Police say the driver, identified as Holly Graham, refused to stop as a bright blue Toyota Corolla led officers on a dangerous game of cat and mouse. After the confrontation, Holly Graham was rushed to the hospital in critical condition where she later died from her injuries. Her actions caused a head-on collision with two other vehicles leaving one man injured, but he survived. The officer who discharged his firearm, a sergeant struck by Graham's vehicle, was injured but recovered and no charges were filed against him in connection with the shooting.
