Florida Fish and Wildlife officers were on water Patrol south of Peanut Island when they observed a vessel going fast in a posted manate slow speed zone so they initiated a vessel stop recording good it's basically a complicated game of Simon Says having three rounds and every time you don't follow an instruction you get a point and the points aren't good they're they're bad the first round is called finger to nose and getting more than nine points on this test indicates impairment all right you're going to make a fist all right and put your pointer fingers out all right then just put them unfortunately he only needed two points to fail and he got three the final round is called hand coordination and is by far the hardest considering most sober people have trouble with it getting three or more points indicates impairments all right you want to take your left fist put it in the center of your chest take the right Fist and put it on top in front of it just like that you got four task you're going to do from this position you're going to count in a step-like fashion one 2 3 4 one two three four next you're going to have a memorized position and then you're going to clap three times there's a slow speed zone and an idle speed zone so the sign that you saw when you passed that's an idle speed zone you were leaving the idle speed zone to get into the slow speed zone that section is an idle speed zone because it's all the manes are are hunkered there so they you actually slow down even more there I I I get why but I just I thought I was at the right sign that's all and that's fun the man was transported to Palm County jail and he provided two BR samples of .12 0 and .124 and charged with operating a vessel with a BAC over 08 if you guys like today's video be sure to hit that
