Creek officers observed a female operating The Vessel and a male subject seated once the subjects spotted the patrol vessel they switched seats do all right yourself all doing pretty good Arkansas game of fish officers y'all having a good day oh not too bad not too baded to get the kids but they didn't want to oh yeah yeah well uh do you have any idea why we stopped y'all am I supposed to race you no no we wasn't racing am I supposed to be sitting well here's the problem you were driving you were standing that's fine then y'all switch places that kind of concerns us usually when you do that was there a reason why y'all switch no honestly I was taking pictures and I was enjoying up there and honestly we didn't even see you guys so there no I really thought you guys were well now we waved we waved at each other right yeah I thought you guys were fishermen honestly okay till the blue lights come on like yeah yeah blue lights kind of changing never been pulled over on the water before okay all right well I got everything you need okay uh where is your registration in my bag is it on the boat anywhere yep okay there's mine and hers both but is it on the boat though the stickers right and registration oh I know they gave us all this stuff I didn't well how how how long you had it not very long yeah how how long within less than a year yeah well you got you have to put your I know it's a pretty boat and everything but you have to put those stickers on both sides and your AR numbers you know your AR numbers that that's assign to thisat these things well that's that's part of it that's your registration okay yeah where you guys from here you've had it roughly a year about roughly a year yeah okay hadn't put any hadn't put any stickers on it I was never told to put any on there they told us to just keep them in the boat never said we had to stick anything on there well there's a few things you have to do you you have to get it registered which you you have it done you have it registered I'm like I swear I'm a lot of money for this boat every month that's right you have to have an in you have to have insured if you're over 50 horsepower which it I'm sure is over trust me they rake me over the coals all right all right so these have to be stuck to the boat they have to be stuck to the boat then they'll be then they'll be the AR if you'll look on that registration there it'll have your those are registration stickers those are registration stickers of the boat okay and then your AR numbers 3 in block letters that go on there every boat out here if you'll look at them they'll have registration certificate but any like any side doesn't matter both both sides right right and left one over here and then just one over here in the back well no the forward half of the boat you so if either one of y'all ever had a Bo's education class right here somebody's highlighted this AR 821 David William Tom that has to be on the forward half of the boat 3in block letters and where you when you put them on there they have to be opposite of the color that you've got like they if your boat's white you got to have black or red or something that shows up you don't want it the same color as where do we get those uh Walmart you can go we letters yeah you got to go buy them they're not going to give them to you and personally a nice boat like this nobody nobody told us that that would have been nice of uh them to tell us that yeah yeah here with a DMV or whatever from they said keep these stickers on you I'm like okay yeah maybe they said just keep them on the boat or yeah yeah that well that's like I said that's a that's a core it's wonder the cor didn't stop you because they've been out here days so many times that no one's ever yall live in and I didn't even want to go out my friends forced me to go out shame on them and they were super hammered passed out and I had the drive I I didn't have to I guess but I could have called somebody so it was my fault complet re but you get to a certain point and you like it's uh it's not worth it no so you always lived here all your life I was born in Colorado oh okay both of you from Colorado yeah we just met down here actually oh wowly yeah I going to say odly I can take you to the bank right now and we could go to jail and but please not there is a 20-minute observation which we're going to do and that's that's like between now and if we was to have to go to jail there's a 20-minute observation and that in that 20 minute time residual in your mouth that you have swallowed it's going to two boats out here the cor's had a boat and that's all we can do not going to handcuff you you're not you're not going to cause any problem going that way right we're we're going right right over there to that okay here here's the deal the only thing she's going to need help is she's going to load at Buzzard Dru he's going to have somebody come down there and back down his truck if he has to go to town and I just want yall to help her guide this thing and she don't need any help driving she's under the legal limit so she can operate it so I'm not exactly sure why the man agreed to take sfsts seeing that he's blown on the PBT twice but he did and he ended up showing several clues of impairment during the walk and turn in onelegged Stand okay I'm going to give you another portable it was a little more than a second he was in physical control of the boat and he was if the truth was not I bet he had been driving before that no he has not been driving I didn't see that I'm control
