Oh my god. Oh my god. Oh no. Are they going to rob them? Oh, the police are there. He's bashing in the boat. Oh my gosh, dude. Don't worry, you got this. You got this. Don't worry, you got it. Oh yeah, yeah, that's right. That's right, you got this. Oh my god, this is... Look, look, look. He's going too fast. Oh, he's flying. Oh my god. The coast guard. Oh my gosh. Welcome back to the Donnie Rapture channel, where I always bring you fresh, never-before-seen body cam footage. Today's body cam video is extra special because I've been piecing it together for about six months now. On July 16th, 2023, a Monroe County Sheriff's deputy was on patrol in Key Largo, Florida when he received a call that there was a disturbance at Skipper's Dockside, located in the Marina Del Mar. Hey, sir. How's it going? Good, how are you? All good. Tell me what's going on today. It was very loud and obnoxious. And they wanted shots. I think we just cut him off on the shots. They told me to last call them at 9.30. Would you close the tank? That's appropriate. Appropriate, yeah. Has he been drinking heavily? It seemed like it. And they're getting behind the helm of that vessel right there. Okay. What did he say? Did he say anything threatening for you guys? He said something threatening to my partner. He was just getting crazy, acting weird. He threatened me, that he was going to kick my ass in the parking lot. He was going to kick your ass in the parking lot? So we stopped serving him drinks. Okay. Would you guys like them trespassed from the property? Yes, I would. 71. 71. 72, Bravo, Uniform, Juliet, Yankee, 72B, UKY, to be attached to a black... Excuse me. Excuse me. Hey, is there a guy with long hair here? Long blonde hair. Tall, blonde. Huh? Tall, blonde. Tall, blonde, skinny. Yes, we are. Is there anybody? Can you bring somebody that's boarding the vessel? 72, 15, come back. Hey! Really? Keep studying, go to school, no matter how much you don't like it. Tell him I'm going to need his ID, he's being trespassed from here. Tell him I'm going to need his ID, he's going to be trespassed from here. Trespassing for causing a disturbance. At the bar. Is it this boat? Yes it is. Are these the family that were there as well? Yes. Okay, I'm going to need your husband to come step out, he needs to identify himself because he's going to be trespassed from Skippers. Yeah? Yeah. Okay. Just real quick, okay? Okay, you're going to have to wait a second because we went in, we bought a hat, a shirt, we bought everything at the bar, and we bought food at the bar for you guys to be treating us this way. So we're going to continue treating you this way. That has nothing to do with me, I just need to trespass him from here, that's upon their request. Does it have a lot to do with you? No it doesn't. At all. It's what they want. Not me. Oh my god, it just fell off. Right there. Oh really? Yeah, on the freaking dock. They better not be operating this boat. You said your dad's inside? What? You said your dad might be inside? Yeah. Did you see him get on the boat? No. Can you go check inside and see if he's there? Is he there? No. Huh? Is he there? He's not there. Where's he at? Inside the thing. Do you know his name and date of birth, please? Can you provide that for me? What's his last name? Where can I find him? I need to speak to him. Is he inside? He should be. He should be at the bar. From what the family informed me, he might be still inside the bar. He is not still inside. They all went down to the boat together. They're trying to get you away from him. Okay. So they're telling me he's not inside. Where is he? Ma'am, is he inside the boat? I don't know. I don't want to press charges. I can arrest him right now if I wanted to. For what? For threats. I can get a whole statement from him. For threats to what? For threats. He's threatening one of the bartender's lives. Yes? Yes. To kick his ass. All I need is his name and last name or his ID so I can trespass him and I can leave. Simple as that. I don't want no more situations with him. Any of that? Because he's not threatening anyone. That's not what all the other people are saying. I need to find him and I need to identify him. That's what I need to do. You're not involved with this at this point. You're not helping. Call your attorney. Tell him if he doesn't identify himself, I'm going to arrest him for obstruction. I'm going to be conducting a follow-up with your husband so I can tell him in person. Because I know where you guys live. If you guys are up at the 110, okay? So, tell him he's going to be trespassed, okay? Is that okay? Yeah, of course. Yeah, definitely. Tell him that he's going to be trespassed from Skippers, okay? For the disturbance that occurred right there at the bar, okay? I'm going to be following up with him and I'm going to tell him that he was trespassed. I'm going to be telling him that he's trespassed in person, okay? For threats. They don't want to prosecute. Threatening to beat somebody up in the parking lot, okay? Yeah. Since he's not here, I'm not able to tell him that he's trespassed in person. However, I'm going to be following up with him and tell him in person, okay? May I get down and check? Yeah. Thank you. I'm sorry. I'm not trying to— No, don't worry. Just be careful. Please don't fall down and hit yourself. I'm just— I'm just trying to make sure that everything's okay. Yeah, don't worry. I just want to— I'm not trying to make a big problem. I know. You get away with that less than me. I don't want to form a show, ni na. I just want to let him know, hey, look, listen. Don't go back to Skippers, because if they see me again, they're going to call us. And I know him in person. He's a pretty cool dude. I didn't know it was coming from over there. If it wasn't, you know, I just want to let him know, look, listen, man. You're just going to trespass from Skippers. Please, por favor, don't return back. There's other places. They don't want him here, okay? Can you confirm this is one of the same as the guy that threatened you to kick your ass in the parking lot? Yeah. Perfecto. They're on the boat pulling out, and they're screaming, f*** the police. Is he with the family? Yes. They're all—it seems like they're all on the boat. You're trespassing from Skippers for one year. If you return, you're getting arrested. Just letting you know. Hey, contact FWC if you want. He's Sig-1? He's Sig-1. How do you know? They said that he's been drinking. Is he driving? Yeah, he's driving. 72-15. Is he drunk? Where's— Stand by. He's Sig-1? He's Sig-1. Bartender said that he's been drinking all night. That they need to cut him off earlier at 930 because he was going to— They're leaving out of the marina right now, possibly Sig-1. If you could pass it on to FWC. Did he just crash? 