I am sorry you're outstanding citizen Indian River County Sheriff's Department deputies were dispatched to a CVS Pharmacy in regards to a shoplifting that had just occurred it would soon be discovered that the man had attempted to purchase items with a bad check and as well as shoplifted um like adult adulty items yeah I think you know you think you know what I mean anywh who deputies would locate this man rather quickly finding him parked behind a liquor store nearby where six four deputies will arrive on scene as well as a cameraman from one of those live PD shows I'm betting so this is going to be extra special and and embarrassing these three is what the check bounced on did he did he steal anything is what I need to know oh yeah he had this the ladies so let me get this straight he yeah this was in his car no is a white dude it's a older okay okay yeah so he gave this stuff back to you after you already opened it no this is in he and he's steing thing in the golf cart this his golf cart's not out here anymore right no he drove which way did he go does he look like he's homeless or does he look like he lives does he look homeless does he look disheveled he looks put together he's from New York okay all right we'll try to go find him and Deputy will be here shortly okay got a prescription last week he lost his wallet came back at prescription day she recognized him I like that's a guy that lost his wallet she goes down so he had a CVS bag for his prescription and he was um stuffing these items into the the CVS bag for the prescription paid for she saw that he bought these three items right here with this check check bounced um she found out bounced went back out there confronted him and then she observed this item light green in color in the Center Council of the golf cart um after he got his prescription he went into the bathroom and was in there for about I guess like 15 20 minutes in the okay okay I found a piece of his prescription in the bathroom and he all kinds of water but um when he came out I heard him over in the um the Shaving needs aisle okay and so I went over there to tell him I had his wallet because I remember you know he gave us such a a fit the last time he was here so I said did you lose your wallet he goes yes I lost my wallet so I said I have it he lost his wallet from the previous from the previous week it was like a week and a half ago and I gave it to him and then he goes well I just um open an account can you take a check and I said yeah I mean if you have an account we can take a check well he threw this down okay and he goes That's for whoever found my wallet and I'm like well we can't take that and he goes don't worry about so I brang the things up for him which items did you ring up specifically these guys so he paid for those three no he gave me a bad check the check the bounce yeah so um it didn't pop up until he just signed it and left and then it went and it said decline okay so I went outside cuz I saw him out in his golf cart I went out there and I said sir I said your um check didn't go through and he says um well I gave you $10 he come in and he goes look he says I don't have the cash he says I'll bring the items back so he brought the items back and and he was standing here he goes I'm coming back tonight I'll pay you the night the last time he was here when he left I found the same thing women's stockings but where did you find these this is what was in 18 with the with the other the other stuff they were just open in the shelf and you saw these items in his bag and no I saw him in his his golf cart your item in the back yo I'm so s sure did you steal something from the CVS I did not did you pass a bad check excuse me no you know what happened I just open an accounted CEST and because it takes uh takes time to get your debit card so I put money in there and then uh they said it was going to take uh like 3 days to get the business account I mean the business account the debit card because I was trying to twice for my truck and I was trying to pay for it and I lost my phone and uh so why are they saying this is not the first time you've done this what do you mean I store okay I need d yes sir I just got my Florida license too uh yesterday I found my wallet because I had dropped my wallet it's been a living disaster one thing after another I paid for you ask the woman in the store oh they said you passed a bad check which is against the law it's not check it's just I just well there's no money there for anybody to get and they told you no let let me talk and they told you no funds were going to be available for several days and how's the check it cuz they just opened the account today if they told you that funds were not available for several days then why would you think you could use a check today and I didn't steal anything you talk to the girl CPS was in there I just got my father's license yesterday I'm not trying to rob anything and steal anything everything is paid for where's all your stuff at where's all the stuff you bought at the C I only got a couple of things I bought three things in Auto Zone I got a prescription I bought this
