I saw you driving the boat so I'm gonna have you grab everything okay I won't ever accept that okay I saw you driving underneath the bridge so so when you're in control of the boat you're responsible for their safety I'm sure I feel it in my cheeks I'm clinching them all right how do you say follow with your eyes on me I did but you said touch it with your right index finger that don't make sense I'm I'm sorry call your supervisor right now [Music] I can't do your head back hey you didn't Express me though you did it with some intent I support you doing your job but I don't feel like you did it right today I'm sorry you feel that way it's off they're letting on yeah I mean obviously yeah but yeah I appreciate it thank you for coming forward I mean I didn't feel like I could do it in front of her because she's like I don't want to betray my friend type of thing but I don't care because because you're a bad friend wait a minute don't click off the video I just need to introduce the video and you'll never see me again today we're going to be joining a Florida Fish and Wildlife officer who's just observed a boat coming back pretty late to dock the boat was operating with no navigation lights and three occupants one male operator and two female passengers this video is highly edited and I did everything in my power to make it YouTube safe so if you end up being entertained by this video don't be afraid to like it comment and subscribe enjoy you creeps how's it going guys what's happening guys I'm gonna have official Wildlife come by this through a quick boat and safety inspection if you put your dog on a leash for me yeah yeah see a good dog [Music] oh yeah I promise all right yeah you guys doing all right tonight yes cool you wanna you wanna let one of the the girls hold on to the dog for me I promise you if anybody it's his dog he needs to I got you all right all right well why don't you go time off to a cleat then because um I'm gonna run through the boating safety gear with you man play with me yeah no it's me it's her boat I'm driving this absolutely not this man was driving no no I really wow yeah you were homie I'm sorry you were driving when I saw you brother you mean to tell me you weren't driving underneath that bridge hold up no no bro 100 you were sitting there I saw you steering with the steering wheel you had your hands on the throttle I saw it bro I ain't been driving since listen since when exactly yeah absolutely I'll show you okay I have my boater's license it's under okay all right so were you helping him drive in no he was helping me get over here so he was helping you drive okay I saw him helping you drive with the steering wheel right yeah you're right you're right he was helping me you're right by driving with the steering wheel s okay all right I drove the hallway here and so we got to right here at Hooters when we came off the bridge he did help he grabbed the steering while he helped me exactly yeah that's what I saw that's what I'm saying he was driving the boat he wasn't driving so someone I'm not gonna argue whether or not he's driving you know what I'm saying like if someone grabs a steering wheel when you're driving are they driving exactly I'm gonna have you tie up your dog to that dot cleat down at the back are you are you serious come on let me you see me don't you if your dog's not good with people who can be how can you take them out I said if your dog's not good with people how can you take them out no he's good we'll walk down to the boat let's start all right you got your uh ID and the registration on the boat I said you could tell them where it's at but I'ma have him grab everything for me all right my wall is somewhere so yeah hop on look for it man with a picture of my photo ID work you're also driving around with no nav lights on homie I wasn't dry well I'm not ever gonna do that might be on me that's that might be on me I promise you dude I swear to God I wasn't even driving back all right I'm gonna have you hop off the boat and I'm have him grab everything for me all right what yeah well like I said man and like she said you helped her underneath the bridge you helped her you may not have been driving but your hands are on the stealing wheel bro my nerves are I'd rather have if you want to look like brother yeah can you understand yeah just hop off the boat for me not a big deal I was just about to say the inspection it's not a big deal I saw you driving the boat so I'm gonna have you grab everything okay I won't ever accept that okay I've been trying to get through all the safety gear right here's where I'm at I got what's your name what's your name Brandon Brandon listen all right this is her boat I got it listen listen to me you have to listen with your ears not your mouth all right listen this is her boat but you have to understand where I'm coming from I saw you driving underneath the bridge so so when you're in control of the vote you're responsible for their safety so whether she was helping him she was me incriminating me is this what this is what you just do I can't think straight right now I can't find it if you wanted me to