he was apparently here at a hotel and then met her here she showed up I guess I think they said 12 20ish I think so I say we take her do the child inv okay um and then we'll release the kids to him far as I'm concerned he can take the car too I say that's how we do it okay thoughts I agree Kylie thany Kylie can we talk to you for a second so um we're going to take you down to our office and go over some stuff with you okay um do you have any warrants or anything nothing at all no okay is there any reason why the dad cannot take care of the kids while you're dealing with us okay are you going to be cooperative with us okay um if you're going to be cooperative with us then I'm not going to worry about put handcuffs on you but if you're going to be uncooperative then we're going to have to go that R okay okay all right um does this ever happened before you ever had any open cases through through child services or anything no first time this ever happened what's your history in Indiana like no issues no okay all right it's up to you if you're comfortable walking her down with you that or I can put her in the car and take her down walk her down okay you're going to walk with him and I'll meet you down in our office that's okay and we'll go over everything okay so um we're taking her down to the office um so she's going to be charged for child engangement um do you guys have any open cases in Indiana as far as like Child Protection Services or anything like that has this ever happened before anything like this ever happened before do you have any warrants or anything nothing at all nothing okay good um so obviously we're going to leave you with the kids um I have their basic information where do they physically live um they live with her yeah you'll stay with the kids okay do you need their their um they have a first aid person here they can check on them do you need do you want to have them are they okay we just want to make sure they're my son my daughter's were in there playing games so yeah they'll be Kai do you know what's going on so um the casino is obviously going to do a ban for um leaving the kids in the car 10 say that again so as far as we are concerned um we do have to charge it for the child endangerment okay um for leaving the kids in the car and attending um that's what we're doing now okay and we're going to take you over to the jail here in the next 20 minutes it's a m meter okay I don't think they will probably keep you over there very long I told your husband or boyfriend he's he's with the kids I told him what's going on so I told him probably in the next hour or two um you'll be able to call him and they they may give you an O bond to come back I I don't know I don't want to say that definitively and then then tell you no but I know we have a lot of really violent people over there and I don't know that they'll keep you for a misdemeanor they may just give you a court date and kick you back out the door okay be right
