[Music] welcome back to the Donnie Rapture Channel where I always bring you fresh neverbe seen body cam footage today's body cam video takes place on July 6th 2024 on the inter Coastal Waterway basically in front of Tiger Woods house which is like an $80 million estate so it's a pretty big piece of property Florida Fish and Wildlife officers conducted a vessel stop for the purposes of a safety inspection officers would soon note several open alcoholic beverages and a bottle of wine sitting on the deck as well as a strong odor of alcohol emanating from The Vessel as they love to say FWC State Police we're just going to do a quick safety inspection all right I got it y I can grab all right whose vessel is it it's my vessel okay all right she's registration she's driving so I'm going to have to have her get everything okay okay since she's te captain in the boat okay um so do you do you have the registration on board yes do you have an ID on you me yes do you have a Bo safety ID uh did you take a class no okay I was temporarily Co you want to what's up want to the yeah I got it for you thank you so you said you've never taken a Bo safety course not yet okay yep one sec I'll grab once he gets that tied up good I'm sorry we were doing that you said you've never taken a Boer safety course you you'd have to physically go in person or take it online so you you You' know if you did it no I don't okay okay all right no problem all right and I'm going to have her get the stuffff for me I need a life jacket for everyone on board type full forward throwable sound producing device which is a bell Horner whistle and a fire extinguisher if she doesn't know where it is you can tell her where it is okay the fire extinguishers in the no problem in the console and the fire it's five people right yep five people do you NOP no just her she she was driving the white fire extinguish is on the bottom so if the fire extinguish in there I need you to just pull it out and show me the gauge however it Clips in there I also yeah I have a horn okay just turn the gauge so I can see it all right you good on that you put that back it just the sound producing device if the there's a you can just push the button sa all the way to the right on the button the horn yeah it's a horn switch no that's the key the those those toggle switches that's the fuse all the way to the right the square round cushion that's uh it's out bab you have to get it okay no you're good you're good on that all right during the safety inspection the officers noted the woman had to brace herself in the vessel several times and claims to have seen bloodshot glossy eyes due to her sunglasses falling off her face you anything to drink today I had one okay all right what I'm going to do is I'm going to have you hop my boat I'm going to check you out real quick I'm going to see if we have a better life jacket than those cuz I don't think you have to put on a life jacket to come over here okay but I don't think you want to put one of those on it's pretty nasty you don't you want us to grab I think we have anything else well we might we might have a clean one so want to grab the C yeah all right those are pretty moldy I don't want you to I mean a wi jacket is going to save you regardless well no I'm I'm just I'm just giving her a clean one to come while I talk to her so whatever's EAS yeah no I'll see if we have a cleaner one those count and they're fine but making sure they're no I'm just being nice and getting her a clean one so they're yeah if we have a clean one this is what you get for talking when we're on the boat that's a borrowing boat not exactly you know they look better than ours so just just put that on and fully secure it and if you have shoes you want to slip on that's fine do I need them or no just up to you and if you want to just leave your sunglasses on the boat I can't see without them are they prescription yeah okay we I'm not going to make you read anything okay go and step right through here okay and come up to the front here you want me to sit sit right there yep and nothing to fear here pretty standard thing we just we check randomly we see alcohol in the boats we check it out you know just to be sure so you had one drink today and what time was it um it was relatively recent okay and what was that like an hour ago okay and what was that uh was oh yeah okay so the first thing I'm going to do is I'm going to check your eyes Okay I'm going to need you to take the sunglasses off you can you can put them on that that bag there you can put them on the floor you can hand them to someone did I put them here sure yep wher You' like to put them okay I'm going to move the pen you're going to move your eyes only and not your head okay okay the next T task is called the finger to nose okay you're going to make a fist with both hands extend your index fingers and turn your palms upwards like this okay yep just like that remain in this position while I explain the task you understand yes when I say begin tilt your head back to about a 45 degree angle and close your eyes so it's going to be about like this and you're going to shut your eyes okay no not right now when when I tell you to when I tell you to touch the tip of your nose the tip of your index finger and immediately return it to your side this is the tip of your finger that's the pad of your finger these are the sides of your finger gotcha this is the tip of your nose these are the sides of your nose this is the bridge of your nose okay you're going to be out here you're going to come out here tip of the finger tip of the nose and immediately return it to your side okay okay okay when I say right you must touch the your right index finger to your nose when I say left you must touch your left and experior to your nose you understand yes okay begin down my sides Noe I didn't I didn't tell you to do anything I just said begin so let me Let me refresh you when I say begin you'll tilt your head back to a 45 degree angle and close your eyes and then at the end I said when I say right you'll touch your right index finger to your nose when when I say left you'll touch your left and and explain to your nose you understand gun okay all right okay all right so let's start again okay yeah okay so again your hands are going to be out here okay all right begin okay left and immediately return it to your side right and just bring it down on your own left bring it down y right bring it down right bring it down bring it down in your own okay left bring it down in here yep okay you can open up your eyes and put your hands to your side okay you're going to place your hands Palm to Palm with one hand up or one hand down just like this okay when I tell you to begin turn your top hand over and count out loud one then turn the hand back over and count out loud two counting only when the hands make contact so you're going to be here and you're going to count out loud one two one two one two okay repeat this speed up as you go and do not stop until told do you understand yeah okay begin two two two speed up speed up just keep speeding up