you're going to touch the tip of your nose with a portion under the nail tip of the finger you're going to come up you're going to touch the tip of your nose with the tip of your finger and then bring it back down to your side when I say right you must touch your right index finger to your nose when I say left you must touch your left index finger to your nose do you understand understand all right begin left right all right so bring it down to your side each loud from one to four while you move your fist in a steplike fashion making contact between your fists at each step it's going to look like there one two three four the second task is to memorize the position of your fists after you've counted to four clap your hands three times and return your fist to the memorized position so you're going to be here you're going to return to the memorized position third task is to move your fist in a steplike fashion in reverse order counting out loud from five to eight and returning your left fist to your chest I'll demonstrate you're going to be here
