instead he was given a safety inspection and later a seated standard field sobriety test which in my personal opinion are rigged and impossible for most people to complete stone cold sober I want you of your breath urine or blood you'll be committing a misdemeanor in addition to any other penalties which be opposed by law refusal to submit to this test I've requested is admissible into evidence
