directing traffic in barel Beach Florida when he observed the vehicle stopped in traffic and flashing its Bright Lights while on approach to the vehicle the female later identified as Angelique was in the driver's seat stretching her arm out of the vehicle holding her driver's license after several moments of unusual conversation officer Robinson activated his body Cam and if you love today's ahead close the door the officers eventually got Angeli into the patrol car car and transported her to the Indian River County Jail where she again refused to do sfsts she did provide a breath sample though likely because this was her second DUI and failure to do so could have resulted up to 365 days in jail and $1,000 fine angelie's two breath samples were 0.255 and 268 and she was charged with