72-15. 71-1. Can you respond over here? He's at the end of the marina. It sounded like he just maybe crashed into something. Did you guys see a big boat pull out of here? Go ahead. Yeah, no, I'm in here. It's circus. I got eyes on the vessel. Hey! Stop the f***ing boat! Stop! Police! Stop! He's crashing everything. Stop the boat! Stop the boat right now! Hey! Stop the boat! 72-15, we need FWC here. He refused to stop the boat. Stop! Stop the boat! He's crashing. Stop the boat. What's he trying to do? Stop the f***ing boat! Stop! Stop! He's crashing everything. Stop the boat right now! They're going to have to stop it too. Stop the boat! Stop. No use. Stop the boat! No! Hey! He's going to hurt somebody, man. No! He's going to hurt somebody. Somebody, somebody. Doc, we don't need... I already told him. You're good? You're good, right? Where does this angle... Where does this go off? Crash Corner, dude. There's a big corner right here. He's going to crash right into the f***ing house right again. Crash Corner is an infamous 90-degree turn and has been the site of numerous boating accidents over the years. According to the report, the captain of the yacht took the turn so hard that the yacht did a 360, but eventually continued down the canal to open water. Stop the boat! Stop the boat! Stop the... Stop it! He made it out, I guess, into the open water? Yeah. There's one child. I've seen one child. One boy, his wife, and two other occupants. And they're all screaming for help, help, help. Now, while Florida Fish and Wildlife and the United States Coast Guard were searching for the vessel, one of the deputies contacted the man's girlfriend on her cell phone. While speaking with her, she stated that they were stuck in the sand but could not provide a location. The deputy heard a male in the background ask, Who are you talking to? And the call was disconnected. FWC and Coast Guard attempted to locate the vessel based on the locations they could have ran aground but were unsuccessful. After discovering the captain's whereabouts, Monroe Sheriff deputies arrived at the Bluefin Rock Harbor RV Park and Marina to conduct a welfare check on the small child seen on the yacht. Hey. How you doing, sir? Good, how are you? Good, good, how are you? Hey, um, the reason that we're here is, uh, I guess there was, like, a boating crash that happened last night or something with a boat that you were leaving skippers with or something, and they said the kid fell. Yeah, I know his dad. Hey, what's up, dude? I know his dad. We're just checking to make sure he's okay. It's a welfare check to make sure the kid's fine because they said the kid fell. when you hit something. No, kids find me. Okay. The kids will find me. All right. They don't know anything about me. Hey, looks good to me. You all right? Happy birthday. When I was throwing some dolphins. All right, nice. Yeah. All right, cool. All right, no, that's pretty much it. I mean, I don't know if you know about what happened or whatever, but they're saying that you were like in a big boat, like I guess that Lagomar out there and like leaving the skippers or something and hit a boat and he fell down or something. There was a guy named Mike driving that boat yesterday. He was kinda crashing in that boat. Okay. Well, I'm pretty sure the fish and wildlife, this is not the... You wanna see something? They're gonna wanna talk to you about that because if it's your boat and it was involved in a crash and it left the scene and he fell down or whatever, FWC is gonna wanna talk to you at some point about that to figure out like how they're gonna deal with the damages to all the stuff that it hit on the way out. You wanna see something? What's up? You wanna see the fish? Wanna see something? Yeah, show me something. What you got? You got some mangroves, a parrotfish, wow. So that's not your boat, it doesn't belong to you? Our job is to just check on the welfare of the kid, I guess, because they said the kid fell or something whenever the boat hit. Well, supposedly he was on the boat is what the witness says and that he fell and you were driving is what they say. So I don't know, I wasn't there. I just came on duty at six o 'clock today. So all I can do is if they ask me to do a welfare check to make sure the child's okay, then that's what I'm here to do. Alrighty, have a good day. I wanna get your binos and just check to make sure that's the right boat. I know he says it is, but I just wanna like, just make sure it's the right one. Later that day, FWC officers located the vessel while in tow on the ocean side of the RV park. What's going on, guys? Who else is on the boat there with you? My father, my mother. We have the captain boat. Who's the captain? Joe Biden. What's his last name? I don't know his last name. Okay. He's not on board? He took off what? Swimming. When, last night or? Yeah, in the morning, early morning. Who's on board now that was on last night? My father, my mother. What's their relation to? Yeah, okay. According to the couple, they had recently purchased the yacht and had been working on repairing it while stored at the marina. One day they met a man who presented himself as a captain capable of operating their vessel. So they hired him to take them out on their first trip on the boat, paying him $150 to operate their vessel out to Mosquito Bank and back to the marina. The captain brought along his girlfriend and son and an unknown adult male said to be the captain's cousin. On their way back against the request of the owners, the captain continued past the marina where they stored the boat and took the vessel to Skippers, where the captain and his family spent multiple hours. The owners stated that the police arrived looking for the captain, but was told by the captain's girlfriend not to answer their questions. A short while later, the captain arrived back at the boat, acting strange and visibly intoxicated. The captain then took control of the vessel even after the owners pleaded with him not to, escaping the police, hitting open waters and then running the vessel aground, leaving the elderly couple stuck. After gathering multiple witness statements as well as documenting the damage to five vessels and a dock, Florida Fish and Wildlife had probable cause to charge the captain with child abuse, fleeing law enforcement by boat, reckless operation of a vessel, resisting arrest without violence, leaving the scene of a boating accident with property damage and boating under the influence. At the time of making this video, the case is still ongoing, but the alleged captain of the vessel had made the plea of not guilty.
