comments asking how these cops can just stop these people without any probable cause and this simple answer to that is they don't need probable cause FWC officers are able to stop any vessel in the water to perform safety and resource inspections and while doing those inspections they often discover the captain of The Vessel may be too intoxicated to operate within the legal limits so that being said I'm sure I'm going to continue to get comments like that for forever the body Camp footage picks up as the officers begin to pull over a pontoon boat with nine adults and an infant a little
