vessel that had called 911 in reference to a disturbance out on the water Chief no no Chief no how y'all doing good how are you Sor we got people coming to can I I got your fishion pool can I they shouldn't have been there I went there he was messed up uh but I still got on the boat so that was my choice that wasn't a it was a grown woman's choice I got on the boat knowing he was messed up um later found out he almost ran us into a tree he had been taking Xanax and drinking okay okay so we're headed back pulls over him and I start going at it just arguing and he snatches these I have in all my pictures I have to where they're right here in there they're strung on a thing he snatches them off my my he snatches them off of me and I will not lie I did I swung I punched him multiple times him and I both raffled or tap whatever you call it and do I regret it absolutely this is my this is $800 sunglasses he snatched for me and thrown away okay I have done so much but over the years he has not he has lied he's Che it's a lot of anger built up in one and I'm not am I happy with my choices in front absolutely not but I have to get away from him the lady she's heard him screaming yelling calling names that's that's a normal everyday thing for him and I I now I thought he threw my glasses in the water okay and he said he told me he told the he was screaming over the phone he said that the lady he told lady that I threw his it's a metal box so we were not far from where you see us just then he said that I slung them clear I slung his box and his phone clear across the tree I'm strong but I ain't that strong I ain't slinging no metal box that holds all of his stuff clear across the street it's probably going to hit the water he said he said that I did that I threw his phone everything right well what's crazy is after everything happened he happened to have his phone and he's like I'm calling my brothers to come get me that's fine call your brothers but he says he chunked 10 because he has like $600 in there and he chunked his phone cuz I was going crazy and he didn't want me to get it I needed to get away from the situation okay and he's mad at me for calling you guys that's fine but right now I have this guy and our relationship's not healthy and I'm not proud of it okay but it is what it is all right what do you did he hit you anywhere no I hit him and I'm and so you don't have any marks on your no I have no marks I have no marks he was too drunk and messed up to swing at me okay has he sunk right here his fourwheeler ran me over my kid will tell you he's slowing me down Slayers he has he has I go to a chiropractor because he's held me down on my neck and when I tell you there's so much anger built up there's so much anger built up and I shouldn't have been here I should not have been here how you doing buddy and it's so shitty my kids here how old are you J how old you just turned did you just have a birthday how old you just turn did you turn four what you talking like a baby for you ain't no baby you big boy boy okay all right um will I deny that I swung absolutely not he did not hit me but he was so messed up he could not okay he couldn't hold his own posture um how long you whenever I called her I can tell you how long I was well yeah maybe so you've been you've been right there since you've been on the phone with us yes sir okay or since you've been on phone with our dispatch yes sir okay all right um we're going to have to go back up there yes sir so whatever goes on please do not engage I won't I I I I I sat there and she kept telling me not to engage and I I listen I just sat there I just sat there unfortunately with the proximity we're in we're about as separated as we're going to be at this moment but we're going to have to go forward with with the rest of our investigation um the young lady that's on the boat with him is that his daughter that's his daughter okay um how old is she nine nine okay um I don't know he's he's screaming that she's going crazy and calling the cops that's all I heard he's talking to his family now so whatever is said do not engage okay um so just do that for me okay yes sir we're we're going to have to go out and do some more investigation on uh he doesn't need to be driving well and that's one of the things we're going to have to go investigate look like you can and I don't want to go to jail I know there's a risk of me going to jail because I did hit him well we'll we'll have to go we'll we'll let us go through our investigation um we'll we'll figure it out grab my phone and then all a sudden she she started kind of like pull my shirt and was was hitting me okay let me let me look at your head again it'sa it's probably all that I mean it's a girl it wasn't that bad but you got like one little strawberry right here but it looks like it may actually be kind of old you had a no she she she she beat me pretty but it was a girl I mean you can't I'm not I'm not wanting to press I mean we've we've got stuff we've got to do that's why we got to get to the bottom I want press charges on her I don't she she's got a child some things you don't have a choice in yall live together have y ever lived just that one time with boyfriend and girlfriend yeah oh no we've been boyfriend and girlfriend for the last year almost two two years now and I mean this is this is this has got to be it I mean cuz you know I can't I can't go to jail I got my daughter to rais and understand and and she's trying to she tries to lie and tries to make it my and I and and I haven't been around her I hadn't said a a word to her you you're welcome to talk to her if that's the case if if y'all think I did something but I did not do nothing no and she actually said you didn't hit her so no I did not I I went down like this and held my head I swear to God I'm so can you tell me kind of what was going on today or this evening so just just whatever you can think of sweetheart so we were riding on the boat okay and now who was running the boat was your dad running the boat or was the lady running the boat I can't remember her name I don't know I don't watch his