as you go okay you're good the next task is called head and coordination you're going to make a fist with both hands place your left fist at the center of your chest and your right hand against your left fist like this so left fist against your chest and right hand right behind it remain in this position while I explain the test you understand MH when I say begin you must perform four tasks the first task is to count out loud from one to four while you move your fist in a step-like fashion making contact between your fists in each step okay so you're going to be here you're going to go one 2 3 4 the second task is to memorize the position of your fist after you have counted to four clap your hands three times and return turn your fist to the memorized position so you going be out here you're going to clap one 2 3 and come back to the memorized position the third task is to move your fist in a step-like fashion in a reverse order counting out loud from 5 to 8 and returning your left fist to your chest five six 7even eight and then bring your left fist back to your chest okay the fource task is to open your hands with Palms down and place them on your lap so after you're here you're going to open up your hands Palms put them on your lap both okay do you understand yeah okay begin one two three one two three one two three four Sor it was left was too much open then Palms down right all right go ahead and stand up and turn around okay you're being placed under arrest for operating a vessel under the influence of alcohol okay wait Larry I'll put these on gently okay you guys have her cell phone ID or wallet she need all she being placed under arrest right now for boating with her normal faculties impaired okay boating Under the Influence cell shorts or pants if she had them t-shirt her cell phone and a wallet or ID all right so I have a portable breath test is anyone willing to take that and show me that they're sober to drive certainly okay whoever whoever wants it you want you want it so if you fail this you're not in trouble I just need to let you know you you stay right there stay on your boat you're fine I can reach it over she won't get in trouble nope just stay on your boat you can sir so deep deep breath blow keep going keep going keep going keep going keep going keep go okay you're good so you're a little over twice the legal limit you're point 9 08 is legal okay no it's so someone can drive the boat can drive the boat is any yeah let me do it okay I got you but but I can't let anyone Drive Away unless someone passes it yeah that's the unfortunate you don't think anyone will pass it or where where are you guys out of where'd you come out of juper okay anyone want anyone it's fine yeah deep deep breath like you're blowing up a balloon and just keep blowing okay keep going keep going keep going keep going keep going good 0.112 so you're better than her but you're still over the legal limit okay no worries we're going to see if we can get UHA ory what's that're fine you're fine yeah I don't need that I was just asking for initial search there before going into the truck you don't want it George I don't think we need it okay she's any where she can hide anything up you you want to do it you can right right right yeah by policy we have to oh okay all right all right very good we'll see what they say on Martin County or something like that do you have a wallet or anything or no I don't have any of that yet that's your wallet okay you want to bring your wallet uh you don't you don't need to you're going to the Martin County Jail Martin County Jail okay she doesn't have to bring that if someone is going to come pick her up she doesn't she's more than welcome to okay she doesn't have to bring that it's up to you the earli releas and that that's not to be difficult saying that that that eye test it's more of him looking and seeing what he's seeing in the eyes it's not about what she needs to do on she just follows that point but she's Asian and she has fake eyelashes that's all I understand that's why he holds the pen high and it makes sure you can see people's eyes you know we're all in our late 30s you know gota we're not like young people who are just recklessly like yeah not I get it but I I've done this for 20 years so I Liv here for over 20 years so we get it we get it okay none of us have ever experienced it before I got you and and I've lived on the water my whole life so like look at you you you thought you were fine and you're more than twice the legal limit I'm not we're not driving I know but I understand we just did it it just it goes to show you like where you feel you are and what it actually is can be different I mean you don't want to leave the wheel uned got you I I understand this is a bad thing but understand you'll get through it I've like I said I've been doing this for 20 years it's not the end of the world it's if if you were if have you ever been arrested before no okay so if you have no prior DUIs which is in a car yeah definitely not this this there's no ramifications of it that should affect your license okay okay so it's not as bad as if you're in a car it's totally separated oh yeah the the one time where it can get linked together is if you had like a bunch had DUIs and now you have a Bui and then they could try to you know but just so you know I know they're talking about the eye test have nothing to do with your vision or anything okay so your your your eyes have something called nagus and smooth you have smooth Pursuit and lack of smooth Pursuit Okay so when your eyes track like sideways if you're sober your eyes just smoothly go back and forth if you've been drinking at a certain point they start bouncing and twitching as they move okay your we're doing that and if you guys if you can't get a hold of you can call the jail in Martin County if you can't get a hold of anyone you can call our dispatch and they'll get a hold of someone for you okay 83 we're we're at C she's not going to it's it's not what you think when where she walks in no other inmates are going to see her it's unless someone happens to be getting booked at the same time until they but it's not I I understand I'm just trying to a separate it's a separate cell area I understand I'm telling you it's it's it's not it's not like they walk out in the general the population and say go they they keep her in her own C right next to the no right next to the booking area it's it's not that day the woman was charged with by in failure to provide a breath sample I hope you guys have an amazing Halloween and don't forget to have an adult Checker candy before eating it I'm going to be a dolphin for Halloween you're going to be a shark be a shark for Hall you're a shark costume not a dolphin costume okay don't worry about that just have a good Halloween with your cool costumes uh hopefully they Secret and have adults check your candy before eating it cuz there could be razor blades cuz there could be razor blades in your in your food be careful out there can we grow pumpkins no oh on Animal Crossing show us why you compin with the
