Gilmore and Joshua Eustace were on water Patrol at the Palm Beach Inlet located in Palm Beach County they observed The Vessel with several people on board so they initiated a boating safety stop how youall doing just want to check your life jackets if everybody could hold one up for me check your life jackets one yeah don't lose that that motor four well that was a new one yeah where we guys of 21 okay it is a it's not a misdemeanor it's a court it's an infraction okay it's a little more serious than a parking ticket okay however you'll go to court it's a mandatory court date okay you'll go to court and then after you go to court you'll go to uh what do you call it uh they'll probably assign you you either some kind of uh drug and alcohol class you have to go to there depending on your history if you have any there'll be probation it depends on your history I don't know what it is it all varies upon your previous history do you understand um if you have yeah if you have none then that works in your favor mistakes happen people drink it's okay shouldn't be doing it one because you're under 21 but two you're in public okay so guys brought this on yourself on okay so this is option one person can take the citation for possession of alcohol and if you guys can't figure it out he's going to write everybody it's either all of them get minor in possession or not minor but underage because they're not minors but underage or uh what do you call it or one gets it it's up to you guys figured it' be a nice option I don't have to give it because technically you guys are all in possession but it's an MIP charge I don't know what you mean by MIP minor possession you're not a minor so it's just underage how does that work it off you can fight I get paid overtime I get over drink that's why she was operating so if she hasn't drank it should blow triple zeros and we're do it if she refuses don't want to do it then I already explained to her her the consequences for that okay so if you say she doesn't drink then you should advise your daughter to go ahead and blow and we we worry we don't have to worry about this you let me know okay so I mean I can tell that you're it's in sister or or not okay again above .02 it is what it is let's be honest do you I mean I'm sure you took some kind of drink you're obviously not drunk I mean she's clearly I only dropped her off on the boat a half hour ago so you haven't even been out that long so come here baby if I could take so so if she does have some well if she's below a 0.02 then that Situation's over with do you think the situation of for her for that to show up on that how like if she took a sip or a couple sips of a drink it all depends on how fast she metabolizes metabolizes alcohol you know what I mean it depends on when the last time her drink was and all this it has been if she's if what she's told me was right it's probably about hour I can't like I said I can't tell you to blow or not to blow I can only give you your options higher than a point 2 seems like you could barely just take one little sip well they're not leing all to have anything on their system that's what that's why it's a 0.2 okay charge her with a Bui that it's just like underage what's it called under under under 02 operating a vessel above a 0.02 while operating The Vessel she can blow 0.15 for allic care right now it doesn't matter so if if she can you explain that again for .02 okay she shouldn't have anything in her system if she has above a 0.02 there is a mandatory court date that she has to go to it is no it's underage drinking yes it is not underage drinking in the sense of driving a vehicle okay because it's not automatic suspension of her license but it could be if she refuses like I was telling her there is a mandatory uh hours of service there's a mandatory fine there's no operation of a vessel and now the license gets put onto the table if she blows and she happens to blow over again doesn't matter if it's a 0.02 doesn't or 03 or a 0.1 five I don't care okay because that's what I'm running and I can't run a Bui section after that okay I've allowed the powow it is about to get to cutting
