a 25-year-old man was indicted by an Allen County grand jury for allegedly stabbing a woman to death in January Daniel Wood is facing five charges including aggravated murder burglary and Grand Theft of a Boer vehicle okay so um you been around before no sir okay so this probably all new to you so sent you're in custody right now we're we're investigating some stuff and I'll tell you a little bit about it as we go okay yes sir um we're looking into a homicide um you might not have anything or no knowledge but you probably have some knowledge of some stuff that you don't even realize you know okay so this is one of those cases people get in those in situations where they uh for sometimes shedding some light on it and telling what they know even though they know they did some stuff that probably isn't real good it sure as hell isn't a homicide and it's one of those times where you go hey I didn't do this I want to cooperate okay but before we do all that I'm going to tell you your rights okay yes sir you do have the right to remain silent okay anything you say can will be used against you Court you have the right to attorney you have the right to consult that attorney prior to any questioning or have that attorney present during questioning if you don't have the PLS to employ an attorney one will be appointed without any expense you to represent advise you so what that means is you don't have to tell me nothing okay if you do decide to tell me something it's not a secret between just you and me I got to tell the prosecut El Stu like that if you decide not to tell me nothing then basically I got to take what physical evidence we have a lot of physical evidence and like I said I've handled a lot of these okay so I can see how situations happen like this and you may not have nothing to do with this and don't know nothing about that but you do know something about the car and and and the credit cards and stuff like that so this is something that you guys sit there and go homicide car and some some cars okay I would imagine you have a problem with or prior problem with addiction because you're in the lighthouse don't worry about none of that [ __ ] okay little stuff MH all right if you do decide to talk to me don't lie to me because if you lie about something stupid small that that IC see is small it could make you look like you're lying to me about everything okay yes sir all right the other thing is if you can't afford an attorney we'll give you one okay understand now I'm going to do you understand all that stuff does that make sense pretty I like to explain it after I tell it just so it makes sense um I'm going to guess that you like Mountain Dew nothing well someone in that car liked Mountain okay what do you like to drink I had my monster up front what is it mon the monster oh monster yeah [ __ ] I was just over at the gas station what have got you one if I didn't know that's okay um okay trying to figure out what okay how about how about something other than monster I got Pop I got coffee I got water just the water's fine okay water okay um also do you smoke cigarettes I did okay menthal or not not menal okay that was my pack and the sitting by my non menal no I got some New Ports I think the New Ports or or maral I got Maro 100 those work for now yes okay can I ask you when didd you get out of the Navy 2022 how'd you get out of the Navy yeah I ass you ran my name so I'm a deserter right yeah yeah okay I just want to see like I said I want to see how honest people are going to be with me I figured that was was question I'm ready for the confession I already know I have prison time over my head so okay so tell so tell me what you think you have person time over your head for talk to me well I know for deserter okay yeah that's for sure okay and then for homicide okay all right I appreciate you being honest yeah I mean dude what the [ __ ] happened you got no record okay you got nothing this tell me you tell me how this happened let's back up two days okay you're at the Lighthouse yep now was the lighthouse I'm getting ready to get out finish my program and realized didn't know where I was going to go didn't know what I was going to do um I knew that uh she lived down the road had a car so I more of an opportunity I thought I was going to steal her car and at least I have somewhere Wheels on the place to live out of for a while so I can find something MH um on the morning of the eth about midnight is I broke in through the back door was it unlocked or you just it was unlocked okay um got the big white fence open that up and then SL sliding door that was unlocked um anyways I been check I've been checking their house out like throughout the day just to make sure nobody was home and didn't see any lights on during the day and the garage door was closed usually it's open so okay I assume she was gone um she was there um kind of caught me off guard um so I stabbed her you'll find the knife in my CER Council probably has her blood on it um did not try and clean anything at that point I had already I like I think at this point I'm kind of glad I got caught but um took a bunch of stuff out of her house took their car and then I was going to go live out of that my buddy offered me his couch and so spent the night there at his place I me he doesn't know anything about this didn't tell him anything about this he thinks I bought the car so where's your clothes at uh so I have two duffel bags over at his house that has my clothes in it what about the bloody ones there's no there was no blood they got on me what were you wearing when that happened I had a pair