August 13th 2023 officer hard grve of the Florida Fish and Wildlife Department observed a truck parked off the side of a bridge and through the use of cover he observed an adult male that was later identified as Santino bait and then cast the fishing pole with two children and a female standing by well that's what the officer's official report said I've noticed some discrepancies between what I watched and heard in the video and what the officer stated in his report and it would be easy for me to just ignore them like a vast majority of the other body cam channels but I just can't so I'm an adult male later determined to be Romano bait and then cast the fishing pole but if we rewind the tape we see officer hard grve approach the bridge and the first thing he does is peek his head through a gap in the bridge looking for fisherman when he doesn't observe any he goes to the other side and actually observes Santino untangling his son's line so what I want to know is when did he actually observe Santino bait and cast a line he obviously didn't know where the fishermen were or he wouldn't have looked through that Gap in the bridge and it would have been impossible to see the fisherman from that road considering how high the barriers were I even consider that officer hard grve possibly observed them from over here but given that officer hard Grove's body camera footage started recording 30 seconds before he activated it we can see him clearly walking from his truck on the opposite side of the highway clearly having no idea where the fishermen were back to the video
