[Music] welcome back to the Donny Rapture Channel where I always bring you fresh neverbe seen body cam footage generally taking place in the woods or out in the water today's bodycam video takes place on Black Creek in Clay County and we will be following FWC officers after they observe a vessel with improperly displayed registration numbers let's see how this turns into an arrest all right now I'm officer star official wild life so the reason we stopped you is your registration numbers they've got to be uh properly spaced which means your FL numbers then there needs to be a space after FL buddy I'm be dead put when I bought brand new I believe you CU most most dealerships do it that way um a lot of them kind of set you up for failure not intentionally right they just you know want to get them on there and get the boat out the door but if we don't stop and talk to you and educate you on it then you'll keep going that way and then someone end up right all right someone end up writing you a ticket on it and without us ever yes sir get that registration from you so how far is it got to be aart I mean a character space so I mean it was put on it from the factory like that yeah no I believe you about that so your uh your size of your numbers are good so you could just take off your your FL and then your what's your number your letters SK down there and move those how many fingers between the so a charact it's a character space so the size of one of those letters just leave leave a a space that's the size of one of those letters two three in yep or you could do a a dash you could put a dash in between it needs to be either a dash or a space how do you take it off it's just a sticker you'd have to take off and then put another one back on all right you going see a life Jack for everybody on board uh tight four throwable all right fire extinguisher yes sir right you can just get them to where I can see them all right and you got a sound producing device either a horn or a whistle got one there I got that works all right where' y'all put in at today right by Creek okay did you go out cruising a day yeah just rid did you go out to the river or just stay in the creek no actually we didn't sh we only went about a mile past here okay we us to go to Power Lin just hang out yeah was it busy down that way yeah Power Line real buy what about out down Creek we just yeah all right you're normal you're normal traffic you know about Black Creek on a Saturday right bu all right all right Captain uh how much how much have you had had to drink today a couple okay would you mind doing some task force just make sure they're all right to safely operate the boat what way do uh I'd have you come board the boat and do some tasks just to make sure you can safely operate you feel like you're good to operate I'm fine Bo okay if uh you're good to come aboard if you want I'll tie up off Kings can help you aboard right back here and we'll get you set up uh please set straight at the front edge of your seat put your arms down at your side place your feet shoulder width apart so that you're comfortable and stable stable that's hot as [ __ ] just saying we can move it if you want if that's hot on your feet yeah that that that BL one high as [ __ ] yeah we can we can we can move it over if it's a okay you're all right on that b too you want well no we'll keep his feet on the on the floor all right are you stable yes I guess I'm in the water wobbling relative to being on a boat you feel stable yeah I'm good okay all right do not move your feet until the task are over stay in this position and do not do anything else until I tell you to do so make a fist with both hands extend your index finger and turn your pal turn your palms forward remain in this position while I explain the task so it'll be just like this put both down by your side remain in this position while I explain the task do you understand okay when I say begin tilt your head back to about a 45° angle and close close your eyes so when I say begin just like that when I tell you two touch the tip of your nose with the tip of your index finger and immediately return it to your side the tip of your finger is this portion right here so that's the side that's the side this is the pad of your finger where the end of your nail meets your finger that's the tip of your finger and then the tip of your nose is going to be the dime size portion of your nose that's furthest away from your face all right begin so remember when I say begin that's when you tilt your head and close your eyes left right left right right left okay you can open your eyes and straighten your head place your hands Palm to Palm with one hand up and one hand down just like this remain in this position while I explain the task do you understand yes when I tell you to begin turn the top hand over and count out loud one then turn the hand back over count out loud two counting only when the hands make contact one two one two one two repeat this speed up as you go and do not stop until told make sure to keep your hands and fingers parallel during each Pat like this so you keep your hands just like this so not like this not like this not like this but keep them like this all right do you understand yes begin what you want me to do one two one two yes sir as I instructed speed up remember to count I mean how many times you want me to count it until I tell you to stop okay remember to count I'm not counting I'm just doing what you tell me to do yes sir I told you to count out loud one two when the hands make contact one two one two one two speed up two one two one two one two one two okay you can stop make a fist with both hands place your left fist at the center of your chest and your right fist against your left fist it'll be like this remain in this position while I explain the task do you understand yes when I say begin you must perform four tasks the first task is to count out loud from one to four while you move your fist in a step-like fashion making contact between your fist at each step one two three four the second task is to memorize the position of your fist after you've counted to four clap your hands three times and return your fist to the memorized position like this the third task is to move your fist in a step-like fashion in reverse order counting out loud from five to eight and returning your left fist to your chest five six seven eight the fourth task I'm going to be dead honest with you man I wrong well I can I can go through it with you again I mean I mean I can do it all but I can't like I mean I can I can read you the instructions again I mean I got you you got to do dud I have no problem reading the instructions to you do you want me to keep going no I mean do what you got to do how about that what I mean I can I can do all your I can't remember all that [ __ ] well that's what I'm trying to tell you I can read it to you again I can read you instruction again right if that if you want to do that do you want to try do the best of your ability or you don't try but I can't remember all that I'm not going to lie to you okay do you want me to read it to you again or do you want to just try I got what you're saying I just I can't remember to do all that well this time I believe you're operating The Vessel Under the Influence got go ahead and stand up put your hands behind your back can I get my phone to call somebody come get me well no you're going to be going to Clay County Jail can I use my phone understand that yeah we we'll let you make a phone call can I use my phone right now please just to call somebody once you stand up and get your hands behind your back we'll let you make a phone call right and go on my phone and call know I'm going to jail have a seat right back down here I know we're right here by the boat ramp our policy is I got to get a life jacket on you we'll pull over here and we'll try to work with you to get someone to come get your boat tell doesn't come get my boat you just start us over towards the the yeah old fery right there are they out here on the water or is it someone'll be coming old F 209 old F 209 old fer is off of Russell Road right by Henley Road hey my keys [Music] are yeah it's fine and that guy looking that front seat right center and him R time the boat off he Center the center Center seat Center seat Center seat yeah we'll get you off and he can pull his boat back that way they'll keep you off of it you can come this way for me in fact it'll probably be easier for you to get off of your boat so we can do is we can step over there pick me up that high cuz I got short legs B I'm not if I fall and bust my head right here then we going have problems what you can do is you can sit on the gun of that boat and spin your legs around and I'll take that life jacket off of you since we're here at the boat ramp no we don't want to do that I can take it off and I can walk down inside his boat right sure you I ain't that [ __ ] face you're going to you're going to fall come this way get on your boat you I told you come over here to your boat knows what to do wait right here sit right here and you can come down I don't want you to fall on these rocks that's the last thing I want to do though all right right right here I'll get this live jacket off of you where right here