of pants and a sweatshirt would they be in those bags uh yeah they would be in those bags okay so what what the pants look like they jeans or they regular pants no no no they're blue um Cano cargo pants okay have multiple Pockets like a canvas type or a or a cotton type or no they're more like a canvas polyester the military um but they're not military they flight that blue right like like military like rip stops or something like that yeah they're stuff that we wear on flight decks okay all right and then um what about the shirt shirts also in there um the hoodie that I had on or the jackets in the back of the car is that camo jacket okay um like I said there's also a fake gun under the passenger or the driver side M I brought that with me just in case I didn't know if it it's an airsoft gun okay it looks like a replica Glock but it's a stoft gun unloaded no moment nothing in there where'd you get it from [ __ ] I brought that like a year ago air softing but okay you do air softing I did from time to time but nothing really I've been mainly focus on my recovery how was it going a year now over a year without drinking have you done something like this before well something like this mhm no okay no how I mean you broke into [ __ ] houses before or something no not even over off Cable Road up in like Sherwood area or anything like did just a regular Burg no no [ __ ] how the [ __ ] do you think you graduate to this honestly I was just kind of out of options for me and didn't know what to do and more of an opportunity see I didn't find out about till this morning they're out there and I'll tell you my as soon as I found out where it [ __ ] was I go Lighthouse I knew knew so I knew whoever what did it came from [ __ ] Lighthouse but because it's the type of crime it was normally this is going to be somebody that's got crimes here and there leading up to something like this very rarely do you [ __ ] hit a home run on your first first at bat in the major leagues you know what I mean so I just didn't see that I I so I I call Apa with Adult Parole Authority got anybody at Lighthouse oh we got a ton of people at Lighthouse so I said well do some searching then we got your picture MH cuz you started using that [ __ ] card M okay all right so let's go back through this so you climb the fence or you go through the fence I open the gate how long you've been watching her cuz you [ __ ] knew I mean you just told me she normally leads the garage door up [ __ ] like that I mean I've been living over on Mountain about 6 months and I didn't have vehicle so I'd always walk to group so I'd walk past that's how I knew the door was always open okay and then I only saw her a couple of times that's why I knew who it was in there but yeah she ever talked to you no we never said any words nothing she always like anytime I saw her she was always like gardening outside okay but I always stay on the other side of the road my side and bl pass okay all right so where's group at how I mean you're staying over at the Lighthouse on cable right no so I'm on Mound they have the own their own houses over there okay so once you leave their little dorms MH then you go to a house assigned to a house I was assigned to the Mount 1850 Mount that was where I was staying at okay so just a couple houses up yeah just a couple houses up and then my time my year program was done and the eth was going to be my last day there so I had to get I had to leave do you have any personal belongings in the house no everything that I took with me is either in the car or I threw the rest of the stuff out cuz I didn't I only had one suitcase in the backpack with me CU that's all I could carry where'd you throw it on it like in the trash why'd you keep the knife honestly I don't know is it your knife or did you get it from in the house no it's my knife it's got my buddy's name on it not this guy buddy from the military who I lost and so more of a momento and what what's your buddy's name he was Felix Escobar and um I had that knife for a long time so I just hang hung on to it and how' you lose feelings he died suicide my son's been in for 10 years he's in the Army so I mean honestly I wasn't thinking about escaping or obviously you went around and used the card and just drove and did you think [ __ ] I'm mad when when they pulled up behind you yeah I knew and I mean at this point I me sure leave I was thinking about turning myself in for because I can't get a job anywhere I mean I do a background search see I'm a deserter where's your family Michigan they don't have nothing to do with you I don't have anything to do with them why I mean they didn't really want a kid they adopted be more to work on a farm so they adopted you yeah from Croatia from Ukraine Ukraine I'm sorry it's a mess over that right now right it is so I mean that's kind of why I deserted it was because as soon as the war broke out they threaten to pull my clearance because oh because you're Ukrainian CU I'm Ukrainian and my job needed clearance and we're on their side we are on their side but it still did you know whose side I would be on and it's still a security issue and so I reenlisted and then realized what was going on and I did not want to continue so okay I I can I can understand that I got on to a bus and was headed to Michigan and then had two seizures over in Columbus got put into a hospital then a detox program and then detox told me I had to go find a rehab so that's why I'm at the Lighthouse what's your drug Choice alcohol that's it that's it okay I couldn't I've never got into drugs when I was in the military you know regular