[Music] she was standing I heard the music playing loudly I was playing sunscreen to my two small children then my mom walked over and politely asked her to stop doing what she was doing until her granddaughter walked away and the woman just started screaming at her that's when I looked over and saw that she was standing on the door twerking and my mom was like will you please stop my small granddaughter's right there Then woman was like I'll do whatever I want started screaming and just using profanities and calling her names and my mom was like just please stop until my granddaughter goes away and then she came up and was grabbing her hi hey ma'am are you the one that had the uh experience here earlier okay all right I'm fine she scratched me and hit me in the neck but okay she was scantily clad right doing one of those butt dances okay and her boots are hanging out okay I went over and I said would you mind just covering up and waiting until I can get my grandchildren away right and she starts cussing me out calling me you know racial slurs and everything and I go look if you want to make something we can call the police right and she just kept after it kept threatening me and I'm walking away and she's slamming on me my daughter say she's slamming on you she she was hitting me from behind okay with the closed fist yes okay when she's hitting you like just generally top top half top the body okay and then her boyfriend comes out and says why don't you guys just leave you know there's no big deal here and that was a black guy yes tall Big Skinny he was fairly thin beard okay curly hair black was yelling just carrying on using all kinds of profanity okay going at the elderly woman uhhuh and I thought she was trying to get to her car but apparently it was trying to get to the beach but she straight up assaulted her pushed her and I thought she was going to knock her down that's when I went that way uh I'd say she's probably in her 20s heavy set she had like her hair up any color color bathing suit or anything you remember it kind of like a brownish bathing suit I think it was a it was a bikini type style like two pie yeah I mean her breast breasts were hanging out and everything she just like not even adjusting herself just she straight up assaulted that woman okay like who comes to the beach and act that know what I mean I pulled up that car F hit outside of the car dancing okay and all of a sudden this lady comes up to her and she starts hitting her with the towel and things like that and like kind of getting on her talking about hey my granddaughters come and stop dancing which it's like you know on one hand I understand but you don't have the right to come over here and you know what I mean stuff physically so it was the an an older lady came in and started hitting her started hitting her with the towel okay all right and then so she was hitting her with the towel saying just what didn't want her dancing in front of her kids or something okay and then what happened after that um after that altercation um we left going to go quick if you just tell us your name would you rather sit in their condition or let you sit in the backseat of my truck I don't feel comfortable okay all right was she wearing a wig yesterday uh no no cuz there's some footage we're trying to identify like who was who all that kind of stuff is that uh is that lilianne in that photo yeah that might be us when we were leaving in the car said yeah that might be us as we were coming in not sure it's hard to see I'm sure uh officer Gore explained like what this investigation's about about what happened in the Park yesterday he he didn't told me anything he just said what did you do at the park oh okay and I'm like I H out I did my like literally H her towel and she punched me and she literally got her towel and hit hit me while cuz I you know we I'm dancing and then all of a sudden like she like got her to and hit me in my CH and then after that she got the to again and hit me again and then she put her hands on me and I told her like don't put your hands on me you know what I'm saying and I like shoved her away because I was defending myself and then after that like she just went on the Rampage and was like once I touch this [ __ ] this this this [ __ ] started that she was going to mother be like okay well you you hit me you you attacked me and y y y and then her mother her sister or sister daughter came over and she was just like I'm going to call the police on you because you attacked me I'm like nobody attacked you we were like Lally right like this is me right here about the car the car do is open I'm right here and she's like Stop Dancing she hit you with a towel yeah she hit me with a towel and then she put her hands on me so it was like two hits with the towel and then and the punch because at first I wasn't like really like um I was like it's a towel me and my mom thinking like this a really to like okay crazy so after that um she just punched me and I was just like get off me and I like I didn't put my hands on her because she had she had the towel right here so I like kind of shoved the towel like this and get away from me and I'm like why would you why would you um put your hands on me she was like you need to stop dancing because my granddaughter need to cover up your body you're showing all your titties I'm like baby first of all I'm 22 years old like I'm young I'm going to do that my my mom is looking 40 years old whole Bona and she still looks sexy I'm not going to come on here and look like I'm sorry but someone out here looking old and dry I'm sorry but yeah so she just she just was like that and I'm just like okay well ma'am you know what I'm saying like I didn't do anything to you it's different if I come to and was like you and Fu your daughter and F your your sister or your grandparents and pushed her and stuff like that but she literally came up and attacked us gota so when when she punched you was it was it like a closed Fist Punch was it show yes it was a close fish punch like she was like this where'd she hit you she hit me I don't know like it was like had to be on my bag on my side because I was like this I was like this dancing like on right here and then she came like I told you she hit me my CH so she came up from behind me and she said boom boom and then that's when she was like like that and I was like and and um he was in the car he was like looking like did she really just do that yeah you know we were like both surprised so I'm like I turned around like get off me and then she's like oh my God no it's so I I like kind of shoved her okay and so that's when she was like oh my God you put your hands on me you you yada yada yada I'm going to call the police and so we were like hey come on now like I don't care like I'm Puerto Rican but still though like I'm not white he's not white he might be half white but we're not we have no like we're going to go to jail yeah so who's going to win this and in mind you like we left our chairs like our towels everything because we were scared that we was going to go to jail but she don't bring up that how she hit me with the towel and she hit me two times and punch me and then also on top of that too when I did try to shove her her like she kind of did try to like swing at me she hit you twice with the towel then then hit you hit me with her fist yeah okay and then you turned around and and I and I pushed her I said get away from me I was like I was like don't ever in your life do that [ __ ] like you're crazy as like you're whole caring how old would you say she was that lady was like 65 years old5 yeah like around that age like she like she was very old gotta okay yeah all right so I was just like I was like what you know that's why I was like I'm not going to put my hands on her and on top of that too if I put my hands on her like I did shove her but that was just self-defense at that gotta yeah like she's an older lady like what are you doing so when you when you pushed her off her you didn't did you strike her in any way nothing no I didn't strike her I when I I tell you when I like literally she even with the tow two times and punch me I was like we both was like did she just do that and I'm like hold up don't do that and I like shoved her and I'm like don't even try me like that like you're crazy as yeah and then that's when she was like like I told you she like tring to try to swing at me and I was like stop like you know what I'm saying get off me and then that's when she start oh my God I want to call the police the lady was like oh my God you attack literally it wasn't you it wasn't even the the grandma the grandma was like the grandma really was just like um oh my God don't hit me don't y y y y y and then that's when um the mom the the daughter she was like I'm going to call the police you hit my mom you yada y y and Jeremiah well he went over there Joshua he went over there and he's like um calm down like what are you talking about your girl Lally your grandma came over here and bothered us we didn't say it there trying to diffuse it yeah he was trying to diffuse it and I'm almost sit over here just like gotcha how did you find us the cop yeah we're the police so wait so y'all just like drove around and was like oh to a law enforcement officer why would I give you false information why or how I said why would I give you false information I'm guessing because you're a criminal but that would just be my guess crial how am I a criminal uh you violated the laws of the state how what did I violate the laws of the state of doing what uh battery on a elderly person battery on an elderly person are you kidding
