[Music] Monday 8:15 p.m. Fish and Wildlife officers were on water Patrol just north of Peanut Island when they observed a vessel without navigational lights operating at night in state waters so the being under the state of being under 21 you are not allowed to have any alcohol in your presence if no one is 21 with you and you're obviously not allowed to drink if you can't have it in your possession okay being captain of the boat you get possession okay so for that reason you'll be receiving a citation for that all right possession of alcohol by a person under the age of 21 I'm not going to write you the uh allowing other people under the age of 21 to to drink with you I'm I'm not going to do that I'm just going to do the one for you okay um yeah since they're over 18 then we don't have to notify parents on that so uh yeah and then I'll obviously you can't have that because you can't be in possession of it so give me a second I will knock it out it's a court date I'll figure out what the court date is and I'll let you know and then we'll go from there okay and then you're also going to get this violation for the for the nav lights do you have a Boer ID card no I don't believe so have one at all you have one at all have you taken the course or anything I taken the course but i' never received like an actual card is it on the FWC s No it should be like on there on the FWC site there's like third party links that you'll go to like voting voting USA or something like that us okay so you need to find that okay cuz what's going to happen is you're going to get the citation but if you've had it I can no no it it'll be dismissed for $10 okay if not it's $140 ticket okay okay but you say you have it I trust you but you got to verify it yeah okay so you have a screenshot yeah if you have a screenshot of it or something like that okay whoever you got to find you got to find out who you did it with first off so you don't get a warning for that or you're going to get a warning for uh the registration on board anding yeah it always has to be on board just like a vehicle you need to have it with you okay it always has to be on board laminate it and keep it in the car in in in the boat all right so like I was saying the two tickets you got the two citations you got are the nav lights which got me to you and then obviously not having a boater ID card okay both of those are non-criminal both of those are like parking tickets don't affect your your license doesn't affect anything okay just pay it forget about it you got 30 days to do so outside of 30 days it becomes a warrant for your arrest because it conance criminal so give it till about the end of the week for it to be into the system and then you can pay it online over the phone mail in a check or take it to court the options will be on your copy okay the second one the next one the next one will be call you right back the next one will be what do you call it um a criminal all right it's a misdemeanor okay it it is what it is it's m meter so it's a court date associated with it I'll let you pick October 5th okay it's going to be at 08:30 all right in the morning it's going to be at uh I think I put it at the central Courthouse cuz I think you lived up there I'll tell you which one I put it I put it at yeah I put it back I put it out at the one in the one in um downtown okay on Dixie okay so you're there's will be a number on there in about a week maybe two you're going to call that number and you're going to confirm the time and the date all right and then they'll tell you if it's still on for October 5th at 8:30 if you need a change or something comes up call and confirm you during that time let them know hey I can't make that time I got to do something else okay can we readjust it okay um but yeah that's a court date there's nothing I can do about that one um so give me oh there's that warning there's the warning I was looking for okay so I need your signature here it's not admission to guilt to any of it it just means that I've given you uh your citations and you'll take care of them so that's the first one all right for operating without a boater ID card and that's the other one with the nav lights and then this one here sign right here that's the one that's that's the court date okay the voter ID one you said you have it okay find out where you got it from find out uh what company call them get a copy of it if it shows that it was before this time and date then it will be dismissed for 10 bucks this is the so here's your time and date of your court this is the phone number you're going to call okay you're going to call this phone number in about two weeks let them know hey I got a court date on October fit that this for this