drun drug screen so never picked it up okay um okay so you got your knife got your gun you knew you knew she had to be home at the time right because it's middle of the night oh I assumed that she was gone cuz the garage door was closed oh she sometimes leaves it up all night long she usually like it'll be open days at a time sometimes weeks so so what were you going to go in and get anything valuable I was just going to steal some stuff that I could sell okay so you get inside through that that sliding door MH you're starting to move through the house where you at first so once I go to the sliding door it's like a little outside almost like a sunro type thing there's another sliding door which was open which surprised me so I opened that and it's like a little living room area connected to a kitchen and there's another small like a family room on the other side okay um so I started just looking around and then that's when I heard her sleeping and and I don't know like don't know if she heard me or not and she started screaming like kind of confused and so I don't know what the first thoughts in my head was I stabbed her so when you heard her heard her sleeping were you moving back through the to the bedroom I was moving towards like the kitchen I was I saw the office area on there right and so I was about to go into there that's when she must have heard me cuz I stepped on the wood there and Okay so was she up out of bed when you first encountered her yes okay so walk me through that if you can okay I know it might be a little difficult but yeah she started coming out towards me um and I kind of panicked cuz I didn't know if she was armed if she what was going to happen so I stabbed her in the throat and then she fell at the edge of her bed but she still still kept uh making nois and so Ste it a couple more times just to I don't know if it's I just wanted her to pass fast cuz I already knew I messed up and I didn't want her to suffer so I wanted her to pass fast so uh I don't know after that how many times I stabbed her but you think it was 10 I think it was less than 10 it was less than 10 more than five probably right around that number um did you strangle her at all I did not know okay cuz she had some marks around her neck it was hard to tell I didn't see her so okay so just stab no it's cuz she was coming towards me and when I heard her went straight and I just thrust right into the throat and that's when she collapsed there and then I think I got at least two in her chest trying to go around the rib to her heart MH and then I don't think I got this I went from Once from the side I think okay I don't remember exactly how many times you just kind of start to just at that point I was panicked I didn't want to do to that point I just wanted to steal some stuff and so did you go to the bathroom while you were there I did not okay um you won't find my fingerprints anywhere around their house either if you try yeah some gloves I have my gloves on okay so walk me through now she's you're pretty sure she's dead she's on the floor now what do we do I just took to TVs computer uh printer and then some I took her wallet that's where all the cars that you'll probably find where's that where were they at in the car yeah there's one in my glove compartment by the sener council her Chase debit card and then the credit card is in my wallet okay all right how about her wallet did you take I left it right there at the house is sitting in the office where her computer was sitting what kind of gloves you have on uh they were the nylon rubber gloves they use for cleaning okay all right um okay so all this stuff that did oh did you say you took some memorability memorability stuff okay what what kind of memoril you stuff uh a sign Joe Montana football um Jo Montana a Jim Brown nor Dame sign helmet uh and then I just looked stuff that I thought I could quickly sell and then look like uh Sports Illustrated books that looked collectible did you unload any of them yet no all up in that apartment oh I se in the back of the car or there sit at the house we know we're empty you're good he gave us permission to search the apartment you're good with that too yeah okay um so did you unload any of the stuff yet no okay so you leave there in the car how many hours are you there or how how long are you there at the house yeah uh so since I broke in around 12 12 30ish so I left right at like 1 okay I 1:00 a.m. yeah where'd you go then uh I drove around like I was not I was already out of uh the house in at Lighthouse like I couldn't be there where's your license plate at it's uh sitting underneath the in the trunk under the carpet okay where'd you get the other license plate from uh I took that license plate off of a car that's that I know if they're real estate sales but it's like right across from the cable office for Lighthouse okay so they don't have a license plate the car you took it off of yeah there not no license plate in the back of it okay so you drive around after you leave where do you go and park or do you park or just [ __ ] drive uh I parked a little bit at the LI house office so I can connect to the internet and play it on my phone uh look to see you know I was looking up pawn shops that could potentially I can unload it um then afterwards I drove you know um westc bowling or the bowling arena like the and then that coffee shop like the back behind those buildings M I drove there parked up and I slept and then next day I got or was talking with the guy over there and uh he told me I can crash on his couch so I went and I crash on his couch did he hit you up