River sheriff's deputy as she observes a black male riding an ebike with no lights riding down the middle of the road the officer attempted to get the man's attention by activating her cherries and it cuz I I pulled in here there I saw him I lit it up he kept going I Hon the horn kept going honk the horn again and as I was coming up I saw he went in here and I lost sight of him I asked for 20 that's when he came up started yelling at me with his hand behind his back okay but that's definitely him cuz I was going to let it go till he can hold his hands behind his back yeah the third door bicycle oh I I had a travel what I did you had no back lights I got bad lights you did not have lights on your bike I literally almost hit you I almost hit you on 60 it was your front lights cuz I almost hit you on 60 I got a B light too I got a you don't have a front light that's why B and say front light oh no oh my foot like in my bag yeah you don't have a front light that was my aor my a honestly I going say front light you had no front light on your bike you're riding in the middle of 60 you go into the v in s you come all around here and then you don't stop for the traffic stop you
