Florida Fish and Wildlife officers after they observe a boat towing people in a tube without a life jacket on approach to the vessel officers could smell a faint odor of the green stuff you know what water then we'll pull up to you what's that if you want to get back in the boat with the tube we don't want to pull it to while you're in the water okay yep what I said do you smell it I do it's kind of than I wish you have waited now driving behind with a hand on the wheel yeah he's driving right now and he looks young and there's beer at the Bott in the I didn't see the other guy driving how marijuana belongs to you and if it's in a metal clone proof container then that's fine but there's there's no differentiation I can't be like that smells like medical marijuana oh that smells like too you know so I don't I plan on calling uh there's a contract that you sign that says you can't have any illegal substance on the boat so if I find something and it's going to go back on you guess is are you Carefree out of Jacksonville or St Augustine I see a lot of alcohol in this boat are you partaking any of that no I haven't had a single you haven't had a single drink how long have you had you rent the boat without go sign out for me not in Mission guilt saying you'll take care of the within 30 days all right so what I'm going to do I'm going to put your firearm back where it belongs okay I just ask that as we pull away you can secure it in another spot but don't don't rescure it until we've left the area okay to you it's unloaded yeah don't rack around in the chamber where we can