first or you hit him up first oh I was talking to him I hit him up first okay um so you stayed pretty much behind that coffee shop until you went over to his house y about 1:00 yeah um what time do you think you got behind the coffee shop was it still dark or was it light yet no it was still dark outside okay so you spend a considerable amount of time there right mhm okay were you [ __ ] were you going old crap yeah okay yeah I was looking you know trying to see if there was I was trying to see if I can get out of town and find a place to go somewhere else and at that point it's kind of when I gave up and said I'll accept whatever comes next well you know I don't appreciate what you did but I do appreciate you taking accountability either but you're taking accountability I mean I messed up my life since 2022 than I deserved and at this point I've been just barely floating to stay out of getting caught so so I mean I couldn't give get a new ID because feel like they would report or didn't get flagged so I had to find jobs like cleaning jobs that you know are menial jobs that you know can't make a career out of can't support yourself off of so so basically this lady never did anything to you she just had the UN fortunate circumstance of at the time living near the lighthouse and living near one of the houses that they it's unfortunate but that's that's how things go family's pretty broken up about it she uh she pretty much just let a life to herself you know she ran she had I mean you probably saw some of the stuff in her house I mean she um even the key chain you had around your neck at a coule couple of the places you bought the keychain that's in the car it's a 5 K I think keychain well that's mine oh it is did you run a 5k yeah okay so that's your keychain that's my keychain okay the lanyard or whatever you call them um ironically she does she likes running and stuff like that too yeah if he goes to the apartment you'll find actual metal that was attached to it you know you won't get the opportunity to tell the family cuz they're going to need closure and if you I think you have a heavy heart about this I really do um and even when this comes to court goes to sentencing because it'll get there I understand you'll have an opportunity to address them and tell them I that would be that would probably be the best act you could do for them I understand um do you uh if I get you a pen of paper uh and another watch or do you want something else to drink no water's F okay um will you write the statement out for me or a letter of apology at the very least to the family I will okay all right let me get this for you real quick do I also get a lighter absolutely what oh okay all right yeah let me get you that first May hold on so do don't don't know [ __ ] H he don't know [ __ ] no don't know no one else was with you when this happened I was by myself okay he just invited me to St sleep on his couch okay I'm going to get you a pen and paper real quick and then I'll go get you the water appreciate it oh I gave you a light what the hell was wrong with me you want me to write on here statement or um yeah if you'll write the statement as to what happened like what you told me okay all right I got a couple follow-up questions not saying that I believe this or anything like this do you know where her pants were no did she have pants on underwear on do you know well whatever she had on this is what I didn't touch her at all besides sted it okay all right so I didn't think you did they said just make sure there's no sexual saw in case we find something in the autopsy as a a seen or or you know no I did not okay um yeah I didn't think you did I just for I got to ask um the other thing so try to think back you say two TVs M computer stuff MH printer and memorabilia where did that stuff come from in the house so the smaller TV was in the first so if you're looking from the back of the house where she was in the kitchen towards the front it was on the left room like on right in front of the kitchen okay bigger TV was or smaller one might have been in her bedroom bigger one was over there I don't know which way but it was one out of her bedro and one out of her the living room like right to the kitchen okay the computer and computer stuff and memorabilia were all in that office okay all right and that was it that's all you took that's all the stuff that I thought I could than the credit cards and stuff like that yeah okay oh and the magazines yeah all in the office but those are all up with the are they in your stuff in your bags or where they at they're all in the back of the car except for the football and the TVs that all at the apartment she's a big Notre Dame fan huh yes I saw that see I can even tell you where in the apartment they are if they will help you guys but okay do you uh do you need another cigarette before we take you downstairs and take you over to the jail if that's possible can use a bathroom absolutely yeah let's do this now again we'll do that and then I'll let you smoke cigarette okay so you proba remember a little bit of it I could never go back no why not not until I turned 25 oh really mandatory service over there so oh that makes sense and especially with the war going I had a question for you yeah so realistically I mean I know I'm done for but like the desertion thing how is that going to come into play it won't they ain't going to do nothing to you you know what I've seen him do in the past we arrest somebody for it they send them a bus ticket let him go from jail tell them get on the bus and show up here so most people just they would