Shortly after, deputies in Florida engaged in a high-speed chase with the stolen car, which ended in Palm Coast. Charlie 221. It just passed a 298 southbound US1. >> Police were in a rough chase around 12:30 p.m. when the stolen Ferrari was spotted beating a red light. Officers tried to catch up, but the Ferrari was simply too fast, reaching speeds of over 100 mph and weaving through traffic. Despite their efforts, deputies struggled to keep visual contact, but a helicopter quickly joined in to assist from above. Minutes later, air support guided ground units to a neighborhood where a deputy spotted the silhouette of the Ferrari hidden behind a house. Meanwhile, 18-year-old Logan Sleszac was arrested in Rhode Island for his role in the same home invasion. Both remain in custody as the investigation continues across state lines.