ring okay okay and then uh we have to use a restroom so we go well I have to use a restroom so we go on tur King L whatever ever that is yeah over there by the landing by the by the island okay uhhuh and somehow my Dad tried to get his phone out and Missy like I think she like so snatches something and like throws it like cuz it looked like she grabbed it and throws it she throws something okay and then my dad tries to grab it back but it's gone okay and then grabs his shirt pulls the shirt off then he keps backing him in the head throws him off of the boat she threw him off the boat mhm okay okay that's that's all you and that's everything that pretty much up until the ARG crying and then she called understand sweetheart I understand she called me ugly fat I'm sorry you had to witness all this cuz it's not something you need to be at nine you said you're nine right uhhuh you just had a birthday yes May 21st oh cool well happy lated birthday okay she she never touched you she never hit you anything she never touched me but I got as far as iwake okay all right well that's good that's hey that's the smart thing to do not touch okay all right but did uh did your dad ever hit my dad never touched okay all right okay you can go back over with your dad okay okay so just kind of walked me through what happened from you know start to finish before you guys got on the boat when we got on the boat I realized he was drinking and I I I I actually walked back to my car I loaded my son's fishing pole back up and Corbin Corbin my son's dad past when he was 10 months old he calls him daddy we've been together for over year now Mommy I really want to go on the boat with Daddy I brought my I was like all right Brandon are we going to go on the boat or not so we went on the boat and um on we went up the creek we almost ran into one tree and I screamed and I think that's where the tension came in and uh on the way back I don't even know what like we were just talking about our life decisions like we just we realized things weren't going good and then the next thing I know we pull over and he snatches these which I had on my neck there was a thing and he snatches them off of me and then I've been through so much with him I I did I started swinging on him okay okay we almost hit a tree on the way up and then I was like we got to go back and because he could he's getting to where he's had one eye us and then why we pulled over for him to pee I don't know but we pulled over for him to pee and then in in the midst of me punching him for snatching my glasses off because this is this is my second pair of coas so it's $800 of glasses I lost because of him on that boat um so I was mad but anyways he's he said while I'm on the phone with the lady he had his phone and he says okay after after I punch him he says I'm calling my brother go for it and and then he's screaming and yelling he's going on I'm like okay I wanted to get off the boat what do I do I call you guys that's fine I didn't care of my consequences I just want to get off the boat my kids their the kids it should not have ever seen that I just want to get away from it and uh he says I threw you seen that big metal box he said I threw that about a mile away we were where I was you see where the passenger seat was okay the boat was about the same place but there was a big tree and it was his so he said he's he told me he threw it because there was like $6 $800 in there and he said I was going crazy he didn't want me to take it he threw it and he threw his phone but he's telling y'all and the he he told he did tell the lady on the phone that he threw it and then he said that I threw it I can't I I'm strong but I'm not that strong okay uh what point did the boat did the boat break down when we pulled over at that place right at that place apparently right before everything happened I didn't know it was broke down okay I don't think he did either I didn't we we I don't think at that point we realized what was going on I mean the boat wise we were just pulling over to go to the bathroom and then I don't and that was up in that little slew where we came up that okay yes sir ma'am am I going yet unfortunately yes do you have you called your mom yet I don't have my phone I got it right here so won't you go ahead and call her is she going to be able to take care of Joe as well is she going to be able to take care of Joe as well I don't know I have a paralyzed dog at my house I have to express his [Music] blad is what's happening to him we'll figure that out in a minute but we got a we got we got got a whole lot of M functioning Parts here so am snatching my glasses off my face there nothing is nothing unfortunately not I get that but as long as we stay cool we not going to do anything in front of I know Mark I'm going to jail I need you to come get Corbin I was stupid and I did not listen to myself and I I've think just upset about everything and I decided to get on the boat with would you like a cup of water buddy that's all I ain't got no juice or anything he's really upset right now I understand would you look at something for me I'll bring it to you okay give me just one [Music] second what's he go look right here look right here oh no look at thata look here this is doy this is my this is my riding partner look at that I like that that's pretty cool he's upset it's all right wasn't there's nothing I can do I just told him I wasn't tipping him he's my I'm not tipping he's got a unfortunately I'll put the Cs on can I get in first no oh no okay whatever it's it we it's it's hard to put them on that way you your procedure as long as there's nobody around me watching this no it's just us I'm definitely not tipping you now you're simple but they they like drugs and all that stuff I don't know I don't never read get into this thing now all right I'm not since the man wasn't operating The Vessel impaired and the key was not in the ignition officers could not charge him with boating under the influence and sent home with his brother who picked up the vessel the woman's mother eventually arrived and took custody of the Son