have just disly discharged it probably I then I mean besid the Char is probably what besides homicide Grand Theft homicide aggravated robbery aggravated burglary and a bunch of frauds like for using the car forgeries but those you don't have to worry about um how much time you think I'm looking at the very least I don't care about the least 20 28 to life now if you go in and you be who you were before this happened you go in and be the person you are and not the act that you did I would imagine you'll have a good opportunity to parole what do you mean not the ACT you aren't this person that did this you are you did this you're the person that did did that but this isn't what you do you know what I mean I mean I've made a I did it I I guess what I'm saying is is it's not I'm going to plead guilty obviously yeah I get that too but I guess my big thing what I'm trying to say is you don't have a string of bodies out there you know Le yeah yeah so you're not a serial killer you're not a this isn't like you're third body and [ __ ] like that this that's what I'm trying to say and and other than deserting and using some drugs you don't have any criminal you don't have no criminal other criminal frences in your thing so that's what I'm saying Dr not even oh yeah the drink sorry not even drugs so and they can see for the past since I deserve it for the past you have been drug tested weekly so what I would tell you get some mental health when you're in there you got to talk to somebody cuz you got a bunch of [ __ ] inside you stuff that I'm never going to be able to help you with I've been seeing a therapist as well program so you you can have a life and you can there can be a purpose for this I mean you could have a purpose but you got to do you got to make that your point you got to make it your focus yeah 20 years from now maybe maybe okay but believe it or not I don't you you have no experience with prison correct no never been arrested our prisons are nothing like you ever heard about in in the Ukraine okay depending on where you get moved down to because eventually you you'll start out at a pretty high security one then they'll then as you do well if you don't get any tickets tickets are you don't get in trouble stuff like that they'll move your your security C or level down and eventually you'll be in a a prison that some will describe like a college campus with a fence around it you'll have access to a wait room some have some playing city softball leagues um you obviously play at the prison and the city softball team comes there um you have commissary you have internet you have you school you can get a degree um I mean who going hire me afterwards you'd be surprised there's a lot of companies out there they get paid extra money from the government to give someone a second chance hell I know one guy he was on death row and in Missouri and I think Missouri it was somewhere over around Missouri for for killing his mother-in-law and his wife he spent 20 plus 20 25 years in prison they commuted a sentence released him on parole while he was in he got a degree when he came out left in University let him cheat or treat or teach criminal justice there's a lot of people this is a country and and I'm not saying not everybody doesn't deserve that but there this is a country that begs people that will never be anything but a violent individual and gives them so many [ __ ] opportunities that deals drugs and stuff like that they just keep giving them opportunities they want to forgive they want them to have a decent life so if you're going to do this and you're going to end up going in prison this is the country to do it in you just have to have the right Focus appreciate you being honest with me yeah absolutely I will always be honest with you because I'd rather I'd rather have you find out up front so you can prepare yourself and then figure out a plan how is this going to work like from here on like where I go next jail I'm going to take you over to or someone's take you to jail MH um end up filing the charge on you probably tomorrow um they will then uh arraign you um you'll plead you can't plead guilty so you plead not guilty at the initial arraignment then they'll give you a preliminary hearing wait why do I have to plead non- guilty because the court that will hear your initial arraignment is Municipal Court a municipal court is for misdemeanor and prelims prior to to Grand Jury okay they don't have the power to accept one all right plus it's not a bad idea to have an attorney to help walk you through this you're doing the right thing but they can protect your rights and try to get you some help get you some stuff like that okay for the attorney that's next step yeah they'll give you the public defenders office our public defenders here are not like a big City's public defenders we have several decent attorneys really good attorneys in our Public Defenders Office the reason our people went went over there A lot of times is for the insurance the insurance and and the retirement um because you don't have the insurance and you have to get a 401k if you're a private attorney okay so you're going to have a decent attorney I mean I'm Take My Punishment as it comes I don't care about that I just didn't know what was next that's the next step so then you'll have your prelim I would imagine they're going to wave that prelim okay you have to have it um but an attorney could want to go on a fishing exped Expedition find out but they'll probably ask you if you want to wave we have it's no doubt we have probable cause to send it to the Grand Jury okay so I would