Welcome back to the Donnie Rapture channel, where I always bring you fresh, never-before -seen body cam video. Today's body cam video takes place on July 2nd, 2023, and we will be following several Florida Fish and Wildlife officers as they respond to several complaints regarding a dog that had been left in a truck with the windows up, engine off, in the parking area of Jolly Gator Fish Camp. Unbeknownst to the officers, the man responsible for this heinous act was a convicted child predator, so I'm not surprised that he lacked any empathy for animals. It's the dog's dead. They're 6440 back. Hey, if anybody has alcohol, you need to put alcohol on the pads of its feet if it is alive. Yep. Like, like alcohol, not beer. Like, no. Does that signal seven? Yeah, he said it's still coming around, but I don't know. Does the dog have a heartbeat or something? Is he breathing? Stop, stop, stop. Get him out of the way. Sir, hey, get out of the way. You're fine. We're gonna help. We're here to help. We're here to help. No, hey, let me help you. Come on. We're gonna help. We're here to help. Just come over here. Let us try to assess situation. Come over here. Let us try that. She's she's medical. She's gonna try to help. Let Chrissy handle it. Come on. You stay here, man. What time did y'all go out on the river today? Deputy Sheriff got us out the pod and I forgot all about the dog. Stay here. Don't go over there. Hey, come here. He's not breathing right now. Okay, let me blow it. Let me get him out now. No, he ain't. No, he ain't. No, he ain't. No, he ain't. Come on, buddy. Come on, buddy. Here's what we're going to do. If he's taking this dog somewhere, one of us is going to follow him. Once they get the dog situated, we'll handle the rest of it. Hold on a second. That's right. Bring him over to seven. Yeah. But do not blow it in his face. You got water? Don't give him ice cold water. Don't even don't even put it on him. Do not put it on him. You will put him in shock. Yes. Do not put it on him. You just give it to him and put it on his tongue. Put it by his mouth. Put water in his mouth. Don't put it in his down his body. You will fucking put him in shock. I've watched my cousin's dog die because they left it in the heat and they took it inside and put him in a bathtub of water and the mother went into a critical shock. His jaws are locked shut. Yeah, it's rigor mortis. It's rigor mortis. I think he's dead. So is there a reason you bring the dog with him? I watched my cousin's dog die because they left it in the heat and they took it inside and put him in a bathtub of water. Did you all come together and go out together? Me and the young lady, we dropped over there and we went on out. They met up with us a little bit later and I never thought about asking. I guess your truck's here. You follow him and then I'll follow you. You cannot put water on him or do not put him in the water. The dog doesn't look like it's alive. He's alive. The dog doesn't look like it's alive. Hey guys, relax. I want you to look at your dog real quick. If it was my dog, I wouldn't be sitting there no more. Hey sir, this is officer Eastbrook. The dog is dead. The dog is not dead. Yes, sir, it is. Drive away with your dog. What are you doing? Your dog is dead right now. You left him in the truck. Look at him. He's not breathing. Yeah, but he wasn't going to drive away while I was standing there in the damn door jammer. I was going to shoot him. Yeah, I forgot him. I was talking to another deputy. He forgot all about it. And I hauled ass back here. He what? We don't need that right this second. They can wait 10 minutes. Very responsible. Now this dog goes everywhere I go. Do you have your ID on you? What do you want me to do? Take me to jail or what? Probably. Do you have your ID on you? This shit is fucking crazy. It is crazy. That's why we're here. Thank you. The way you drove that airboat up here, I cannot consciously... I'm talking right now. I cannot consciously let you drive a truck to Winter Springs with this dog who's already dead and think that you're not going to put somebody else's life in danger. You already did this to your dog. I do not need your word back. Let me make sure what charge it is. I know it's a... I got it pulled up already. It's a first degree misdemeanor. Okay, that's fine. Yo. Man, come on out. They're talking about taking me to jail. They're going to take you to jail. If your dog is dead, they're taking you to jail. I hope he ain't dead. He's looking at me. If your dog is dead, you're going to jail for animal cruelty. Eight felony charges for leaving that dog in that truck. Get down here. Come on. What was that noise? Huh? What was that noise? What was that noise? Huh? What was that noise? Come on, buddy. Come on. Listen, he's... Could you come over here for a second, please? I'm listening. Y'all are welcome to keep doing what you're doing. Come on. Is there somebody that can take him to the vet? My daughter and them on the way, they're going to take him. Okay. I mean, if there's somebody here that can drive and take him, they can take him. You just can't... You can't leave. Let me hear these words. Put her in the truck. I'm saying... If you don't be quiet, I'm going to detain you for interfering with investigations. I'm just answering your question. They were looking for somebody to drive the truck. There's nobody leaving. You can try to do CPR on the side of his chest, on the ribcage and the armpit area, pumping like this, and then every 30... after 30 pumps, you breathe in his nose two times. If that's what you want to try, you can. What are you charging him for? It's animal cruelty. It's either... It looks like either a first -degree misdemeanor or a felony. So it's going to be one or the other. It's a low felony or a high misdemeanor. Obviously, put in a report that he loved the dog and this was a complete... Yeah, I just put what we got. I doubt I'd be able to say anything on your behalf. But if you need me, I can drive down and do it. I just got a job to do. Just hang tight real quick. I'm going to get it running and get it cold. Go ahead and put your hands behind your back for me. You are under arrest, Mr. for animal cruelty. Does this feel alright? Yeah, it's fine. Just got to lock him and then we'll get you in there. Alright. Go ahead and get one foot in there. Watch your head. The other one. Okay. I got to try to buckle you in here. Thanks, man. Alright. The man was charged with animal cruelty of the first degree and ultimately sentenced to 12 months of probation and $1 ,200 in fines. And the court apparently ordered him to take some sort of animal care certification which probably didn't teach him anything. Sorry to ruin your day. I'd love to know what you guys think about these lame animal cruelty laws in your state. Tell me all about it in the comments. If you hated today's video but you're glad I brought this monster to light, be sure to hit that like button and subscribe. Apparently my girlfriend. Do it for my girlfriend, guys. Have a good day.