find it bro like I can't like I can I can do it dude like I don't know listen I don't know what's called don't no you can tell him where it is like I'll do whatever you want me to do like do you mind if I jump on no go ahead I don't know why I get you know twisted up on me man I'm just trying to look at all the safety kids early because a lot of stuff happens okay it ain't you I promise it's been a weekend [Music] all right cool this is your boat I'm obviously just helping you underneath the bridge and you don't feel comfortable going underneath the bridge necessarily parking oh okay especially in the dark okay how much have you had a drink tonight me yeah good man all right you didn't have nothing to drink all right I can't say that but I wasn't driving so don't okay so would you mind doing some exercises to make sure it was all right for you to drive I what's going on man well like I said and like she said she wanted to help me driving this boat I'll do exercises it's not up to you though so that's what I'm saying we're having a disconnect where I saw him driving underneath the boat underneath the bridge he's not driving I saw you driving dude all right and by driving I mean your hands were on the steering wheel I can't submit to any type of test you got I got my dog in the car freaking out right now dude so you're not gonna do any are you taking me to jail right now no I'm not I just need to make sure it's okay for you to drive all right listen I know you're saying you weren't driving but your hands on the steering wheel that's driving okay so that's where we're at period that's where we're at if I reach over and grab the steering I'm driving no no listen listen to me I'm asking you I don't know what to do I'm asking you but will you just do some do some exercises just to make sure it's okay for you to drive that's it yes or no we've already established your work so let's move past you ask me these exercises to incriminates myself and I know how this goes you don't have to do these you don't want to do it I know and you're going to take them to jail you don't want to do these and you're going to take them to jail it's a yes or no question okay what's the alternative there is no alternative there's no alternative yeah you don't have to do these I'm just asking you if you will voluntarily do this asking me do you exercise so I voluntarily go to jail tonight all right okay I'm going to jail tonight regardless according to you all right if you're not gonna do these okay if you fail to dispel my fears of you being impaired I'm gonna have to base my decisions on our encounter thus far additionally to submit to sfsts did you hear what I said yes I did do you understand what I said are you going to submit to sfsds or no last time yes or no all right can you can you yes all right man like all right just have a seat look you guys are making this way big of a deal than it should be I'm not I'll be honest with you guys I'm scared okay sit straight at the front edge of your seat oh yeah right there just like that put your arms down at your sides yeah just relax just like that place your feet shoulder width apart so you're comfortable and stable are you stable man I'm not comfortable with them yeah but are you stable yeah I'm close enough all right do not move your feet until the tasks are over stay in this position and do not do anything else until I tell you to do so do you understand yeah all right I'm dude just know my anxiety do you have any physical defects or disabilities saw my anxiousness right now dude I feel like my heart's got to beat through my chest do you have any defects with your eyes no well I'm I'm uh I'm not blind but like I can't see the best so you can't see the best man I can't I can't think of much right now with that flashlight on my face yeah well it's not in your face are you sick and injured sick or injured currently huh I'm sorry none of the above okay are you taking any medications nothing all right are you wearing any contact lenses oh man all right I'm gonna do is all right bro All I'm gonna do is check your eyes I need listen I need you to hold your head still and follow the stimulus with your eyes yeah I've seen people shot by hell oh I think I should wait bro like so so what's the problem I didn't I've seen it first time man all right if you don't fight me if you don't pull a gun wait I'm not gonna shoot you hey man listen he didn't put a gun my dog died are you gonna be able to go forward with these or No Yes man we get all right let's have two for me to go home take a breath take a breath all right all right Follow Your Eyes Only okay go ahead Reach Out And Touch it with your right index finger how do you say follow with your eyes on me I did but she said touch it with your right index finger that don't make sense over the second command I'm I'm sorry I'm scared like all right bro Simon Says I'm traumatized right now dog you don't you told him to touch it not to touch it am I supposed to am I supposed to reach out towards you am I supposed to follow in my eyes supposed to do both homie look hey all right all right listen listen I'ma re-read you the