imagine if I was your attorney I would wave all right because I won't want all the Gory details out on the news or anything like that okay we'll send you back over to jail next month they'll send it to the Grand Jury and let the grand jury decide what to indict you want because you're only going to be held on one charge to start out with okay and then they'll decide what all to indict you on then once the indictments come down they'll serve them on you and you'll be arraigned again all right there you can plead guilty I believe because it's the court that can accept it but I would imagine that they will discourage you from doing so and want to give you an attorney so they can sit down and look at this to make sure that um the lead detective that he crossed his tees and dotted his eyes that I did any anybody that had anything to do with this okay let them do that okay all right and then they'll look at this then that's who you talk to about maybe okay I want to do this you tell him what you want to do that attorney that you get and you've been honest with me I'm not saying this because I think you haven't make sure you tell him everything too or her whoever you get okay make sure you tell them so they can best approach this and they can put you in the best circumstance okay so I'll be sitting new jail about a month then month month and a half fastest fastest murder conviction I've ever seen I think it was like 32 days because of all the process that it's got to go through because it's a felony okay all right does he with me cooperating and stuff yeah that'll go that'll go a long way that shows what cooperation shows and you being honest that's the first step of showing true remorse that you feel badly about what happened okay cuz this lady didn't do anything but live in the wrong place yeah I didn't even know it like yeah so okay let me let me make sure the ready to take you down I'll take you down and we'll get you going okay I got to get your information so I can get it on the booking form um so they can get you booked in over at the county so you're in some someplace a little more comfortable all right uh spell your first name d a n i e l midd initial P last name wood birthday January 22nd 1999 um social security number um I don't have one homeless okay that's okay do you have a phone does that phone actually work no okay it's not oh I was going to ask you you care if I process that you can make me get a search warn if you want but go ahead okay is there a passcode or anything on it 0122 birthday what kind of phone is it uh it's Motorola something okay so like a Android type base um okay oh how tall are you 6'2 How much do you weigh only 1550 and hair and eye color uh I don't know you call my hair black brown brown brown and green blue I think we'll call it Hazel okay and next to Kim if you want one I don't have any okay um as far as like my possessions we're going to put them in evidence here okay okay so we'll have them um anything that isn't used when we go to court or whatever we'll package up we'll hold it for you to get okay or we can even try to I'll I'll do this for you as this goes you make sure okay I'm tell you my name my name is St most people call me St okay okay you you give me a holler if you need something all right you let your attorney know if nothing else if you have no way of getting a home most most of the time over there you can put what they call a kite and a kite is an inner kind of like an inner office me memorandum saying hey I really want to talk to this detective you just stti okay I'll keep track of this even though it's not my case I'll keep track of this as I go through and I will try to coordinate with the prison and see what we can do okay all right I mean like I have my laptop I don't care about the clothes but yeah and I think you can have eventually once you reach a certain security level and I think you're allowed to have that stuff all right um so I'll try to walk you through it okay okay I don't I don't like I said I don't no one knows your circumstance what you were going through and what you were thinking at the time and like I said I don't by any means condone and it's almost horrifying what I mean it is horrifying I'm not going to I'm yeah um but that doesn't mean that you don't deserve to be treated like a human being okay so when when you know if if people aren't treating you like that you know I will appreciate it y okay any other questions for me right now okay I'm G to um make copy of this quick and then I'll take you downstairs there any way to make sure I have no visitors and stuff like that I don't know if that's even you want them no I don't want any okay the only people that will come see you unless you put somebody on your list there may be a counselor that tries to talk to you yes I okay and then your defense okay all right maybe a nurse every now and then to make sure that you know check by I'll check make sure you're okay okay you hang in there for me yeah promise yeah okay were you smoken up here Daniel yes menthols or not you want another one yes please okay SE in there here you go be in just a second okay thank you okay sorry to make you think you were going over there and bringing you back well we got some things we missed not me that you missed when you're talking to me about it okay what do we leave out I don't know Tire up I did yeah okay so we need to find out when I need you to go back through it and tell me when that happened after she was down the first time I didn't I didn't want her to get up okay so the first time you stabbed her first you didn't tie her up first no I just