him now Timothy the lucky right now on September 16th 2023 two FWC officers were on patrol in Berard County when they witnessed a car driving without a front passenger tire causing Sparks to fly the driver was later identified as Patricia Montes and after following the driver with their emergency lights on for several miles she pulled into a McDonald's parking lot the two officers exited their vehicle and noted that Patricia looked at them through the side mirror at this point she started to drive again she eventually came to a stop though in the middle of the road stay right there I've officer for the Broward County Sheriff's Department about 10 times and the officers clearly suspect Patricia of impairment seeing that they've asked her how much she's had to drink tonight and they started preparing standard field sobriety tests you can even see the form in this Frame so I find it strange that the officers have chosen to detain her while they make the call and this officer's body cam is muted for about the next 30 minutes okay uh so I'm not I'm not placing you under arrest but I'm going to put you in cuffs to to for everyone's safety okay I'm not going to do nothing crazy have a Hollywood PD officer arrive on scene and he asks who her brother is and shortly after he mutes his camera to speak with the FWC officer and when I made a public records request to the Hollywood PD for any reports or body cam footage associated with this incident I got this email good morning due to the Hollywood officers involvement in this case the video was retained for only 90 days the video is no longer available the officers continue to speak with their cameras muted and we can see Patricia being escorted Away by the Hollywood PD officer which I find particularly strange because he's is not involved with the investigation and as they're walking away the FWC officer accidentally unmutes his camera and we can briefly hear the dialogue between Patricia and the Hollywood PD offic you can hear the officer saying do you deal with cops often leading me to believe that this officer is probably coaching her and possibly telling her she probably shouldn't drop her brother's name but we can't be sure this is all speculation and finally we heard the FWC officer mentioned speaking to Bard County then immediately mutes his camera the next 30 minutes the FWC officers can be seen speaking with Hollywood PD while they make calls from their cell phones and inspect the car I also want to include a bit of a spoiler here because I have a hunch a good bit of you watching won't make it to the end of the video when the recer arrives on scene a tow truck driver spots vomit inside the window sill of the car that somehow was missed by four officers on scene she looked like she was