stand and then I put the homemade thing behind her back were those yours that is that your um cord yeah okay that'll probably have your DNA on it because you probably didn't weren't careful before you went in the house to not touch it with your hands yeah okay um also what about her throat that's where I st the first time that's a slice did you slice it I don't think I did I went it was just one time that one in there ice let's act like I'm her okay yeah go ahe and stand up you you you do me like I'm her okay she was just at the corner of the bed and so I just went like with my knife so I don't know if it when it hit her if it went in there was sliced okay and then what and then when she fell down she went went down after the first one yeah she went okay so now she goes down yeah okay she was down she down on her back or on her side she was over on her side okay so now she's down her side so then what happen What do you do I just moved her hand behind her back and I tie show me I just put both hands behind her back that one as well okay and I guess when she was still making noise so when did you stab her the rest of the time in the chest when she was already on her she was over on her left side okay so so before you put the stuff behind her back No after I put the stuff behind her back cuz I wanted her to Shan and then she was still making the noise and that's when I felt okay guilty that she was suffering so that's when I stabbed her in chest okay so so the back got stabbed first before the chest the throat the throat first yeah when the back I don't recall if I stabbed him in the back at all let me call this big uh this big Sasquatch looking dude which I'm short anyway but um but he's really tall we're like the opposite oite ends of the spectrum I'm a little short American Italian dude and he's a really big tall hello hey um so tell me the stab wounds again two in the back around the right shoulder [Music] area Okay so that that's forward that's on the front right okay so two in the back or on the right shoulder on the front we have what okay right her right and then the throat um going which direction right to left deep on which end which on the you left-handed I'm right-handed your right hand do you have the knife in your right hand or left hand my left hand okay okay all right thanks Mike okay so it sounds like we have two in the back right and three in the front and then the throat okay I don't know if it was the mightbe I get the back after I tried to go through the front and hip the rib and you know it would make sense to me H up front first boom boom boom yeah okay cuz that's how you were kind to tell me before you got her and then you got her on the side and stuff like that she goes down then we Tire she's still making the sound boom boom in the back still making the sound once in the throat that's started off with the throat because I thought that would be the one and done and St okay was it a slash type motion though all I know is that I came like with the one hand cuz I was holding knife blade was over here so I don't know if it went okay sliced but okay so it should go from her left to her right if she was so if I was stand right let's make me then that person so now you come at me just went like this okay so the first one catches me here so should be from her left going to her right now she either is she still up when you get her in the chest then a couple more times cuz you said chest and ribs or she go down right she was she went down okay so she may have went back that's why it didn't go so deep um and then she goes on her back and then you get her in the chest a couple times I wanted to go around the ribs and okay put her and then put her on her side tie her up she's still going and you catch her twice in the back I I don't know if it was like the back of his more like trying to go into oh into the ribs to try to get the lung or the or the heart yes okay all right um and the cord was yours yes okay and um I placed the blanket over her and I left absolutely no sexual sexual assault nothing sexual you can take my DNA I mean you guys we got it and then they'll do the the testing but they're just making cuz she could sleep like that I mean people get hot at night and hell if I slept alone or lived alone I'd probably sleep however I wanted you know you don't have to worry about I honestly wasn't paying attention I just wanted to get out of there after that point because at that point I was it was more than what I wanted to do and I was freaked out yeah okay all right so that's that's um the only thing you left off here is the Tiner up I at that point hadn't even even remember doing that okay all right I can live with that it's pretty traumatic situation even for the person that's doing it you know especially first time like we talked I mean you hadit a home run and first time at bet I wasn't trying I know you weren't I'm just saying that that I guess that's my analogy that I use in order to say that we didn't start out with doing some shopliftings here and there maybe some credit card fraud or something like that we went yeah murder egg robbery egg burgy and okay technically kidnapp me okay you want one more cigarette since I brought you back up here I hate I you sure fine yeah okay I got to stop anyways only have those for next have long I'm not sure if you will or not you never know I I like I said there's a lot of things you can get in in prison sexuality hey can I call you back in about two minutes all right thanks mate okay let's I to walk a bit slower oh yeah forgot I'm so sorry I'm sorry they told me this I just forgot um for
